Abstract

One of the implementations of E-Government by the local government is the creation of the Dispar Ciamis Regency website, developed by the Ciamis Regency Government. This initiative aligns with Ciamis Regency Regional Regulation No. 19 of 2011, Article 27, which mandates the local government to provide various tourism information, legal protection, safety, comfort, and security for tourists. Therefore, the government is obliged to provide tourism-related information on the official website while considering user security, legal protection, comfort, and safety. This study utilizes the E-GovQual method to assess user satisfaction with the services provided by the Dispar Ciamis Regency website. A total of 54 responses were collected. The analysis methods employed include Scriptural Hash Table Analysis, Validity and Reliability Analysis, and Hypothesis Analysis. The study results indicate that the variables of usability, trust, interactive environment functionality, reliability, content, and information display, as well as citizen support, do not influence users' intention to use (REI), except for the content, information display, and citizen support variables, which influence user satisfaction (AS) or intention. Additionally, to enhance user trust in the Dispar Ciamis Regency website, it is necessary to include features that measure the level of understanding between the website administrators and users regarding each applicable rule or policy.

Abstract

Public service delivery has long faced challenges related to transparency, efficiency, and accountability. The integration of blockchain technology presents a novel solution to these issues, promising enhanced governance through secure, transparent, and efficient processes. This literature review explores the potential of blockchain technology in transforming public service delivery. It synthesizes existing research on the application of blockchain in public administration, highlighting key benefits such as improved transparency, reduced fraud, and increased efficiency. Additionally, the review identifies critical success factors and challenges in implementing blockchain-based solutions in the public sector. By examining case studies and theoretical frameworks, this study provides a comprehensive understanding of how blockchain can revolutionize public governance. The findings offer valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to leverage blockchain technology to enhance public service delivery and achieve better governance outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the quality of service at the Bandung Fire Prevention and Control Agency. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. While the data processing and analysis techniques use triangulation. The results showed that the quality of service at the Bandung City Fire Prevention and Control Agency was measured through 4 (four) aspects, namely aspects of convenience, aspects of speed, aspects of accuracy, and security aspects tend not to run optimally. This can be seen from the large number of objects that cannot be saved during a fire event. Such as residential buildings, public buildings, kiosks, shoping centers and so on.

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 6 Year 2014 in the course of government in Indonesia requires the Head of Sub-District, Village Head, Village Head and village / urban village apparatus as leaders, who deal directly with village / urban village communities to work together in an integrated and integrated manner to guard and implementing Law Number 6 Year 2014 and other laws and regulations in order to realize prosperity. This research is a type of research library using secondary data. This research is conducted by using qualitative methods and is done through an inductive approach, namely an approach that departs from things specifically for conclusions or general matters. The results of this study indicate that the Village Government is the administration of government affairs and interests of the local community in the system of government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The Village Authority is the implementation of the Village Government, the application of Village Development, Village community development, and community empowerment. Village income comes from the village's original income, the allocation of the State Revenues and Expenditures, part of the results of regional taxes and retribution from the Regency / City, Village fund allocation from the Regency / City balance fund, assistance finance from Regency / City and Province APBD, grants and donations, as well as other legitimate village income. They are building positive relationships between the sub-district head and the village head and village head in welcoming fiscal to village decentralisation and empowerment strategies and building public trust as an effort to strengthen village governance in improving community welfare.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of anti-corruption policies in enhancing institutional integrity and governance across various contexts. By conducting a comprehensive literature review and comparative analysis of selected case studies, this research aims to provide a nuanced understanding of the mechanisms and factors that contribute to successful anti-corruption measures. The literature review explores definitions, types, and theoretical frameworks of corruption, as well as an overview of existing anti-corruption policies. The methodology includes qualitative data collection through document analysis and interviews, with case studies selected based on criteria such as geographical diversity and varying governance structures. The analysis highlights the effectiveness of different anti-corruption strategies, considering contextual factors such as political will, institutional capacity, and socio-economic conditions. Findings reveal that robust governance structures, transparency, and community involvement are critical for the success of anti-corruption initiatives. The study also identifies common challenges, including resistance to change, inadequate enforcement mechanisms, and the complexity of corruption networks. Based on these insights, the research provides policy recommendations for designing and implementing effective anti-corruption measures, emphasizing the importance of tailored approaches that consider local contexts. This study contributes to the broader discourse on governance and corruption, offering practical guidance for policymakers and practitioners aiming to strengthen institutional integrity and reduce corruption.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of transformational leadership in driving organizational change within government agencies. Transformational leadership, characterized by the ability to inspire and motivate employees towards a shared vision, is increasingly recognized as vital for public sector reform and improved organizational performance. Through a comprehensive literature review and in-depth case studies of selected government agencies, this research identifies key transformational leadership practices and their impact on organizational change initiatives. The findings reveal that transformational leaders in the public sector play a crucial role in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and adaptability, which are essential for successful change management. Additionally, the study highlights the challenges and barriers faced by public sector leaders in implementing transformational leadership and provides policy recommendations to enhance leadership effectiveness. By contributing to the understanding of leadership dynamics in the public sector, this research offers valuable insights for policymakers and public sector leaders aiming to navigate the complexities of organizational change.
