Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat efikasi dan tanggungjawab guru kejuruan bidang teknik pemesinan di Kota Surakarta dalampembelajaran selama pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuantitatifbersifat deskriptif eksploratif. Peneliti juga mengambil beberapa buku, artikel,jurnal, dan skripsi lain sebagai penunjang dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulandalam penelitian ini berupa teknik sampling dan angket/kuisioner. Teknik analisisdata dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistik descriptive kuantitatif presentase. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu peneliti menemukan: (1) gurudengan gender laki-laki memiliki tingkat efikasi dan tangung jawab yangbesar dengan rata-rata (85,13%) untuk efikasi dan (88,2%) untukpresentase tanggung jawab, (2) bahwa guru dengan usia 40-50 tahunmemiliki tingkat efikasi dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi,(3) guru denganmasa kerja >20 tahun memiliki nilai efikasi dan tanggung jawab tinggi, (4)guru dengan status kepegawaian PNS mendapatkan nilai efikasi dantanggung jawab tinggi dengan prosentase ratarata sebesar (80,28%), (5)guru yang memiliki tingkat pendidikan terakhir S1 memiliki tingkat efikasidan tanggung jawab yang tinggi dengan prosentase sebesar (92,47%).

Abstract

The phenomenon of dishonesty occurs a lot in the academic field, one of which is plagiarism and cheating which are often encountered in universities in the process of learning and research. Academic dishonesty at the tertiary level in Timor-Leste is considered to affect the integrity of graduates when entering the workforce. The purpose of this study is to analyze indicators of academic dishonesty, causes of academic dishonesty, and appropriate solutions to overcome academic dishonesty of university students in Timor-Leste class of 2020-2022.           This research is a positivistic quantitative, descriptive research. The research was conducted using a Google form. The subjects of the study were 59 university students in the Timor-Leste class of 2020-2022. The data collection technique is by using questionnaire methods and questionnaire instruments. Validity and reliability of data using the help of data processing software. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis technique. The results showed that the indicators of academic dishonesty of Higher Education Students in the Timor-Leste class of 2020-2022 were Working together with friends during the exam, Allowed other students to see answers during quizzes or exams, Asking exam questions to other students who had done exams before, Seeing cases of cheating in class and not reporting it to the supervisor. The cause of academic dishonesty is that the questions given are very difficult and students consider working together during exams a form of solidarity. The solution to overcome academic dishonesty is that there is a reprimand when committing academic cheating, supervisors are firm in addressing academic dishonesty, and there are severe penalties when caught cheating.

Abstract

Technology has created numerous benefits in various aspects of life, including education. Teachers and students should integrate technology into their learning plans to ensure effective teaching and learning. The use of technology in education can inspire students to pursue new interests and motivate them to engage in learning activities that enhance their perspectives. The role of an instructor in a student's education is crucial. Self-directed learning (SDL) is an instructional process that requires students to identify their own learning needs, provide resources, and practice learning techniques. By using the right methods and situations in teaching, students can develop their own skills and enhance their learning experience. This study aims to improve the effectiveness of e-module practical on the otomotif kelistrikan in the Mesin Technical Education program.The study on the development of an e-module for otomological pedagogy found that the validity of the e-module met good results with validity scores of 84.4% (very feasible) for material, 85% (very feasible) for media, 75% (feasible) for language, and 83,3% very (feasible) for data from student responses. Critics and respondents also deemed that improvements are needed for the e-module. The results were based on feedback from the committee of otomologists who provided some suggestions about the electronic pedagogical pedagogy module in terms of quality and safety, indicating that improvements are still needed for this module. The e-module will be distributed through the Mesin Technical Education Program at the University of Surakarta.Keywords: development, e-modules, self directed learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk (1) mengetahui tingkat pengalaman belajar mahasiswa setelah melaksanakan program magang industri ditinjau dari aspek knowledge, (2) mengetahui tingkat pengalaman belajar mahasiswa setelah melaksanakan program magang industri ditinjau dari aspek skill, (3) mengetahui tingkat pengalaman belajar mahasiswa setelah melaksanakan program magang industri ditinjau dari aspek attitude. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan nonprobability sampling yaitu total sampling dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 71 mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Mesin FKIP UNS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner / angket. Teknik uji validitas dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai r hitung dengan nilai r tabel. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, tingkat pengalaman belajar mahasiswa aspek knowledge (pengetahuan) setelah melaksanakan magang industri memiliki nilai rata-rata 30,2535 dengan frekuensi sebanyak 45 mahasiswa dan persentase 63,4% berada dalam kategori tinggi. Kedua, tingkat pengalaman belajar mahasiswa aspek skill (keterampilan) setelah melaksanakan magang industri memiliki nilai rata-rata 35,1268 dengan frekuensi sebanyak 35 mahasiswa dan persentase 49,3% berada dalam kategori tinggi. Ketiga, tingkat pengalaman belajar mahasiswa aspek attitude (sikap) setelah melaksanakan magang industri memiliki nilai rata-rata 40,5915 dengan frekuensi sebanyak 43 mahasiswa dan persentase 60,6% berada dalam kategori tinggi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi program studi dalam evaluasi program magang industri.Kata kunci : Magang industri, pengalaman belajar, knowledge, skill, attitude

Abstract

In the current era, automatic motorbikes are the most popular motorbikes and are most widely used for everyday purposes. The motorcycle population always increases by around 5 million units every year. Of this amount, around 70% are motorbikes of the matic type, aka scooters. One trick that is usually used by automatic motorbike lovers to upgrade the characteristics of their automatic motorbike is to replace a part called the CVT roller. The aims of this study were: (1) To find out the effect on fuel consumption produced by a 110cc automatic motorcycle using variations in roller weight. (2) Knowing the effect on fuel consumption produced by 110cc automatic motorbikes using variations of engine speed. (3) Knowing the effect of using roller weight variations at RPM variations on fuel consumption on 110cc automatic motorcycles. The research method used is experimental. The research data was obtained by measuring the Honda BeAT New 2018 motorcycle sample. The independent variable is roller weight Variation and Variation of engine rotation. The dependent variable is fuel consumption. The data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques by describing them in the form of graphs and tables. The results of this study are: (1) The use of variations roller weight 10, 12, and 14 grams have an effect on fuel consumption. The use of a roller that is heavier or lighter than standard (12 grams) has the effect of producing a more different fuel consumption. (2) Variations in engine speed (3500, 5000 and 6500 RPM) have an influence on fuel consumption. Each increase in engine speed, the fuel consumption will also increase. This happens because the higher the engine speed, the higher the amount of fuel burned in the combustion chamber. (3) Has the effect of fuel consumption on the use of roller weight variations and variations of engine speed. This effect lies in the average fuel consumption using less standard rollers when compared to using lighter or heavier rollers. Overall, if you take the best, then the right choice is a standard 12 grams roller, because it has the lowest average fuel consumption value.

Abstract

The demand for fuel oil is increasing day by day, resulting in the depletion of oil and gas reserves in Indonesia. Rice husk waste biomass and low-density polyethylene plastic are wastes that can be utilized as alternative fuel sources by pyrolysis method. Pyrolysis is the process of burning organic and synthetic materials in conditions of little or no oxygen by utilizing heat from high temperature combustion. Pyrolysis method processing requires a heater to burn the material during the process. Efforts that can be made are the use of biomass stoves as the right solution because of the availability of abundant and cheap raw materials, biomass stoves can also provide solutions to reduce the impact of environmental pollution smoke. The purpose of this study was to determine the temperature produced by the biomass stove and the effect of the comparison of the composition of the biomass mixture of rice husk waste and low density polyethylene plastic waste on the quantity of pyrolysis oil. This research uses experimental method with quantitative descriptive analysis technique. This research was conducted by pyrolyzing a mixture of rice husk biomass waste and low density polyethylene plastic waste with variations in composition ratio of 0%:100%, 25%:75%, 50%:50%, 75%:25%, and 100%:0%. The pyrolyzed oil was then filtered and tested for quantity. The test results show that the biomass stove can be used as a heater in a pyrolysis device with a capacity of 4 kg of coconut shell briquettes. The use of coconut shell briquettes as fuel has the advantage of being able to produce higher heat and last longer than charcoal. The biomass stove can produce the highest pyrolysis temperature reaching 665.5°C at the bottom, 541°C in the middle, and 430.3°C at the top. There is an effect of variation in the composition of the mixture of rice husk waste and low-density polyethylene plastic waste on the quantity of pyrolysis oil. The composition of more rice husk waste compared to low density polyethylene plastic waste produces less quantity of pyrolysis oil, while the comparison of the composition of more low density polyethylene plastic waste compared to rice husk waste produces pyrolysis oil with more quantity. This can be seen from the quantity of pyrolysis oil produced ranging from 265 ml to 853.3 ml.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh tahapan kerja yang memiliki resiko kecelakaan kerja paling besar di bengkel body repair. Peneliti membatasi penelitian ini dengan melakukan penelitian di dua tempat yaitu bengkel Mitsubishi bodi & cat sebagai bengkel authorized dan bengkel Auto 168 sebagai bengkel non authorized. Data pada penelitian ini diambil dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Peneliti akan menganalisis data dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA). Peneliti akan memperoleh nilai risk priority number (RPN) melalui tiga parameter yaitu, severity (S), occurrence (O), dan detectability (D) dari tiap-tiap tahapan kerja. Dari penelitian ini, akan diperoleh peringkat tahapan kerja dengan resiko kecelakaan kerja terbesar hingga terkecil yang akhirnya digunakan sebagai dasar dalam menggambarkan potensi kecelakaan kerja dan faktor penyebabnya, serta memberikan rekomendasi cara meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja.

Abstract

Renewable energy technologies are currently being developed, one of which is wind turbines. There are two types of wind turbines, namely the vertical axis and the horizontal axis. One of the horizontal wind turbines is the helical savonius. The development of this technology can help the development of renewable energy. The Mechanical Engineering Education study program is testing wind turbines to help students understand wind turbine technology. Through this research a practicum module will be created to assist students in carrying out wind turbine practicum.This electronic module validates the material and media. The results of the material validation stated the suitability of the material in accordance with the material on wind turbines that had been taught in wind turbine courses. The results of the media validation state that the design is attractive and easy to read so that students can understand the electronic module.

Abstract

The FKIP UNS Mechanical Engineering Education study program is one of the clusters in vocational education that produces vocational teacher candidates. To equip the competencies required to become a SMK teacher in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Engineering, it is necessary to gain experience in the industry. Industrial Internship is one of the subjects that must be taken by students of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program FKIP UNS as a graduation requirement. To examine the extent to which students carry out industrial apprenticeship programs in terms of the aspects of students and study programs, it is necessary to conduct research on the analysis of Industrial Internship readiness of students of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program FKIP UNS which can then be used as a basis for making policies regarding industrial apprenticeships. The design in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique was carried out in a survey using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were all students of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program FKIP UNS class of 2020 or semester IV who will carry out the Industrial Internship program in 2022. The research data were analyzed descriptively with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that 1) the readiness for industrial internships for students of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program FKIP UNS class of 2020 was 3.93 which was in the good category. 2) in providing industrial apprenticeship services for students, the Mechanical Engineering Education study program FKIP UNS makes an industrial apprentice manual and appoints an industrial apprentice coordinator.

Abstract

This study with stationary test aims to (1) To investigate the effect of using step up voltage on Honda Beat motorcycles on fuel consumption with stationary test. (2) To investigate the variation of the best voltage from the use of step up voltage on the fuel consumption of Honda Beat 2013 motorcycles with stationary test. (3) To investigate the effect of the use of a mixture of bioethanol and pertalite fuels on the fuel consumption of Honda Beat motorcycles with stationary test. (4) To investigate the variation of the best concentration of mixing bioethanol in pertalite on the fuel consumption of a Honda Beat 2013 motorcycle with stationary test. (5) To investigate the best configuration of a mixture of bioethanol and the use of step up voltage on the fuel consumption of a Honda Beat motorcycle with stationary test. Data collection techniques are needed to obtain results. valid data from the tests that have been carried out. Experimental techniques were used to collect data from each of the variables studied. So that the determination of variables is very necessary by carrying out clear research and testing procedures in order to facilitate the process of collecting data from the results of these experiments. The test results on the stationary test, namely the use of step up voltage, there is an effect on fuel consumption, the best is set at voltage of 14,3 V at 3.65 ml/min. The use of variations in the concentration of bioethanol in pertalite has an effect on fuel consumption with the best results using a 20% bioethanol concentration of 4.56 ml/minute. The best configuration was obtained when the step up voltage was set at 14.1 V and the 25% bioethanol concentration was 4.01 ml/min. more perfect due to a decrease in the level of fuel consumption in the tested vehicle.
