Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School. This research method includes qualitative research with the object of research is the Islamic Boarding School Modern Imam Syuhodo Sukoharjo. This study's collection method was obtained by seeking information from high-ranking informants and distributing questionnaires filled out by respondents at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation, and documentation supported by OCAI instruments. The results of the Leadership Research show that from the point of view of the leadership's assessment of the current dominant organizational culture, namely clan culture (40) and hierarchy (23). The data obtained shows that there is a significant difference between clan and hierarchy. The research results concluded that clan is the dominant culture for the current organizational culture and the dominant culture for the expected culture. At the same time, the hierarchy becomes the dominant culture in the second position. Then the organization needs a greater sense of kinship and better regulations to maintain organizational stability.

Abstract

Perbankan merupakan industri jasa yang tidak lepas dari kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat di Indonesia, keberadaan perbankan dan kemajuannya membawa dampak positif kepada masyarakat. Fungsi dan tugas perbankan memudahkan masyarakat sebagai nasabah, banyaknya perbankan yang ada di Indonesia memberikan masyarakat kebebasan untuk memilih bank yang sesuai dengan preferensinya. Semakin banyak bank yang ada di Indonesia menimbulkan persaingan yang semakin ketat dan kompetitif, hal itu membuat bank harus mempertahankan nasabahnya. Peningkatan loyalitas nasabah menjadi salah satu kewajiban bankir di Indonesia, selain mencari nasabah baru. Dalam praktiknya meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah bank diperlukan manajemen strategi yang baik oleh organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut. Literatur ini menampilkan berartinya manajemen strategi dalam peningkatan loyalitas nasabah bank di Indonesia. Strategi yang digunakan antara lain Analisis SWOT, Strategi Menjalin Hubungan Berkelanjutan (Relationship Marketing), Strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Implementasi Cross-Selling dan Strategi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Implementasi strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam literatur ini dipaparkan dengan memberikan solusi dan alternatif yang kuat dalam penjualan produk serta penerapan pelayanan yang aman dan fleksibel bagi para nasabah bank.

Abstract

Environmental change is currently a very important issue and is being paid attention to by the government. The impact caused by environmental damage will be very detrimental to society and business people. Currently, people are aware of the impact of environmental changes that are occurring, one of which is the uncertain climate change in Indonesia. This makes business people create various ideas to support environmental awareness, such as making products with environmentally friendly materials or using environmentally friendly packaging. The creation of environmentally friendly product ideas influences consumer behavior in making decisions to purchase a product. Consumers who are aware of green awareness will consider and choose environmentally friendly products. This research discusses the influence of green awareness on consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

This article discusses the management of labor costs in the public sector with a focus on the management of non-permanent employees (PTT) and outsourcing alternatives. This research highlights problems in personnel management, especially employee expenditure costs that must be borne by government agencies. This study reviews cost control systems, labor costs, and methods for managing honorary staff costs in government. The findings show that outsourcing is more efficient than recruiting PTT or temporary workers as a solution to control labor costs. Additionally, this paper recommends Activity Based Costing (ABC) method for public sector organizations to provide valuable information related to detailed cost data. This research shows that decentralizing recruitment in local governments can improve efficiency, effectiveness and fairness, but can also lead to corruption and disparities in the distribution of human resources. Cost control, outsourcing, and the use of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) can help public sector organizations manage costs and increase operational efficiency. To achieve better governance, operational efficiency and effective cost control, public sector organizations need to consider the various strategies and methods described in this research.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a tool to unite various traits and characters in an organization which will become the identity of the organization. Organizational culture is very important to implement in an organization, both for employees and students. Various studies show that change management and organizational culture play an important role in creating good employee performance in an organization. This must be applied to organizations to support the smooth running and development of the organization, not only organizations and employees but also student organizations. The community service program through the capacity strengthening program (PPK) scheme is carried out with the "brainstorming" stage, opening insights and developing knowledge about organizational culture. With this community service program, students gain knowledge and practice regarding organizational culture and are able to implement the knowledge gained into student activity units (UKM).

Abstract

Technological progress is currently moving rapidly, and along with technological developments, trade is also experiencing further development. Advances in technology go hand in hand with advances in knowledge. Innovation in technology exists to provide positive benefits, such as providing new, easier ways to carry out daily activities. One of them is in the field of marketing, which was previously carried out conventionally, but has now shifted to online methods via social media such as Instagram. This community service is in collaboration with UMKM Bananakrezzz which is based in Salam Village, Karangpandan. The aim of this service is to improve the skills of MSME players in marketing their products through video content uploaded on Instagram. This activity was carried out using a classical approach, involving interviews and direct practice with MSME actors in making marketing videos. The results of this activity will be a marketing video uploaded to the Bananakrezzz social media account. Participants involved include Tourism Ambassador and Lawu Princess 2023 Jhenar Agustina Putri. Collaboration with influencers has an impact on marketing videos that are made to reach more viewers and have broad insight with thousands of views. Influencer marketing influences the number of saves, likes, comments and views of the content created.

Abstract

The development of MSMEs in Indonesia is currently very rapid, various types of industry, both goods and MSME services, have spread widely in Indonesia. The increase in MSMEs is influenced by several factors, one of which is the superiority of MSMEs themselves. The important role given by MSMEs in national economic development and employment has made MSMEs increasingly advanced and developing today. As MSMEs develop, this will be accompanied by increased competition between one MSME and another. This means that business actors must implement strategic management to win global economic market competition. In this research the strategy is focused on SWOT analysis of MSMEs. SWOT analysis involves internal factors such as strengths and weaknesses as well as external factors such as opportunities and threats. The result of this research is that strategic management helps integrate SWOT evaluation results into concrete action plans, so that MSMEs can optimize resources, respond to environmental changes, and achieve sustainable business growth. Alignment between SWOT evaluation results and long-term business goals, a stakeholder-oriented approach, the use of information technology and analytics are key elements in achieving success for MSMEs in the complex and competitive era of globalization.

Abstract

In the era of advancing technology, online services have become a solution to meet human needs by facilitating access to various aspects of life. One renowned online shopping platform is Shopee, Providing an extensive array of items, ranging from food and apparel to household appliances.. Shopee users are familiar with the "Pay Later" feature, or SpayLater, allowing payment for purchased items without an immediate settlement, known as a credit system with applicable terms and conditions. This research utilizes qualitative data obtained through documentation and literature studies from various sources, primarily secondary sources such as journals, articles, reports, and information related to the review of Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) and fundamental principles of Fiqh Muamalah concerning credit systems in buying and selling transactions. The aim of this study is to evaluate the Fiqh Muamalah perspective on the credit system offered by Shopee through the "SPayLater" feature. The qualitative data obtained through documentation and literature studies from various secondary sources such as journals, articles, reports, and related information reveal that the use of the SPayLater credit system, from the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah, is considered permissible (mubah). This is because the contract executed during the transaction is evidently clear through the agreement made between the seller and the buyer during the execution of the offer and acceptance (ijab and qabul), along with the agreed-upon additional fees for deferment in the SPayLater credit system. However, the research also highlights that the use of SPayLater becomes impermissible (haram) when it involves the element of interest that must be paid by the buyer if not settled within the specified timeframe. In this case, SPayLater users are subject to a 5% interest charge on the total bill, conflicting with the fundamental principles of Fiqh Muamalah. Thus, although SPayLater may be acceptable in terms of the contract and agreement, the presence of interest in the payment system can be controversial from the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah, as this practice is considered usury, which is prohibited in Islam.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi yang semakin kompetitif ini, perusahaan sering menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mempertahankan kinerja optimal karyawan mereka dan meningkatkan mutu secara berkelanjutan. Kemajuan teknologi, perubahan pasar, dan ekspektasi konsumen yang semakin tinggi menjadi faktor utama organisasi di seluruh dunia untuk harus selalu berinovasi dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia. Agar mencapai tujuan organisasi dan menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan yang cepat, diperlukannya gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif. Pemimpin yang dapat memberikan arahan yang jelas, membantu karyawan berkembang, dan membuat lingkungan kerja yang berkolaborasi dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh optimalisai kinerja karyawan perusahaan dan mutu perusahaan terhadap efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan. Gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif tentunya sangat berperan penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas organisasi dan mendorong kinerja karyawan yang optimal. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dan melakukan penelitian literatur yang mendalam. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari berbagai jurnal yang berkaitan dengan gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja karyawan, dan mutu perusahaan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan mendukung penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif. Keterlibatan karyawan dalam pelatihan, pengambilan keputusan, dan budaya organisasi yang positif dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas. Perusahaan dengan standar yang tinggi memungkinkan pemimpin memotivasi dan mengarahkan karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Sebaliknya, perusahaan dengan standar yang rendah akan menghambat penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif. In this increasingly competitive era of globalization, companies often face significant challenges in maintaining the optimal performance of their employees and continuously improving quality. Technological advancements, market changes, and increasingly high consumer expectations are the main factors for organizations worldwide to constantly innovate in managing human resources. To achieve organizational goals and adapt to rapid changes, an effective leadership style is needed. Leaders who can provide clear direction, help employees develop, and create a collaborative work environment can significantly enhance productivity and work quality. The purpose of this research is to determine how the optimization of employee performance and company quality affects the effectiveness of leadership style. An effective leadership style certainly plays a crucial role in improving organizational quality and encouraging optimal employee performance. This study uses a qualitative methodology and conducts an in-depth literature review. The data obtained comes from various journals related to leadership styles, employee performance, and company quality. The research shows that optimizing employee performance significantly supports the implementation of effective leadership styles. Employee involvement in training, decision-making, and a positive organizational culture can enhance motivation and productivity. Companies with high standards enable leaders to motivate and direct employees to achieve organizational goals. Conversely, companies with low standards will hinder the implementation of effective leadership styles.
