Abstract

Beton merupakan material bangunan yang paling umum digunakan dalam konstruksi bangunan di Indonesia. Komposisi beton yang terdiri dari semen, pasir dan kerikil relative mudah ditemukan. Selain itu beton merupakan material yang memiliki workability yang tinggi sehingga dapat dibentuk dan relative mudah pelaksanaannya dilapangan. Beton merupakan material yang memiliki kuat tekan yang tinggi tetapi kuat tariknya rendah, sehingga dalam penerapannya pada konstruksi, beton perlu digabungkan dengan material yang lain seperti baja atau serat dan biasa disebut dengan beton komposit.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan eksperimen. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan membuat sampel beton yang terdiri dari beton normal, beton dengan tambahan serat organis yaitu ijuk dan beton dengan tambahan serat non organis yaitu kawat baja dengan komposisi serat sebesar 1% dari volume campuran serta menggunakan pasir lokal merauke. Metode perawatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah wet curing dengan variasi umur beton 7, 14, 21 dan 28 hari. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan UTM dan dilakukan di Laboratorium Struktur Fakultas Teknik UNMUS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada umur 7 hari beton ijuk memiliki kuat tekan tertinggi yaitu 14,909 Mpa dan beton serat ijuk yang memiliki kuat tarik tertinggi yaitu 1,840 Mpa. Umur 14 hari beton Ijuk memiliki kuat tekan tertinggi yaitu 15,664 Mpa dan beton serat ijuk memiliki kuat tarik belah tertinggi yaitu 2,288 Mpa. Pada umur 21 hari beton normal memiliki kuat tekan tertinggi yaitu 15,287 Mpa dan beton serat baja memiliki Kuat tarik tertinggi yaitu 2,265 Mpa. Pada umur 28 hari beton normal memiliki kuat tekan tertinggi yaitu 15,475 Mpa sedangkan beton serat baja memiliki kuat tarik tertinggi yaitu 2,595 Mpa.

Abstract

Partners proposed in this community service program is SME (Micro Small Business) Kantin Mesran Kawasan Titik Nol. The canteen is located on the colonial buildings, the former gas stations in the Dutch Period in Merauke. According to the BPS (2014), Kantin Mesran is one of historic sites. Although the owner realizes the compatibility of the colonial theme but it has not been applied maximally to the canteen. This is due to many factors such as the absence of a background of design knowledge owned by the owner of the canteen. Because the design is assisted by a dedicated team, it can cut maintenance and redesign costs by teams with appropriate areas of expertise, thus becoming a cultural heritage conservation effort. Partners are accompanied by a team of dedication to be able to understand the basic concepts of colonial design so that the activities of maintenance and renovation of old buildings can run well and the principle of preservation goes well in the future. Partners are also invited together in the preparation of design exploration. The results of mentoring are: partner's understanding of colonial interior design, historic building documentation of Merauke, and the results of the design during the mentoring activities.

Abstract

Healing environment is one of the design concepts that prioritizes environmental factors because the environment plays animportant role in the healing and recovery process of humans in addition to medical, genetic and other factors. Applicationof the concept of healing environment in the design of the Maternal and Child Hospital (RSIA) in terms of architecture cancreate an ideal built environment and influence the psychology of space that helps mother and child patients adapt to therecovery process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method to describe and describe thephenomena that exist in the Maternal and Child Hospital, both natural and human engineering, which is more concernedabout the characteristics, quality and relationships between activities as well as the relationship with the application of theconcept of healing environment. The results showed that the Maternal and Child Hospital (RSIA) is not only a health carefacility for mothers and children, but also offers comfort and aesthetics in the design of the physical environment. Theapplication of the concept of healing environment in the Mother and Child Hospital combines natural, sensory andpsychological aspects that aim to support adaptation to the environment and the physical condition of the patient in therecovery process. The concept is applied to the design of the elements outside the building (exterior) and inside the building(interior) in the form of communicative circulation, the creation of a healing garden, structuring the building mass, goodlighting, utilization of the view, sound conditioning, and color play on the building.

Abstract

The low quality of infrastructure and facilities is one of the causes of hampered services to the community. Infrastructureand offices that are directly related to trade and commerce, Industry and Trade, bearing in mind that Industry and Trade areone of the economic driving forces in the City of Merauke. Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Merauke officeBuilding tries to approach tropical architecture in its design. This research is a qualitative research by directly observing inthe field, making image recordings and conducting literature studies. This research is research. This study aims to analyzethe application of building concepts with a tropical architectural approach to its qualitative design by making directobservations in the field, making image recordings and conducting literature studies. . The results showed that the buildingdesign applied a tropical architectural approach to setting the basic coefficient of buildings, building orientation, buildingopenings and s / v ratio of buildings. The application of this type of material on building blankets is not maximal consideringthat there are still many materials that are not sustainable (suistainable) and fabrication materials that are not suitable forapplication in buildings with a tropical climate.

Abstract

Permukiman nelayan payum berada di kampung payum yang termasuk dalam wilayah Kelurahan samkai, Kabupaten Merauke Dalam perkembangannya permukiman nelayan ini memiliki beberapa masalah yaitu sarana prasarana umum yang kurang memadai serta bangunan rumah tinggal yang belum mampu menampung aktivitas penghuni di dalamnya . metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk membuat gambaran , deskripsi secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat. data yang diperoleh berupa spesifikasi material bangunan perumahan , data administratif Kampung serta kebutuhan sarana prasarana umum. hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian ini adalah arahan penataan kawasan pemukiman nelayan payum yang berkelanjutan serta perancangan rumah tinggal dan sarana prasarana umum seperti; (1) Tempat pelelangan ikan , (2) Unit pengelolahan Hasil laut , (3) Tempat penjemuran ikan, (4) Koperasi Nelayan, (5) Kantor Pengelolahan, (6) Rumah Ibadah, (7) Puskesmas Pembantu, (8) Wahana Rekreasi, (9) Balai Kampung. Pendekatan arsitektur berkelanjutan yang diterapkan diantaranya; efisiensi penggunaan energi listrik dan efisiensi penggunaan material bangunan seperti memanfaatkan material sisa dan menggunakan material terbarukan yang cepat diproduksi, murah dan terbuka terhadap inovasi.
