Abstract

This study aims to explore the understanding and experiences of community health cadres in carrying out public health service tasks amid changes in minimum service standards. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 19 informants and analyzed using the Interactive Analysis Model supported by NVivo 12 Plus for Windows. The findings reveal that health cadres experience excessive workloads due to increasing task demands that must be completed within limited timeframes, while the compensation received remains below expectations. At the same time, cadres are required to meet increasingly complex work standards in line with the development of primary health care policies. These conditions heighten the risk of burnout and negatively affect the quality of services delivered to the community. In addition, cadres’ competencies and communication skills in providing health services have not yet reached an optimal level. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening health cadre professionalism through clear and well-structured work design, supported by capacity building, training, and continuous professional development as key dimensions of educational management to improve service quality sustainably.

Abstract

The development of digitalization requires student entrepreneurs and business owners to have the skills to produce creative content that supports business promotion. Unfortunately, limited graphic design knowledge is often a major obstacle to optimal use of digital media. This community service activity is designed to improve the skills of student entrepreneurs and business owners in Palu City in designing digital content using Canva and utilizing supporting tools such as Remove.bg, Freepik, and CapCut. The implementation method includes socialization, practical workshops, and mentoring. The socialization focused on the importance of digital literacy and business branding, while the workshop emphasized technical skills through direct practice, and mentoring was provided so that participants were able to apply designs according to business needs. Evaluation was carried out using pre-tests, post-tests, and assessments of participants' work. The results of the activity showed a considerable descriptive increase in skills, where 80% of participants were able to create simple promotional posters independently, 75% successfully integrated supporting visual elements, and 70% began implementing the design results on their business social media. With these achievements, this activity makes a real contribution to improving digital literacy, creativity, and the competitiveness of student entrepreneurs and local business owners in the digital economy era
