Abstract

The intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum mechanics represents a frontier of scientific exploration, offering the potential to revolutionize our understanding of quantum systems. Despite the promise, significant challenges remain in effectively integrating AI techniques within quantum mechanics frameworks. This study aims to investigate the applications of AI in quantum mechanics, identifying both the challenges and opportunities presented by this interdisciplinary approach. The focus is on understanding how AI can enhance quantum simulations, optimize computations, and improve experimental designs. A comprehensive literature review was conducted, analyzing recent advancements in AI algorithms applied to quantum mechanics. Case studies were examined to illustrate successful implementations and the limitations encountered. Key metrics for evaluation included computational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Findings indicate that AI techniques, particularly machine learning and neural networks, can significantly expedite quantum simulations and enhance predictive accuracy. However, challenges such as data sparsity, interpretability of AI models, and the integration of AI with quantum algorithms were identified as significant barriers to progress. This research highlights the transformative potential of AI in advancing quantum mechanics while acknowledging the inherent challenges. Addressing these challenges will require collaborative efforts across disciplines, paving the way for innovative solutions that leverage AI to deepen our understanding of quantum phenomena and improve technological applications.

Abstract

Rural communities often face economic challenges such as unemployment and limited income sources, making sustainable development a complex issue. Socio-preneurship, which combines social entrepreneurship with sustainable business practices, has emerged as a powerful model to address these challenges. Rural ecotourism initiatives, as a form of socio-preneurship, have gained attention for their potential to stimulate local economies, preserve natural resources, and promote social well-being. This study examines the community-level economic impact of rural ecotourism, focusing on how these initiatives contribute to income generation, job creation, and local business growth. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research combines quantitative surveys and qualitative case studies to assess the economic effects of rural ecotourism in three rural communities. The study measured indicators such as household income, business revenue, and job creation. The results show that 72% of households reported income increases, 65% of local businesses experienced revenue growth, and 48% of respondents identified job creation in the ecotourism sector. The findings indicate that rural ecotourism can drive sustainable economic development by diversifying local economies and creating long-term job opportunities. These initiatives also foster socio-economic resilience in rural areas. The study highlights the importance of community engagement in ensuring the success of ecotourism projects and suggests that socio-preneurship can be a viable strategy for rural development.

Abstract

Background. Local values embedded within rural communities often play a decisive role in shaping attitudes toward environmental stewardship, social cohesion, and economic resilience. In the context of sustainable development, the integration of these values into formal policies remains a complex challenge due to tensions between traditional norms and modern governance frameworks. Purpose. This study aims to analyze the transformation of local values in the formulation and implementation of sustainable development policies, adopting a rural sociology perspective to understand the interplay between culture, social structures, and policy processes. Method. A qualitative research design was employed, combining in-depth interviews with community leaders, policy-makers, and local residents, along with document analysis of regional development plans. Data were collected from three rural districts undergoing active policy reforms aimed at balancing economic growth with environmental sustainability. Results. Findings indicate that local values are not merely preserved or discarded but often reinterpreted to align with broader development goals, resulting in hybrid governance practices. This transformation is influenced by political negotiation, generational shifts, and external pressures such as globalization and climate change. Conclusion. The study concludes that sustainable development policies achieve greater legitimacy and long-term effectiveness when they are co-created with communities, ensuring that local values are adapted without losing their core identity.
