Abstract

The dynamics of religious encounter in Minangkabau with this culture are sometimes manifested as resistance from the local culture towards Islam and foreign culture (as a new culture), but many of them can blend without having to show resistance from one element, both because of the original cultural factors is dynamic and adaptive to the new culture and because of the adjustment made by Islam and foreign culture which at that time was positioned as a new culture. Almost all religions cannot be separated from the culture in which religion arises and develops. The acceptance of Islam and foreign cultures in the Minangkabau community certainly passed through various stages of the process, such as the process of acculturation, assimilation, diffusion, and so on. Islamic encounters and various cultures with adat in Minangkabau in transmigration areas are expressed in several forms: first, Islam and various kinds of culture can be integrated into socio-cultural-religious expressions, thus giving birth to an assimilative Islamic tradition. Second, Islam and cultural are not integrated, but also do not trigger conflict and conflict, resulting in an acculturative Islamic tradition. Third, varied Islam and cultural contradict each other, whether or not they cause conflict or not.

Abstract

Abtract   PKH program implementation in Padang City has not been successful, because there are still poverty, malnutrition, mothers died due to childbirth, and low awareness of the community that supports the improvement of welfare. This study aims to find out the planning, implementation of the hope family program in the perspective of community empowerment. Suggestions that can be implemented are evaluating government policies on the implementation of the family of hope program and providing Value to individuals. This research states that:1. The family of hope program is generally not perfectly successful, but can contribute to the poor. 2. Family hope programs in helping the community's economy include cash assistance programs, complementary assistance to communities, school children, people with disabilities, and pregnant women. 3. The hope of the family program in its use provides support and motivation so that the community can produce and improve the economy. In the perspective of empowerment to the 3 points above from the hope family program, it has fulfilled the terms and conditions in empowering the poor in the city of Padang, the hope family program empowers the community through economic, social, spiritual. Keywords: Implementasi Program Keluarga harapan

Abstract

Covid 19 atau dikenal dengan corona virus merupakan penyakit yang menyerang pernapasan yang ditularkan lewat percikan air ludah dan benda yang terkena percikan air ludah yang mengandung virus corona. Angka kasus covid 19 terus melonjak sehingga perlu diprediksi dengan model matematika SEIR agar mendapat gambaran kasus covid pada saat memasuki bulan Ramadhan dan hari raya Idul fitri. Hal ini bertujuan agar pemerintah perlu membuat kebijakan baru untuk menekan angka kasus covid 19 disaat memasuki bulan Ramadhan dan hari Raya Idul Fitri 1441 H. Hasil penelitian menyatakan angka kasus covid 19 meningkat tajam pada bulan Ramadhan dan libur idul fitri. Pemerintah perlunya membuat kebijakan agar tidak melakukan tradisi mudik, menghentikan sementara pasar pabukoan, melakukan survailens aktif, melakukan karantina ketat terhadap kelompok risiko tinggi serta adanya sanksi yang tegas bagi oknum yang melanggar.AbstractCorona virus, well known as Covid-19 is a respiratory disease transmitted from an infected people to other through saliva liquid that has infected by the virus. The cases gradually increased and to predict the number of cases we applied the mathematical model” SEIR”. This study aimed to predict corona cases at Ramadhan and holiday to celebration the Eid Fitri of 1441 H. The result has shown that the cases would be increasing significantly at those time. The government decided a tight policy for the people who had planned to return to their village, and to shop to the open market, to do an active survailence, tight isolation and punished the people who disobey the policy.

Abstract

The success of an organization can be measured by the level of satisfaction felt by partners/clients. Basically, many factors that influence the level of satisfaction of partners/clients include the effectiveness of communication and service quality. In the past few years TVRI Sumatra has experienced a decline in the number of customers. This may be caused by the effectiveness of communication and poor service quality. This type of research is quantitative using analytic descriptive design. Sampling was determined by the total sampling technique on TVRI West Sumatra Public Broadcasting Partners, which amounted to 67 respondents. Data collection tools using questionnaires and observations. Data analysis using Chi-square. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the effectiveness of organizational communication with Partner Satisfaction with a P value of 0,000 (P <0.05) OR 7,500 (95% CI = (2,533-22,204), and there was a significant relationship between service quality and satisfaction partners with a SE value of a value of OR 37,500 (95% CI = (7,509-187,284).

Abstract

This article discusses TVRI's understanding of the crisis it faces and how crisismanagement is carried out to deal with the crisis. The crisis faced by TVRI was a crisis related to the management of the organization, especially related to finance and HR, and the reputation crisis because the image as a old school TV attached to TVRI that arose because of changes in the audience as recipients of messages was not followed by changes to TVRI as a communicator. TVRI management takes steps to adapt to the changes that have occurred in this millennial era. The steps taken are communicated into and out of the institution using the current media to get support from the internal and attract public attention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the communication strategy carried out by the Padang City BPS in communicating the population census policy to the community. This research was based on the implementation of the 2010 population census policy which was a major event held simultaneously in all regions of Indonesia including the City of Padang. To achieve effective communication where all the people of Padang City are willing to participate in the success of the 2010 population census policy without being missed or not recorded, a carefully planned communication strategy is needed. The communication strategy that has been implemented by Padang City BPS managerially has gone through the stages of communication strategies starting from the planning stage to the evaluation. The form of communication conducted by BPS in Padang City in communicating census policies to the public is media communication, namely by socializing the population census policy through existing communication media. While the form of communication in communicating the population census policy to the community is face-to-face communication with the people of Padang City through structured interviews using questionnaire instruments.

Abstract

Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Adzkia telah melaksanakan misi dakwah dan misi sosial kemasyarakatan, hal ini berdasarkan keterangan dari pihak yayasan. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah : pertama, untuk mengungkapkan bentuk-bentuk pengembangan masyarakat Islam sesuai dengan misi dakwah Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Adzkia terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Kedua untuk mengungkapkan bentuk-bentuk pengembangan masyarakat Islam sesuai dengan misi sosial kemasyarakatan  Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Adzkia terhadap masyarakat yang ada di Kota Padang. Potensi apa saja yang di dapat didalam yayasan Adzkia sumetara barat ini yang di gali oleh penulis.

Abstract

Berdirinya komunitas Islam berdasarkan aqidah Islam, merupakan konsekuensi yang komit terhadap monotheistic word view (tauhid). KomunitasIslam bukanlah masyarakat yang materialistis, sekular dan bukan penganutanimisme-dinamisme. Ia bukanlah masyarakat Yahudi dan Nasrani,, bukanmasyarakat litberal kapitalis, dan bukan pula masyarakat sosialis marxis. Melainkan ia adalah sebuah masyarakat religius yang mengagamakan aqidahtauhid (monotheistic word view), yaitu aqidah Islam Aqidah Islam tidak relaberada dalam posisi marjinal dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan terasing olehagidah lain yang merubah pandangan manusia terhadap Allah, manusia, alamdan kehidupan.
