Abstract

Abstract: Marriage under the provisions contained in the classical books of men who wish to have more than one wife, there is no requirement as regulated in the provisions of Government Regulation No. 45 of 1990 amendment to Government Regulation No. 10 of 1982 concerning Marriage and Divorce Permits Civil Servants, five sufficient conditions for the prospective wife, prospective husband, guardian, two witnesses, and sighat. While civil servants in the PP Article 4 Paragraph 1 men who want to have polygamy should seek permission from their superiors and Religious Courts. According to the researcher need to do re-analysis with appropriate methodology and precisely because the Government Regulation concerning state law order, in order to find whether Government Regulation Number 45 Year 1990 concerning Permit of Marriage and Divorce of Civil Servant have expediency or vice versa. For that the researcher chose Maqashid al-Shari'ah Jasser Auda as a knife of analysis in this study. This study aims to test empirically the variables that have been formulated in the formulation of the problem, namely reveal the history of birth PP. No. 45 Th. 1990 amendment of PP. No. 10 Th. 1983 on the marriage and divorce of civil servant, the application of the theory of Maqashid al-Shari'ah Jasser Auda to the PP. No. 45 Th. 1990, and analyzed the PP. No. 45 Th. 1990 amendment of PP. No. 10 Th. 1983 on marriage permit and divorce of civil servants with the theory of Maqashid al-Shari'ah Jasser Auda. Research Methods with Approach and Type of Research is a qualitative approach oriented to the statutory approach (Statute Aproach) with the type of research Library (library research). Methods of data collection using documentation, and data analysis using descriptive - inductive.

Abstract

Syaikh Nawawi al-Jawi murni orang jawa yang dengan kepakarannya mampu menyeimbangi gagasan imam al-Ghazali yang terdapat dalam kitab Muraqil Ubudiyah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian pustaka. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi. Sedangkan proses analisis menggunakan deskriptif-induktif. Imam Nawawi al-Jawi dalam kitab Muraqil Ubudiyah menggagas konsep permulaan (bidayah) dan akhir (nihayah), ada zahir ada batin. Seorang sufi tidak akan pernah sampai pada nihayah sebelum mengenal dan melaksanakan bidayah. Bidayah adalah episentrum sampainya seorang sufi kepada derajat nihayah. Nihayah ini diartikan sebagai buah dari syariat dan thariqat atau buah dari thariqat saja (dengan mengutip Imam al-Shawi). Imam Nawawi dapat menggmbarkan secara romantis relasi antara syariah, thoriqoh, dan hakikat melalui deskripsi yang rasional, syariat ibarat perahu, thariqat ibarat laut, dan hakikat merupakan mutiara yang tersimpan dalam laut. Satu-satunya cara untuk meraih mutiara yang tersimpan dalam laut harus menyelami lautan sedalam apapun melalui media perahu.

Abstract

kegiatan arisan Abdul Qadir al-Jilani sebagai basis penguatan moderasi beragama membawa perubahan luar biasa kepada sikap, perilaku, dan aktifitas para remaja. Mereka semakin rajin beraktifitas ke musala dan masjid, sekaligus menarik perhatian para orang tua untuk turut serta mengikuti acara tersebut. Penelitian ini membahas tentang kronologi, konstruksi, dan implikasi tradisi arisan Abdul Qadir al-Jilani sebagai basis penguatan moderasi remaja desa Sraten. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi, analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah tradisi arisan manakib Syaik Abdul Qadir al-Jilani dilatarbelakangi oleh perilaku ektrim remaja desa Sraten berupa pemukulan kepada sebagian masyarakat berstatus panitia masjid al-Furqan yang berafiliasi MD. Tokoh pemuda dan tokoh masyarakat menginisiasi untuk merangkul para remaja mengikuti Manakib Syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani yang dikemas dengan arisan keliling. Tradisi arisan menakib merupakan istilah bagi melembaganya Manakib Syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani di tengah masyarakat dengan sistem arisan. Tradisi arisan Syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani berbentuk arisan keliling pembacaan dan penerjemahan manakib Manakib Syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani. Kegiatan ini membawa perubahan sikap dan perilaku para remaja dari sebelum dan setelah mengkuti tradisi arisan Abdul Qadir al-Jilani. Perubahan perilaku moderat berdasarkan indikator anti kekerasan sehingga konflik rumah ibadah masjid al-Furqan selesai melalui gugatan ke PTUN Surabaya

Abstract

This paper aims to understand the spiritual revitalization of millennial youth through a religious trilogy as the three foundations of scientific foundations in Islam. This study uses a qualitative method of library research. The data analysis technique uses analysis content. The study results show that the Religion trilogy is a term from the three main foundations of Islam, namely Sharia, aqidah, and morals. Islam represents Sharia, Iman represents Akidah, and Ihsan represents Morals. Faith is, in the first place, functioning as the foundation of life. Adolescents can support various winds and storms of life if their creed or faith is of high quality; like a building, teenagers have a solid foundation that can support other buildings. The second order is Sharia; it regulates attitudes-interaction with His Lord and attitudes-interaction with others. Adolescents with good sharia quality will be able to stand up to the problems that arise in society. The third order is morality, which functions as a decoration, beautifies and beautifies the view. The Religious Trilogy must be understood correctly and adequately for success as Caliph Fi al-Ard'I has a religious-nationalist-ethical-humanistic personality.

Abstract

Abstrak: The family is the leading force in planting primary education for children. The family’s position is very strategic in terms of habituation of positive characters for children, especially mothers. To achieve all that, it is necessary to have ideal family education relations and management. The question is; How are family relations and management according to the Qur’an? Relationships and family education management based on a critical analysis of the exegesis of the Qur'an resulted in the conclusion that the family is the primary environment forming positive or negative values. The second responsibility of the husband is more significant in the relationship between husband and wife or parents and children. The husband is responsible for family education to give birth to a sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah family building system. Third, Family Education Management is the cooperation of family members in their respective duties and functions regarding education in the family. The conclusion was obtained using the thematic method (maudhu’i) al-Qur’an with descriptive-qualitative analysis from two primary and secondary sources.

Abstract

Abstract Islam limits the patterns of interaction between men and women outside of marriage so that each other's honor can be maintained. In humans, there is a tendency of animal tendencies that have the potential to lead to prohibited cases (mungkarat or muharramat). Islam also regulates the provisions if a man and woman want a halal relationship as well as a reward value in the framework of marriage. An ideal marriage is generally defined as a marriage that is the result of one's own choice without any outside intervention, the two partners are never heard of fighting and arguing, and a married couple is supported by an established economy, such family conditions are considered ideal families. After several weeks or more, the news was heard that the husband and wife were divorced, even though at the beginning of the marriage they had received a prayer "hopefully they will become a sakinah family, mawadah, wa-rahmah and mate in the hereafter" could not prevent the intention to separate. The research method in this article uses a qualitative literature approach. The conclusion from the study and analysis of the text of the verses of the Koran is as follows that the mention of the concept of mate and the concepts of sakinah, mawadah, warahmah in the Koran are different. The concept of mate is said to use Arabic khalaqah, and the concepts of sakinah, mawadah, warahmah are spoken in Arabic ja'ala. The concept of a mate that is expressed using khlaqah means that it is the personal right of Allah SWT and humans do not have the effort to intervene, while the concepts of sakinah, mawadah, warahmah in marriage need human intervention so that forming and creating an ideal family requires effort and intervention from both. couple.

Abstract

Abdul Qadir al-Jilani's social gathering activities as a basis for strengthening religious moderation brought extraordinary changes to the attitudes, behavior and activities of teenagers. They are increasingly active in going to prayer rooms and mosques, as well as attracting the attention of parents to take part in these events. This research discusses the chronology, construction and implications of Abdul Qadir al-Jilani's social gathering tradition as a basis for strengthening moderation among teenagers in Sraten village. The research method used is qualitative with the type of field research. Data collection methods use interviews, documentation and observation, data analysis uses data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that the tradition of Syaik Abdul Qadir al-Jilani's social gathering was motivated by the extreme behavior of Sraten village teenagers in the form of beatings of members of the community who had the status of the MD-affiliated al-Furqan mosque committee. Youth leaders and community leaders took the initiative to embrace teenagers following Manakib Syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani which was packaged with a mobile social gathering. The menakib arisan tradition is a term for the institutionalization of Manakib Syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani in society using the arisan system. The tradition of Shaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani's social gathering takes the form of a social gathering around reading and translating the manakib of Manakib Shaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani. This activity brought changes in the attitudes and behavior of teenagers from before and after following the Abdul Qadir al-Jilani social gathering tradition. Moderate behavioral changes based on anti-violence indicators so that the conflict over the al-Furqan mosque's place of worship is resolved through a lawsuit to the Surabaya PTUN.

Abstract

Muncar coastal communities are a group of people who live in coastal areas and their economic livelihood depends directly on the use of marine and coastal resources. The condition of fish is decreasing every year. Such conditions affect the economic condition of the fishing community, especially during the fish famine season. In order to support the economic, educational, and social needs of the community, the Muncar fishing community has made seasonal consumption patterns as a solution to maintain the family economy. The data collection method uses interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis method uses data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions through approaching the social construction theory of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann. This study produced conclusions: first, seasonal consumption patterns are in line with the activity of spending fish catches on valuable goods, such as motorcycles, jewelry, household furniture including stoves, refrigerators, TVs and others during the fishing season in the context of long-term investment., second, the Muncar fishing community spends the proceeds of fishing on valuable goods and resells them when needed. And third, seasonal consumption patterns have been proven successful in preserving the existence of society in the form of family harmony. With seasonal consumption patterns, fishermen can meet the needs of family, education, and social society. Their success in preserving existence can be seen in their success in meeting the needs of children's education costs up to college.

This study discusses the chronology, construction, and implications of Abdul Qadir al-Jilani's arisan tradition as a basis for strengthening adolescent moderation in Sraten village. The research method used is qualitative with the type of field research. Data collection methods use interviews, documentation, and observation, data analysis uses data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The result of the study was the tradition of the Shaik Abdul Qadir al-Jilani manakib arisan motivated by the extreme behavior of Sraten village teenagers in the form of beating some people with the status of the MD-affiliated al-Furqan mosque committee. Youth leaders and community leaders initiated to embrace the teenagers following Manakib Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani which was packed with mobile gatherings. The tradition of menakib arisan is a term for the institutionalization of Manakib Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani in a society with a social gathering system. The tradition of Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani's social gathering takes the form of a traveling gathering reading and translating the manakib of Manakib Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani. This activity brought a change in the attitude and behavior of teenagers from before and after following the tradition of Abdul Qadir al-Jilani's arisan. Moderate behavior change based on non-violence indicators so that the conflict over the al-Furqan mosque house of worship was resolved through a lawsuit to the Surabaya State Administrative Court.
