Abstract

Yogyakarta is one of Indonesia's leading historical tourism destinations, offering numerous heritage attractions with diverse characteristics. The large number of available destinations often makes it difficult for tourists to select the most suitable attraction because multiple criteria, including entrance fee, service quality, physical condition, facility completeness, visitor comfort, and cleanliness, must be considered simultaneously. Furthermore, tourists' evaluations are generally subjective and involve uncertainty, requiring a decision-making approach capable of handling such conditions. This study aims to determine the best historical tourism destination in Yogyakarta by integrating the Trapezoidal Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Trapezoidal Fuzzy AHP) and Fuzzy Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution (Fuzzy EDAS) methods. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, resulting in 246 evaluations of five historical tourist attractions. Trapezoidal Fuzzy AHP was applied to determine the weights of six evaluation criteria, while Fuzzy EDAS was used to rank the alternatives. The results indicate that facility completeness, visitor comfort, and cleanliness are the most important criteria, each obtaining a weight of 0.24487, followed by physical condition (0.21399), entrance fee (0.02965), and service quality (0.02175). Based on the ranking results, Museum Sonobudoyo achieved the highest appraisal score of 1.0000, making it the recommended historical tourism destination in Yogyakarta. The integration of Trapezoidal Fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy EDAS proved to provide a systematic, objective, and reliable decision-making approach capable of accommodating uncertainty in respondents' assessments. ABSTRAK Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata sejarah utama di Indonesia yang memiliki beragam objek wisata dengan karakteristik berbeda. Banyaknya alternatif objek wisata menyebabkan wisatawan sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan destinasi yang paling sesuai karena harus mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria, seperti harga tiket masuk, pelayanan, kondisi fisik objek wisata, kelengkapan fasilitas, kenyamanan pengunjung, dan kebersihan. Selain itu, penilaian wisatawan umumnya bersifat subjektif dan mengandung ketidakpastian sehingga memerlukan pendekatan pengambilan keputusan yang mampu mengakomodasi kondisi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan rekomendasi objek wisata sejarah terbaik di Kota Yogyakarta menggunakan kombinasi metode Trapezoidal Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Trapezoidal Fuzzy AHP) dan Fuzzy Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution (Fuzzy EDAS). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang menghasilkan 246 data penilaian terhadap lima objek wisata sejarah. Metode Trapezoidal Fuzzy AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot enam kriteria penilaian, sedangkan Fuzzy EDAS digunakan untuk melakukan pemeringkatan alternatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria kelengkapan fasilitas, kenyamanan pengunjung, dan kebersihan objek wisata memiliki bobot tertinggi masing-masing sebesar 0,24487, diikuti kondisi fisik objek wisata (0,21399), harga tiket masuk (0,02965), dan pelayanan (0,02175). Berdasarkan hasil pemeringkatan, Museum Sonobudoyo memperoleh nilai appraisal score tertinggi sebesar 1,0000, sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai objek wisata sejarah terbaik di Kota Yogyakarta. Kombinasi metode Trapezoidal Fuzzy AHP dan Fuzzy EDAS terbukti mampu menghasilkan proses pengambilan keputusan yang sistematis, objektif, dan mampu mengakomodasi ketidakpastian penilaian responden.
