Abstract

PT. X merupakan pembangkit listrik dengan daya yang dihasilkan sebesar 3 X 330 MW. Untuk memenuhi target produksi setiap hari dibutuhkan kelancaran proses suplai batubara dari pulverizer menuju burner boiler, sehingga perlatan pulverizer dituntut untuk selalu dalam kondisi handal. Salah satu permasalahan unit 1 PT X pada tahun 2018 adalah banyaknya downtime pada peralatan pulverizer yang merupakan peralatan vital dalam proses produksi listrik. Dibutuhkan solusi untuk menyelasaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan menganalisis penyebab dan dampaknya terhadap daya yang dihasilkan serta menemukan solusi akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak keandalan system pulverizer terhadap daya yang dihasilkan PLTU PT. X dengan menentukan: kegagalan dengan frekuensi paling banyak, nilai keandalan tiap pulverizer dan system pulverizer, dampak keandalan system pulverizer terhadap daya yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegagalan terbanyak pada system pulverizer adalah plugging pada inlet pulverizer, nilai keandalan untuk Pulverizer 1A = 0.6%, 1B = 1.39%, 1C = 0.18%, 1D = 2.87%, 1E = 2.5%, 1F = 12.45% dan nilai keandalan system pulverizer adalah 18.8%. Hal ini mengakibatkan kehilangan dayanya sebesar 3948.6 MW dan berdampak berkurangnya pendapatan sebesar Rp. 3,139,137,000.00.

Abstract

BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang, which is a business entity engaged in the service sector, must pay attention to the performance of its employees in providing services to customers. Because the services provided by these employees will have an impact on the company, both positive and negative. From this, problems arise that make the author interested in conducting research to show that there is a positive effect of employee performance on customer satisfaction at BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang. This study uses quantitative research methods, namely by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents as a sample to obtain responses about the dimensions of employee performance on customer satisfaction. In addition to using a questionnaire, the writer also uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The number of samples was determined by simple random sampling technique. As for statistical testing with simple linear regression test, hypothesis testing with t test, and R2 test (coefficient of determination). The results of hypothesis testing with t test on variable X (employee performance) obtained a value of t count 10.587 > t table 1.984, so employee performance has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang. While the coefficient of determination test results show that employee performance affects customer satisfaction by 53.4% and the remaining 46.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada J.CO Donuts dan Coffee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk J.CO Donuts & Coffee sebanyak 3 kali di Kota Cilegon dan Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Analisis data menggunakan partial leats square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan promosi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, serta hubungan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan konsumen JCO Donuts dan Coffee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat baca siswa di SDN Daramista II, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemanfaatan perpustakaan dan teknologi literasi digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pemberian reward terhadap partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan literasi di perpustakaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian reward secara konsisten dan sistematis mendorong minat baca siswa, dengan peningkatan frekuensi kunjungan ke perpustakaan dan penggunaan teknologi literasi digital. Variasi reward, baik materil maupun non-materil, terbukti efektif dalam memotivasi siswa untuk lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan literasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua dalam implementasi program reward untuk menciptakan budaya membaca yang positif. Dengan demikian, perpustakaan sekolah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan buku, tetapi juga sebagai pusat kegiatan literasi yang inspiratif dan relevan di era digital. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan strategi literasi di sekolah-sekolah lainnya. Encouraging Literacy Activities in Elementary School Libraries: Rewarding as an Optimization Strategy This study is motivated by the low reading interest of students at Daramista II Elementary School, which is caused by the underutilization of the library and digital literacy technology. The purpose of this research is to explore how the provision of rewards affects student participation in literacy activities in the library. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that the consistent and systematic provision of rewards encourages students' reading interest, as evidenced by an increase in the frequency of visits to the library and the use of digital literacy technology. Variations of rewards, both material and non-material, have proven effective in motivating students to be more actively involved in literacy activities. This study emphasizes the importance of collaboration between teachers and parents in implementing reward programs to create a positive reading culture. Thus, school libraries not only function as storage places for books but also as inspiring and relevant centers for literacy activities in the digital age. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of literacy strategies in other schools. Abstract

The purpose of this study is a reflect the phenomenon, where since the introduction of Islamic banking in 1991, the Islamic economy has grown rapidly. Various service products have been issued by Islamic banks and other financial institutions that facilitate these services by listing various fatwas of the National Sharia Council - Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI). So the question arises how is the application of the Hadith on Accounts Receivable and its Implementation on Bank Guarantees? This research method is qualitative by taking data from review literature that is compromised with field facts that take the object of research on bank guarantees. The results of the study concluded that one of the sharia banking services is the Sharia Bank Guarantee with a kafalah fatwa as its sharia legality issued by DSN MUI No: 11/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. The contract used is a kafalah bil ujrah contract, which is a guarantee transaction provided by a bank in exchange for wages, but this contract is a contract that is controversial in terms of the legality of the arguments described by DSN-MUI and the arguments of other parties who prohibit it because it resembles the qardh contract that takes the benefits of usury, which of course requires offering contract options that can be done to get out of the controversy.
