Abstract

In the era of rapid globalization, businesses must continuously adapt their strategies to sustain economic prosperity, necessitating a deeper understanding of the interplay between evolving business strategies and global market dynamics. This study aims to analyze the impact of strategic adaptations in business on economic growth, emphasizing key determinants such as digital transformation, innovation management, and market diversification that drive competitiveness and financial sustainability. Employing a mixed methods approach, this research integrates quantitative econometric analysis with qualitative case studies from multinational corporations, offering an in depth examination of how firms navigate economic uncertainties, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and mitigate risks in an increasingly interconnected world. The findings reveal a strong correlation between strategic agility, technological integration, and longterm economic resilience, demonstrating that businesses adopting proactive, data driven, and customer centric strategies tend to outperform competitors in volatile market conditions. Moreover, companies leveraging artificial intelligence, blockchain, and predictive analytics enhance decision making efficiency and optimize operational effectiveness, further contributing to economic stability and expansion. Additionally, the study highlights the critical role of government policies, regulatory frameworks, and global trade agreements in shaping business landscapes and influencing macroeconomic trends. These insights underscore the necessity for firms to cultivate dynamic capabilities, embrace adaptive leadership, and align strategic decision making with geopolitical shifts and market transformations, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage amid evolving global challenges.

Abstract

Environmental challenges such as climate change, resource depletion, biodiversity loss, and increasing pollution require innovative and adaptive solutions to strengthen environmental resilience. Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology capable of improving environmental monitoring, prediction, and decision-making processes. This study examines the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing environmental resilience and promoting sustainable innovation across various sectors, including natural resource management, climate adaptation, waste management, environmental conservation, and smart environmental systems. This study adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology integrated with bibliometric analysis and thematic content analysis to identify research trends, conceptual developments, and emerging themes related to AI applications in environmental sustainability. The selected studies were analyzed using VOSviewer, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel to visualize knowledge structures, thematic relationships, and research patterns. The findings reveal that AI significantly contributes to environmental resilience by enabling advanced data analysis, early detection of environmental risks, predictive assessment, resource optimization, and evidence-based decision-making. Furthermore, AI-driven innovations support sustainable practices through renewable energy optimization, precision agriculture, waste management improvement, water resource monitoring, and smart city development. However, challenges remain regarding data quality, technological accessibility, computational requirements, ethical considerations, and responsible governance. The study concludes that AI has substantial potential to accelerate environmental resilience and sustainable innovation when supported by appropriate policies, stakeholder collaboration, and long-term sustainability strategies. By integrating intelligent technologies with responsible environmental management approaches, AI can serve as a strategic enabler in addressing complex ecological challenges and supporting a more adaptive, resilient, and sustainable future.

Abstract

The rapid growth of TikTok as a social media platform has transformed influencer marketing, offering brands unparalleled opportunities to engage with their target audiences. However, issues such as lack of transparency, trust, and inefficiencies in payment processes remain significant challenges in influencer marketing, highlighting a critical GAP in both literature and practice. This study addresses these challenges by exploring the implementation of smart contracts, powered by blockchain technology, as a novel solution. Smart contracts provide an automated, secure, and transparent framework for managing influencer marketing campaigns. The research employs a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the primary methode, utilizing the SmartPLS tool. Data were collected from 200 respondents who are active TikTok users and have engaged with influencer marketing campaigns. The findings reveal that credibility, informativeness, and entertainment positively affect advertising value, while irritation negatively impacts it. Furthermore, advertising value significantly influences advertising attitude, which, in turn, impacts purchase intention. Additionally, advertising attitude moderates the relationship between advertising value and purchase intention, strengthening its effect. These results and conclusions emphasize the transformative potential of smart contracts in enhancing transparency, trust, and efficiency within influencer marketing. By introducing blockchain-based solutions, this study makes a significant novelty contribution to the literature, offering practical insights for brands and marketers. Specifically, smart contracts enable brands to ensure fair compensation, accurate performance measurement, and improved campaign outcomes. This study underscores the importance of leveraging cutting edge technologies to address existing gaps in influencer marketing, ultimately paving the way for more effective and transaction.
