Abstract

Political developments in the new order era in Indonesia were filled with collusion, corruption and nepotism (KKN), so this required bureaucratic reform. To find a comprehensive understanding of the importance of implementing public reform from the perspective of public administration, it is then necessary to look at how the model of bureaucratic reform has previously been carried out, both in Indonesia and in other countries. A qualitative approach is used in this research method with research data sources and previous studies. The study results indicate that there are two dimensions related to bureaucratic reform that occurred in various countries, namely the organizational dimension and the human resource dimension of the apparatus.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to implement sharia-based digital marketing strategies for the empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cilembu Village, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. Cilembu Village has significant potential for MSMEs; however, many entrepreneurs have not optimally utilized digital technology to market their products. Through this training, participants are taught about digital marketing concepts that align with sharia principles, including the use of social media, creating engaging content, and e-commerce strategies. The methods used include outreach, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in the understanding and skills of MSME actors in applying sharia-based digital marketing strategies. Additionally, entrepreneurs showed increased confidence in marketing their products online, which is expected to enhance competitiveness and improve the economic welfare of the Cilembu community.

Abstract

To meet the various needs of its people, a country will carry out public services so that then goods, services, and various administrative services needed can be fulfilled. This certainly needs to be done because the effectiveness of a government system will be determined mainly by the quality of the implementation of public services from the state to its people. This research will use a qualitative approach with research data sources and previous studies. The study results show that good governance can be achieved through the participation of various holders of positions in government. Then good public service will show that the performance of government management has good quality. The improvements that can be implemented to improve public services include accelerating the formation of public service law, establishing one-stop services, transparency of public service costs, making SOPs, and implementing reforms for employees working in the public service sector.
