Abstract

Olahraga kuratif adalah aktivitas fisik yang bertujuan untuk membantu pemulihan kesehatan individu yang mengalami penyakit tertentu, seperti penyakit jantung, diabetes, dan gangguan muskuloskeletal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh olahraga kuratif terhadap kesehatan fisik dan mental pasien yang menjalani terapi olahraga sebagai bagian dari proses penyembuhan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan yang melakukan program olahraga kuratif selama 2 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa olahraga kuratif dapat meningkatkan kapasitas kardiorespiratori, mengurangi tingkat nyeri, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental pasien.

Abstract

      Self-confidence is an important factor in an individual's life, especially for women who often face social pressure and beauty standards. This study aims to analyze the effect of exercise on women's self-confidence levels. The method used was a quantitative survey with a questionnaire instrument given to 40 women aged 18–35 years who regularly and irregularly exercise. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression statistical test. The results showed that exercise significantly increased women's self-confidence through increased physical fitness, more positive body perception, and the release of endorphins that contribute to feelings of happiness. accelerate the activation of the nervous system. In addition, warming up also helps in the mental preparation of athletes before competing or training..

            This study aims to determine the effect of regular exercise on adolescent mental health. The study was conducted using a quantitative method using a quasi-experimental approach. A total of 10 adolescents aged 15–18 years were divided into two groups: an experimental group that did regular exercise for 1 week and a control group that was not given special treatment. The results showed that there were significant differences in stress, anxiety, and mood levels between the two groups.
