Abstract

The level of work motivation is based on two aspects which are indicators, namely motivator factors and health or maintenance factors. The motivator factor is a factor or situation that can encourage achievement and intrinsic in nature that comes from within the da'i itself. This motivator factor relates to opportunities for achievement, opportunities to gain recognition, advances, opportunities in the work itself, personal improvement or development and opportunities to obtain responsibility. While hygiene / sanitation factors are extrinsic factors which are derived from outside the preacher, but also determine the behavior of preachers in carrying out their work and related to the environment in which the work is carried out. Hygiene factors will provide satisfaction (satisfies) if these factors are met, on the contrary if it is not fulfilled it will cause dissatisfaction (dissatisfaction) which will cause demands for the da'i.

Abstract

The dynamics of religious encounter in Minangkabau with this culture are sometimes manifested as resistance from the local culture towards Islam and foreign culture (as a new culture), but many of them can blend without having to show resistance from one element, both because of the original cultural factors is dynamic and adaptive to the new culture and because of the adjustment made by Islam and foreign culture which at that time was positioned as a new culture. Almost all religions cannot be separated from the culture in which religion arises and develops. The acceptance of Islam and foreign cultures in the Minangkabau community certainly passed through various stages of the process, such as the process of acculturation, assimilation, diffusion, and so on. Islamic encounters and various cultures with adat in Minangkabau in transmigration areas are expressed in several forms: first, Islam and various kinds of culture can be integrated into socio-cultural-religious expressions, thus giving birth to an assimilative Islamic tradition. Second, Islam and cultural are not integrated, but also do not trigger conflict and conflict, resulting in an acculturative Islamic tradition. Third, varied Islam and cultural contradict each other, whether or not they cause conflict or not.

Abstract

Effective communication can be measured through five criterions, they are indicator of understanding, pleasure, influencing attitudes, social relations are getting better, and revealing to an action. Communication of Student’ Academic Advisory in giving explanations and guidance, gives consideration to students in selecting courses, providing guidance and advice that are intended to assist students in achieving the success of the study and in order to develop a scientific attitude and a good habit and also give warning to student’s low academic performance. It can be said to be quite good for the cause of understanding and it can be seen on the indicator of understanding. Furthermore, Academic Advisor in communicating the role can also be classified as a good indicator of pleasure, indicator of affected attitude, the indicator of social relationships, and revealing to an action

Abstract

Performance assessment can be described as a study of the ability of an organization in achieving goals. The performance assessment can be used to measure the activities of the company / organization in achieving goals and also as material for future improvement. Organizational performance is a performance and the process of implementation in which the organization's objectives to be achieved. In the context of this assessment, which is defined as the performance is to see to what extent the achievement in the achievement of the performance of government agencies in achieving the goals set by the Balanced Score Card (BSC) of the Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Processes, Learning and Growth perspective. Thus, performance measurement is a useful tool in efforts to achieve the goals, performance measurement can be done through the process of assessment of the achievement of the set objectives and performance measurement can provide an objective assessment in management decision making. Measurement of performance assessment can help improve the quality and lower the costs arising from the activities of government agencies.

Abstract

Sumberdaya Manusia merupakan aset yang sangat penting bagi organisasi dan merupakan salah satu unsur yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi, terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan dan tantangan bisnis yang semakin besar, seperti globalisasi, perubahan teknologi dan perhatian terhadap kualitas. Untuk dapat menghadapi tantangan bisnis tersebut, organisasi harus mampu mengelola sumberdaya manusia yang dapat diarahkan pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

SWOT analysis of the FKI Rabbani missionary activities of AndalasUniversity (UNAND) Padang City was applied in every missionary activity carriedout in the UNAND campus environment. Can be seen on internal factors andexternal factors. From the internal factors of the FKI Rabbani University ofAndalas University (UNAND), the city of Padang which consists of two points,namely strengths and weaknesses, that the strength of the FKI Rabbani Universityof Andalas University (UNAND) in the city of Padang lies in financial resourcesoriginating from the Rector, the Alumni Council contribution, and donationscaretaker. Human resources, administrators are given guidance and ongoingtraining, so they are able to manage the course of campus missionary activities.Technology resources, administrators broadcast propaganda through social media,such as Facebook, Instagram. And information resources, from the Islamic StudyForum (FSI) Faculty of Andalas University (UNAND). While in terms ofweakness, it can be seen from the facilities and infrastructure, namely infocus. Lowmanagerial skills, such as the lack of communication among fellow management.Skills that are not in accordance with market demands, such as the need forpreaching to students is to use infocations and lecture materials. Products that areless desirable, such as the implementation of closed room activities.Keywords: Analysis, SWOT, Da'wahAbstrakAnalisis SWOT kegiatan dakwah FKI Rabbani Universitas Andalas(UNAND) Kota Padang diterapkan dalam setiap kegiatan dakwah yang dilakukandi lingkungan kampus UNAND. Dapat dilihat pada faktor internal dan faktoreksternal. Dari faktor internal FKI Rabbani Universitas Andalas (UNAND) kotaPadang yang terdiri dari dua poin yaitu kekuatan dan kelemahan, bahwa kekuatanFKI Rabbani Universitas Andalas (UNAND) kota Padang terletak pada sumberdaya keuangan yang berasal dari pihak Rektorat, sumbangan Dewan Alumni, sertasumbangan pengurus. Sumber daya manusia, pengurus diberikan pembinaan danpelatihan-pelatihan yang berkelanjutan, sehingga mampu mengelola jalannyakegiatan dakwah kampus. Sumber daya teknologi, pengurus menyiarkan dakwahmelalui media sosial, seperti facebook, instagram. Dan sumber daya informasi, dariForum Studi Islam (FSI) Fakultas selingkup Universitas Andalas (UNAND).Sedangkan dari segi kelemahan terlihat dari sarana dan prasarana, yaitu infokus.Kemampuan manajerial yang rendah, seperti masih kurangnya komunikasi sesamapengurus. Keterampilan yang tidak sesuai dengan tuntutan pasar, seperti kebutuhandakwah kepada mahasiswa adalah menggunakan media infokus dan bahan matericeramah. Produk yang kurang diminati, seperti pelaksanaan kegiatan diruangantertutup.Kata Kunci: Analisis, SWOT, Dakwah

Abstract

Every company has organizational values that emerge from the culture ofthe organization; beliefs. The value of the organization is what is rightly there andis practiced by all employees in an organization and becomes a differentiator withother organizations. Research on the Implementation of Islamic Values in theOrganizational Culture of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Padang Ulak Karang BranchOffice using qualitative methods. The results showed that organizational culture isthe soul of the company which is applied in everyday activities of Bank SyariahMandiri. Bank Syariah Mandiri exists as a bank that combines idealism withIslamic values that underlies its operations and is one of the advantages of BankSyariah Mandiri as an alternative banking service in Indonesia.Keywords: Islamic Values, Organizational Culture, BSMAbstrakSetiap perusahaan memiliki nilai-nilai organisasi yang muncul dari budayaorganisasi; keyakinan (beliefs). Abstract

The implementation of budgetary policies (fiscal decentralization), the days of local autonomy and communicative accountable on public authorities always show the relationship or interaction with the established policy goals. Hence, the implementation of communicative akuntabiliutas on a Board/ Department/ Office will provide a positive impact on the performance of that agency. Based on the analysis conducted, we believe that with the communicative accountability to ensure the successful achievement of organizational goals. Managerial accountability communicative emphasis on efficiency and pengehematan use of funds, property, human resources, and other power sources. Then establish a continuous process such as planning and budgeting, enabling them to provide the best public services. Efficiency of resource management that the authority of a government agency is a key feature of communicative managerial accountability.

Abstract

In general, online media is information that is presented online on the internet. Online media has a very wide scope, ranging from online TV, online radio, and online news portals. That an online news portal is a site or web page that contains the types of news. So a news portal is a site that displays information about information that occurs to the public. It can be seen that there are many news portals that have sprung up on the internet, making it easier for readers to get the latest information. Based on the observations that the author made that KPI students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences UNIVERSITAS  IB Padang in obtaining information by using or accessing information on news portals. That the news portals accessed by KPI students are detik.com, kompas.com, tribunnews, viva.co.id, okezone.com, Kapanlagi.com, online republic, realmberita.com, padangekspres.com, Suarakampus.com. Utilization of online news portals for KPI students as information, information about academics, job vacancies, tourism, technology and crime. The supporting factor is due to curiosity and adding insight along with being supported by cellphone (HP) facilities. The inhibiting factor is due to eye fatigue, inaccurate news, and typing errors in writing.
