Abstract

The development of financial technology (fintech) has provided greater ease in financial transactions for Muslim communities, yet it also raises challenges regarding compliance with Islamic principles. This study aims to explore the alignment of fintech services—such as e-wallets, online lending, digital investments, and cryptocurrencies—with Islamic law. Using a qualitative literature review approach, the research analyzes scholarly articles, fatwas, and relevant financial regulations. The findings indicate that many fintech services can be adapted to comply with Islamic law through the application of contracts such as murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah, and qardhul hasan. Adaptive regulation and improved Islamic financial literacy are essential to ensure conformity with the objectives of Islamic law (maqashid al-shariah). The study recommends stronger collaboration among regulators, scholars, and industry stakeholders to build an inclusive and sustainable Islamic fintech ecosystem that promotes not only innovation, but also adherence to Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the manifestation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Sukses Abadi Indonesia Nganjuk. In the context of increasingly intense business competition, organizations are not only required to achieve financial targets but also to establish a work environment that supports employee well-being. Job satisfaction, representing individuals' positive perceptions of various aspects of their work, and organizational commitment, reflecting employees' loyalty to the organization's vision and values, play a strategic role in encouraging proactive employee behaviors that contribute to organizational performance. The findings of this study reveal that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a statistically significant influence on the tendency to exhibit OCB. Employees who feel satisfied and emotionally attached to the organization demonstrate a higher willingness to contribute beyond their formal roles to support the achievement of organizational goals.
