The negative impact of the current globalization is a change that leads to moral crisis, causing a number of complex problems hit this beloved country due to morals, some complex issues of globalization flow with its rapidly evolving technology is a challenge in itself where positive and negative information can be directly accessed in the room. home. actually Islam itself has the concept of a good and ideal strategy, but in practice, due to the Muslims themselves who neglect and abandon the teachings of religion, the concept becomes dull and as if eroded in the face of the challenges of the times. The purpose of this study is to know the values of moral education what is contained in the letter of al-luqman verses 12-19 and to know the application of akhalak education into everyday life. The method used in this study has a type of qualitative research and includes the category of literature study (liberary research) with the research nature descriptive analysis. From this study there are results of an analysis of the values of moral education in the perspective of the letter al-luqman verses 12-19 is that in the verse there are several things that provide messages of moral values, including moral education towards Allah SWT, moral values towards parents, and moral values towards others.Dampak negative dari arus globalisasi yaitu perubahan yang mengarah pada krisis akhlak, sehingga menimbulkan sejumlah permasalahan kompleks melanda negeri tercinta ini akibat akhlak, beberapa permasalahan kompleks arus globalisasi dengan teknologinya yang berkembang pesat merupakan tantangan tersendiri dimana informasi baik positif dan negative dapat langsung diakses dalam kamar.rumah. sebenarnya Islam sendiri mempunyai konsep strategi yang baik dan ideal, akan tetapi dalam prakteknya, dikarenakan umat islam sendiri yang lalai dan meninggalkan ajaran agama, konsep tersebut menjadi tumpul dan seolah terkikis dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak apa saja yang terkandung dalam surat al-luqman ayat 12-19 dan untuk mengetahui penerapan pendidikan akhalak kedalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki jenis penelitian kualitatif dan termasuk katagori studi pustaka (liberary research) dengan sifat penelitian deskriftif analisis. Dari penelitian ini terdapat hasil analisis terhadap nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam persefektif surat al-luqman ayat 12-19 adalah bahwa dalam ayat tersebut terdapat beberapa hal yang memberikan pesan-pesan nilai akhlak, diantaranya pendidikan akhlak terhadap Allah SWT, nilai-nilai akhlak terhadap orang tua, dan niali-nilai akhlak terhadap sesame.

In reality, Islamic religious instructors as the front guard still need to increase their competence in the religious field through the study of classical books. Apart from that, efforts to provide opportunities for young instructors to appear to provide counseling are very necessary. One of the efforts to increase the competency of religious instructors carried out by religious leaders in the Javilan subdistrict is the implementation of weekly studies of the Nuruzholam Majlis. This article aims to reveal and identify the concept of the weekly Nuruzholam Majlis study, how it is implemented and what impact it has on increasing the competency of Islamic religious instructors in Cemplang village, Javilan subdistrict. The results of the research show that the weekly study program of the Nuruzholam Majlis is a special program implemented to improve the competence of Islamic religious instructors, Koran teachers, ustadz, leaders of Majlis Taklim and Islamic boarding schools through the study of classical books in the fields of fiqh, hadith, tauhid, tafsir and tazkiyatunnafsi. This program is implemented every Saturday from 13.30 to 16.00 by studying the five main books by reading the book word for word, translating word for word using Javanese and Sundanese, then continuing with an explanation using Sundanese. Two books are read by the main muqri, and two are read by the muqri of the participants. The impact of this program is; 1) participants understand the reference book text comprehensively word by word, sentence by sentence and overall meaning; 2) The instructor is able to convey back to the congregation well and is more confident. 3) Communication skills increase, 4) Ability to handle good consultations, 5) Skilled in socializing and guiding them to noble morals

Illiteracy of the Koran is still a serious problem for the Indonesian Muslim community. The results of several studies show an increase in the level of Koran illiteracy in Indonesia which is caused by several factors, including the scarcity of Koran teachers. Several efforts have been made to eliminate or reduce the level of illiteracy of the Koran, one of which is through the Koran Teacher Cadre Program. This article aims to reveal and identify the concept of Koran teacher cadre formation, how it is implemented and what impact it has on the level of illiteracy of the Koran. The results of the research show that the Koran teacher cadre program is a special program that prepares quality human resources in the field of Al-Qur'an so that they are able to teach Al-Qur'an easily and pleasantly so that it can increase the number of people who learn Al-Qur'an and are expected to be able to reducing the level of illiteracy of the Koran. The Reciting Teacher Cadreship Program consists of; 1) Socialization, 2) Tashih, 3) Tahsin, 4) Certification, 5) Implementation Assistance, 6) Monitoring, 7) Evaluation and 8) Increasing competency through strengthening recitations, tahfizh Al-Qur'an, recitation study, talaqqi taking sanad and qiroat. This program has had an impact on the birth of many reliable and competent Al-Qur'an teachers who have contributed by opening Al-Qur'an classes in their respective regions and the birth of students who are able to read the Al-Qur'an well, correctly, tartil, memorize several juz and contribute to reducing the level of illiteracy of the Al-Qur'an.. The ability to control oneself is an important part of a psychologically and spiritually healthy personality. In modern psychology, self-control has been widely studied because it is an important component in character formation, decision making, and emotional management. However, research on the concept of self-control from the perspective of the Qur’an is still lacking and has not been systematically arranged thematically. The purpose of this study is to explore and construct the concept of self-control based on the verses of the Qur’an using the Grounded Theory approach, which allows theories to emerge inductively and contextually from the text of revelation. This study shows that self-control in the Qur’an is not only related to controlling lust and patience, but also links deep spiritual aspects such as taqwa (awareness of God), ikhlas (purity of intention), and muraqabah (awareness of God's supervision). These results will enrich research on the topic of the Qur’an, in addition, these results will offer a new conceptual framework that can be integrated, connecting Islamic values with modern psychological perspectives, and offering practical assistance to help Muslims face the challenges of self-control in the modern era.

The lalaran method is a method of memorizing, repeating memorization and strengthening memorization which is carried out accompanied by musical rhythms so that it is easy to memorize. This study aims to identify the planning, implementation, results and impacts of the implementation of the Lalaran Nazhom Method of the Tuhfatul Athfal Book and the supporting and inhibiting factors of implementation. This study is a descriptive qualitative study, conducted at the Masyariqul Anwar Pandeglang Banten Islamic Boarding School. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, validity checks through data triangulation. The results of the study showed: 1) Planning was carried out by analyzing, determining targets, setting implementation times and teaching strategies even though planning was limited to oral and not in written form; 2) Implementation began with congregational prayer, reading the Qur'an to the kyai, reading the matan, explaining the meaning of each sentence, explaining the meaning of the law contained, reading together nazhom accompanied by songs and music (lalaran), closed with hamdalah, greetings and ended with a friendly handshake with the kyai; 3) The results of the lalaran method are that all students memorize the tuhfatul athfal which is displayed in the end of year event so that the students' memorization becomes strong, they are motivated to memorize, they are used to repeating and it helps in understanding and implementing the reading. 4) Supporting factors come from the kyai and students, while inhibiting factors are influenced by the learning atmosphere, boredom, fatigue and personal problems of students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan membuktikan tentang profesionalisme guru Al-Qur’an yang mengajar di SDIT Al-Izzah Serang Banten. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan menyusun data, mengorganisasikan dalam kategori, menjabarkan ke dalam unit-unit, melakukan sintesa, menyusun pola, memilih yang penting dan membuat simpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru SDIT Al-Izzah Serang sudah baik dalam aspek penguasaan landasan ilmu pengetahuan kependidikan, penyusunan program pengajaran, pelaksanaan program pengajaran, penilaian hasil dan proses belajar mengajar, penyelenggaraan administrasi sekolah, layanan bimbingan dan konseling, persepsi terhadap diri sendiri, penilaian guru terhadap diri, keyakinan terhadap diri dan orang lain, kepribadian, kedisiplinan dan kesejahteraaan guru. Sementara itu, aspek kelemahan terletak pada guru yang tidak khusus, penguasaan bahan pengajaran dan kemampuan membaca dan menyampaikan baik aspek makharijul huruf, sifatul huruf dan keseragaman cara pengajaran

This study aims to provide both a conceptual and practical foundation for formulating the teaching style of Islamic Education teachers that is not only pedagogically competent, but also possesses spiritual depth capable of transforming Islamic values into the learning process in a concrete and sustainable manner. The research method employed is qualitative with a library research approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting, reading, and analyzing various written sources such as Qur’anic exegesis books, scholarly books, academic journals, and previous research findings, which were then analyzed using analytical techniques to identify, classify, and interpret the concepts that became the focus of the study. The typology of spiritual competence based on the concept of syakilah explains that every individual acts according to the tendencies of his or her soul. This typology has implications for teachers’ teaching styles, ranging from textual to contextual approaches, and also influences the quality of pedagogical interaction and the formation of students’ character. In order to realize an integrative and transformative Islamic Education learning process, teachers are expected not only to transfer knowledge but also to instill values and shape Islamic personality.

Project-Based Learning (PjBL) has been recognized as an effective method for developing 21st-century competencies; however, its success is often hindered by a lack of focus on process evaluation and critical reflection. This study aims to analyze the urgency of transforming evaluation paradigms and the role of guided reflection in enhancing instructional quality within the PjBL model. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies of the learning process. The research results indicate three main findings: first, an authentic evaluation design that includes process, peer, and self-assessment is capable of capturing student competencies more comprehensively than traditional exams. Second, the implementation of guided reflection through learning journals and metacognitive discussions is proven to strengthen students' self-awareness regarding learning strategies and problem-solving. Third, the synergy between accurate evaluation results and honest reflection creates an adaptive and meaningful learning ecosystem that fosters a growth mindset in students. This study recommends that educators systematically integrate reflection sessions as an inseparable part of the evaluation cycle in every learning project.
