Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the employee recruitment and selection process implemented at Telkom Property Kupang in acquiring qualified human resources. The research employed a qualitative approach using Thematic Analysis as the primary analytical method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving Human Capital personnel and managers directly engaged in recruitment and selection activities. The data analysis process followed six stages: data familiarization, initial coding, theme development, theme review, theme definition and naming, and report writing. The findings indicate that Telkom Property Kupang has implemented a systematic recruitment and selection process, beginning with workforce planning, determining recruitment sources, administrative screening, interviews, and probationary assessments. Recruitment sources include the company's official recruitment channels, online job platforms, social media, and collaborations with educational institutions. The selection process has been effective in identifying candidates who meet organizational requirements and job qualifications. However, several challenges were identified, including a high volume of applications, varying levels of candidate quality, and limited availability of applicants who meet the required qualifications and organizational needs in the Kupang area. To address these challenges, the company has optimized digital recruitment channels, strengthened the selection process, and improved applicant data management. Overall, the recruitment and selection process is considered effective in supporting the acquisition of competent employees who align with the organizational needs of Telkom Property Kupang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze liquidity ratios in assessing the financial performance of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk during the 2020–2024 period. Liquidity ratios are important indicators used to measure a company's ability to meet its short-term obligations. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis was conducted using three liquidity ratio indicators, namely the Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), and Cash Ratio (CaR).The results indicate that the liquidity level of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk was in a very good condition throughout the 2020–2024 period. The Current Ratio increased from 225.76% in 2020 to 408.87% in 2024. The Quick Ratio also showed a positive trend, rising from 175.77% to 344.26%. Meanwhile, the Cash Ratio increased from 103.91% in 2020 to 231.52% in 2024. The improvement in these three ratios demonstrates that the company possesses a strong capability to meet its short-term liabilities through current assets, current assets excluding inventories, and available cash. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, viewed from the liquidity aspect, was categorized as very good during the study period. This condition reflects the company's ability to maintain financial stability, manage current assets effectively, and fulfill short-term obligations on time, thereby supporting the sustainability of its business operations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of School Operational Assistance (BOS) fund management on the quality of education at SD Negeri Muke, Kupang Regency. The BOS fund is a government program designed to support school operational financing in order to improve the quality of educational services. Effective fund management is expected to enhance the provision of educational facilities and infrastructure, improve teacher performance, strengthen the learning process, and increase students’ academic achievement. This research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. The population consisted of 118 individuals, including the principal, teachers, and students. A sample of 35 respondents was selected using the stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the effect of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) fund on educational quality. The results indicate that the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds has a positive effect on the quality of education at SD Negeri Muke, Kupang Regency. Effective fund management, reflected in proper planning, implementation, transparency, and accountability, contributes to the improvement of educational facilities and infrastructure, the effectiveness of the learning process, teacher performance, and students’ academic achievement. Therefore, the more effective the management of BOS funds, the higher the quality of education achieved by the school.
