Abstract

Perbankan memiliki peranan penting dalam mempengaruhi roda perekonomian negara khususnya bank persero yang terdiri dari BRI, Mandiri, BNI dan BTN. Untuk itu, kondisi keuangan ke empat bank persero tersebut merupakan informasi penting yang layak diketahui oleh publik. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 4 (empat) komponen dalam menentukan kondisi keuangan ke empat bank persero, diantaranya kecukupan modal (CAR), penyaluran kredit (LDR), pendapatan bunga (NIM) dan tingkat efisiensi (BOPO). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan deskriptif dengan sumber data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan ke empat bank persero tahun 2010-2018. Hasil menunjukan bank dengan nilai CAR tertinggi adalah BRI dengan nilai 22,96, artinya BRI merupakan bank yang paling kuat dalam menanggung resiko dari setiap kredit beresiko yang disalurkan. Bank dengan nilai penyaluran kredit tertinggi (LDR) adalah BTN yaitu 108,86% artinya BTN memiliki tingkat likuiditas yang rendah. Untuk bank dengan pendapatan bunga tertinggi (NIM) adalah BRI dengan nilai 10,77. Untuk bank dengan nilai BOPO terendah adalah BNI dengan nilai 59,93%, artinya BNI merupakan bank paling efisien dan sehat dalam kurun waktu 2010-2018. Abstract

One of the features of Jungjang Village is the heterogeneity of religion, there are even houses of worship of several religions in one area. The heterogeneity of religion itself is a variety of systems for ways of worshiping God Almighty and interactions with adherents of other faiths. Since a long time ago, tolerance has been deeply embedded there. However, it is feared that lately the rise of religious issues will erode existing tolerance. In order to address the existing diversity in order not to create divisions, religious moderation is needed. Moderation or moderation, namely not being extreme or not exaggerating towards a view, but must find a middle way. The method used by researchers is a qualitative type with unstructured observation and structured interviews as data collection techniques. After conducting research for two weeks, it was found that the moderation attitude in Jungjang Village was still strong so that tolerance was still closely intertwined amid the heterogeneity that existed there

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the activities "Emok Bank" viewed from sharia economic law and to formulate the innovative strategies in developing Micro and Medium Enterprises by involving the participation of Islamic colleges. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data analysis which is used in this study is the theory of Miles and Huberman to describe the results of study, while to analyze the relationship between the parties related to the development of UMKM (MSMEs) is by using TAWHIDI STRING RELATION theory and designing the innovative strategies using SWOT analysis. This study was conducted in Susukan village, Cipicung district, Kuningan Regency. It is one of the villages which gets the impacts of the activities of Emok Bank. The research results showed that the practices of borrowing borrowing which are held by Emok Bank have not been in accordance with the Sharia conomic law. The transaction parties have not could ensure yet to be able to manage his/her the property as well as not to BI checking and the loan feasibility. The borrowed money which is given by Bank EMok is not in the control of Emok Bank because of the government's property, the centered bank and even belonging to the investor. In the sharia economic law, the lent goods must be returned by the corresponding amount, while the loan at the Emok Bank is burdened interest even up to 25%.

Abstract

Bumdes, if managed properly, can make a village an independent village and be able to improve community welfare. The purpose of this research is to analyze the condition of BUMDes from a business aspect using BMC and VPC, analyze the condition of BUMDes based on the perspective of Islamic economics and formulate strategies for the development of BUMDes to be more optimal so that it is able to improve people's welfare. The type of research used is qualitative with a data collection method using observation, interviews and documentation conducted on Bumdes/Village Head managers and the community. Data analysis using SWOT Analysis and data triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of BMC and VPC is effective in meeting local needs, empowering communities, and creating relevant value. However, challenges such as limited funding, lack of strategic partnerships, and low adoption of local products remain obstacles that need to be overcome. The implementation of BUMDes management based on Islamic economic values in the four villages shows initial success in creating positive social and economic impacts. However, great potential to improve community welfare and business sustainability can still be explored through more integrated and innovative strategies
