Abstract

This study aims to find out how the quality of service at the Bandung Fire Prevention and Control Agency. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. While the data processing and analysis techniques use triangulation. The results showed that the quality of service at the Bandung City Fire Prevention and Control Agency was measured through 4 (four) aspects, namely aspects of convenience, aspects of speed, aspects of accuracy, and security aspects tend not to run optimally. This can be seen from the large number of objects that cannot be saved during a fire event. Such as residential buildings, public buildings, kiosks, shoping centers and so on.

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 6 Year 2014 in the course of government in Indonesia requires the Head of Sub-District, Village Head, Village Head and village / urban village apparatus as leaders, who deal directly with village / urban village communities to work together in an integrated and integrated manner to guard and implementing Law Number 6 Year 2014 and other laws and regulations in order to realize prosperity. This research is a type of research library using secondary data. This research is conducted by using qualitative methods and is done through an inductive approach, namely an approach that departs from things specifically for conclusions or general matters. The results of this study indicate that the Village Government is the administration of government affairs and interests of the local community in the system of government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The Village Authority is the implementation of the Village Government, the application of Village Development, Village community development, and community empowerment. Village income comes from the village's original income, the allocation of the State Revenues and Expenditures, part of the results of regional taxes and retribution from the Regency / City, Village fund allocation from the Regency / City balance fund, assistance finance from Regency / City and Province APBD, grants and donations, as well as other legitimate village income. They are building positive relationships between the sub-district head and the village head and village head in welcoming fiscal to village decentralisation and empowerment strategies and building public trust as an effort to strengthen village governance in improving community welfare.

Abstract

Conscientiousness initiative, interpersonal support, and organizational support are still the prime problem in the performance achieve process. It’s thought to have been caused by individual performance not done optimally yet.The aim of the research for understanding the good organizational performance that first contribution from individual performance in the organization. At the least, responsibility of the individual of the organization. The responsibility internally in the organization and for public responsibility externally.The methodology use are qualitative, the first to library study, and study of factual comparative complately, with central issue in the beaucracy, especially in Indonesia.The study of performance has been done since 1913 by Munstenberg in the conclusion that individual performance is the central role in a organization. Responding the society dynamics and global era. Conclusion the writer that study of performance have been relevantly until now and important to reasearch continously.

Abstract

Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk membuat analisis sistematis yang mendalam terhadap peran dan kontribusi pesantren dalam pembangunan wilayah perdesaan, terutama di Kab. Tasikmalaya yang jumlahnya telah mencapai 761 pesantren. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kajian kasus berganda. Kasus-kasusnya terdiri dari enam pesantren (tiga pesantren besar dan tiga pesantren kecil), semuanya berlokasi di Kab. Tasikmalaya. Pemilihan pesantren-pesantren itu disebabkan karena mewakili dari tiga kategori: tradisional, modern, dan kombinasi. Wawancara, pengamatan, dan analisis dokumen digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Wawancara tatap muka memakai daftar pertanyaan yang dikembangkan untuk kajian ini. Temuan kajian menunjukkan bahwa semua pesantren merancang sendiri dan melaksanakan rencana pembangunan, baik untuk di dalam pesantren itu sendiri maupun untuk pembangunan desa, yang menjadi lingkungan sosialnya, karena kebanyakan pesantren itu berada di perdesaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of inactive archives carried out by KUA Karanganyar District, Kebumen Regency on the procedures for structuring and storing inactive archives of marriage certificates and inactive archives of waqf land and this research is expected to be used as an evaluation material for the management of inactive archives, both in KUA Karanganyar District, as well as in other KUA sub-districts in Indonesia. The method that the author uses is a type of descriptive research, a qualitative approach. Sources of data come from primary and secondary data. To support the research analysis, the researcher used the Pusposive Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, documentation studies, and literature studies. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, the steps consisted of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the management of inactive archives of marriage certificates and inactive archives of waqf land in KUA, Karanganyar District, Kebumen Regency included structuring and storage activities. Each activity carried out has shortcomings and obstacles so that the management of inactive records is not in accordance with the standards of inactive records management.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the realization of the budget at the Secretariat DPRD City Of Bandung in 2018-2020 which had not yet reached the budget target that had previously been set. This study aims to find out how the effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness, and accuracy refer to William N. Dunn's theory in planning and managing the budget of the Apparatus Facilities and Infrastructure Improvement Program in the Secretariat DPRD City Of Bandung. The method in this study is a descriptive method based on a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used by researchers are through interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the research that the researcher has done, it is found that the budget for the Apparatus Facilities and Infrastructure Improvement Program in the Secretariat DPRD City Of Bandung has been carried out well although there are still some problems that occur both in procurement and maintenance. activities in the program, namely the budget is not fully realized, inaccurate in determining the unit price of goods so that the realization does not reach the target, as well as sudden needs from members of the Council resulting in a budget shortage because what is needed is not listed in the pure budget.

Abstract

Pengadilan Negeri Indramayu dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat, berusaha  menanggapi keluhan masyarakat melalui inovasi program One Hour Service di Pengadilan Negeri Indramayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis inovasi pelayanan publik melalui Program One Hour Service pada Pengadilan Negeri Kelas IB Indramayu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan dengan pendekatan studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program inovasi layanan satu jam di Pengadilan Negeri Indramayu dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik dan diterima oleh masyarakat khususnya pengguna pengadilan dimana program inovasi One Hour Service ini memiliki keunggulan dalam hal waktu pelayanan yang diberikan cepat oleh Pengadilan Negeri Indramayu. Walaupun secara umum program inovasi One Hour Service sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat sedikit kendala di bidang teknologi informasi dan jaringan yang sewaktu-waktu dapat menghambat proses One Hour Service terealisasi. The Indramayu District Court in order to improve excellent service to the community, seeks to respond to public complaints through the One Hour Service program innovation at the Indramayu District Court. This study aims to analyze the innovation of public services through the One Hour Service Program at the Class IB Indramayu District Court. The method used in this research is a case study approach, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the one hour service innovation program at the Indramayu District Court can be said to run well and is accepted by the community, especially court users where the One Hour Service innovation program has advantages in terms of fast service time provided by the Indramayu District Court. Although in general the One Hour Service innovation program has been running well, there are still a few obstacles in the field of information technology and networks that can at any time hinder the One Hour Service process from being realized.

Abstract

Salah satu persoalan dalam pelayanan publik pada tingkat kecamatan yang seringkali menjadi keluhan bagi publik ialah pelayanan pengerjaan kartu tanda penduduk elektronik (e-KTP).  Masih terdapat permasalahan yang masih muncul, seperti kurangnya sarana dan prasarana serta kedisiplinan pegawai.  Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan yaitu teknik deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif.  Melalui teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pelayanan pencatatan kartu tanda penduduk elektronik (e-KTP) masih belum efektif sesuai dengan sasaran yang diharapkan oleh organisasi.  Walaupun loyalitas karyawan sangat baik, namun tidak dapat ditunjang dengan kurangnya fasilitas dan kedisiplinan karyawan.  Hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan publik yang menggunakan pelayanan.

Abstract

Effectiveness is a measure of the success or failure of achieving organizational goals. If the organization succeeds in achieving its goals, then the organization can be said to have been effective. Levies are payments from the people to the government, in which there is a remuneration relationship that is directly received by the payment of levies. This study aims to determine how effective the acceptance of parking levy from the Sumedang Regency Transportation Service is during the last five years, from 2016 to 2020 by looking at the dimensions of effectiveness according to Duncan, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. In this study, two sources of data were used, namely primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques are interview and documentation techniques. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling and for data analysis, the researcher uses Miles and Huberman's model theory. The results showed that since 2016-2020 parking levy receipts were still classified as ineffective. This is based on the dimensions of achieving the goal of parking levy income which still focuses on collecting retribution on the edge of public roads, while incidental parking from community activities that should have been deposited has not been maximized. In the dimension of integration , although other government agencies have assisted in controlling, there are still many parties outside the existing system in the field also influence the income that should be deposited by the parking attendant to the Sumedang Regency Transportation Service officer, resulting in a lot of revenue leakage. From the adaptation dimension, the Sumedang Regency Transportation Service during 2016 to 2020 did not have many changes regarding the collection of parking fees.Keywords: Effectiveness, parking levy, local revenue
