Abstract

Advancements in information technology have driven the use of digital media as a more effective means of disseminating information and conducting promotions. S3PACT Speedshop requires a promotional medium capable of easily and widely conveying information—such as the shop's profile, services, products, gallery, and contact details—to potential customers. This research aims to design and develop a multimedia website to serve as a promotional tool for S3PACT Speedshop. The system development method employed is the Waterfall model, comprising the stages of requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and literature review. The website was developed using HTML, CSS, and PHP, incorporating multimedia elements such as text, images, icons, and product information. System testing was performed using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all website functions operated according to requirements. Test results indicate that the home, "About Us," services, gallery, and contact pages are displayed correctly and function properly. The resulting website serves as an effective information and promotional medium, helping S3PACT Speedshop expand its promotional reach while providing potential customers with information that is easily accessible, timely, and comprehensive.
