Abstract

Sailan Industries Bandung melaksanakan program pengembangan karir dalam rangka memenuhi tuntutan kebutuhan karyawan kedepan yang lebih baik, bagian kepegawaian menginformasikan tentang kekosongan jabatan terhadap karyawan, namun pengisian jabatan masih dinilai belum sepenuhnya diisi oleh karyawan yang sesuai keahlian dan juga sesuai pendidikan. Dari sisi motivasi sebagian karyawan masuk ke perusahaan karena pertimbangan nama baik perusahaan, juga karena pemberian upah yang sesuai dengan ketentuan pemerintah. Baiknya motivasi karyawan perusahaan masih belum diimbangi dengan penerapan kebijakan pengembangan karir.Inilah yang mendasari kegiatan penelitian dilakukan. Jenis penelitian termasuk ke dalam penelitian Asosiatif dan penelitian menyimpulkan terdapat hubungan dalam derajat sangat kuat antara pengembangan karir dengan motivasi kerja, yaitu r = 0,708. Pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap motivasi kerja adalah 50,1% dan sisanya 49,9% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Hasil uji hipotesis menyebutkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima hal ini karena t hitung (8,851) > t tabel (1,980).persamaan regresi, Y = 5668 + 1.137X Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Karir dan Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

PT. Sawito Indah Berkah is a medium scale company engaged in the LPG Non-Public Service Obligation (NPSO). The company has not applied standard standards in performance assessment. This study aims to determine the performance appraisal model currently used and to design a performance appraisal model using the Total Performance Scorecard. This study uses a survey method with a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive modeling. The data collection technique used triangulation. The results showed that the company only applies a financial perspective in measuring performance. This research can provide useful information about the importance of designing corporate performance appraisals. Also, it is expected to be able to assist the company in evaluating its financial function, marketing function, operational function, and human resource function properly.

Abstract

Based on the results of a pre-survey conducted by researchers in the garment industry at the Sewing Department in West Java, it is indicated that the production process has not fully run well, there are still several problems such as processes that are still not in accordance with standard operating procedures, there are still employees who lack focus, and there are still products that are not in accordance with the standards that pass the finishing section. The population in this study was 271. The technique used in determining the sample is using the solvin formula so that the sample results total 73 sample. The analysis used is linear regression, correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the t test. Based on the results of the correlation test value obtained, it has a coefficient correlation is 0.367 can be concluded the between supervision and product quality with employee competence as a moderating variable the level relationship is low. The results obtained from the linear regesion analysis of the value of Y = 43.601+0.003X which means that every addition to the supervisory value moderated by employee competence, the product quality value will increase by 0.003. For hypothesis testing used in this study is to use a two-way t test. The hypothesis test using the t test obtained a calculated t value of 3.321 and t table determined is 1.993, accepted which means that supervision has an influence on product quality with employee competence as a variable moderating.

Abstract

The implementation of the acceptor family income increase business program (UPPKA) in the city of Bandung is a strategic effort to strengthen economic resilience and encourage family independence through the development of community-based business groups. This program is implemented systematically through four main stages, namely the collection of acceptor data in a measurable manner to ensure the accuracy of the target; implementation of periodic coaching and mentoring to improve family business skills and capacity; the implementation of a periodic reporting system to monitor the progress of the business; as well as the implementation of routine coordination between group management, cadres, and related agencies. The method used in the implementation of this activity is training and assistance so that it is right on target in implementing procedures and techniques for the program that has been determined. The results show that various activities such as business management training, technical assistance in the field, preparation of business reports, and cross-sector coordination have effectively increased family income, expanded business networks, and fostered entrepreneurial spirit. This success makes UPPKA a relevant model of sustainable family empowerment to be replicated in other regions with appropriate local adjustments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengkaji berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat motivasi kerja pada Generasi Z di lingkungan organisasi. Fokus utama diarahkan pada enam variabel independen, yakni lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, pengakuan dan apresiasi, jenjang karier, fleksibilitas kerja, serta persepsi terhadap makna pekerjaan. Pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dan informasi data diperoleh melalui kuesioner berskala Likert yang dibagikan kepada anggota Generasi Z. Perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel dipakai dalam penyelesaian analisis data regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengolahan data menekankan bahwa semua variabel independen mempengaruhi motivasi kerja secara bersamaan. Sementara itu, secara parsial, lima dari enam variabel menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, kecuali jenjang karier yang tidak memberikan dampak nyata. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Generasi Z lebih menitikberatkan pada fleksibilitas serta makna dalam pekerjaan dibandingkan dengan sekadar jenjang promosi. Dengan demikian, temuan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan kontribusi strategis kepada perusahaan saat mereka mengembangkan peraturan yang berhubungan dengan aspek pengelolaan SDM yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dan preferensi generasi muda.

Abstract

The discount policy applied by the company will affect the level of sales, how the company applies the discount policy and how the sales level increases due to the policy and how much influence the implementation of this discount policy has on the company's sales level. This type of research is descriptive statistics with a correlational approach. The study concludes that discount policy has an effect on increasing sales at PT. Lembang Abadi Indah Bandung by 93%, the remaining 7% is influenced by factors, the magnitude of the significant influence is with a very strong relationship between the two variables, namely 0.965, the relationship is functionally with a linear regression approach, namely Y = 1.650. 267 + 13,687X, the results of the hypothesis test state that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because t count (10.335) > t table (4.473).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic role of the Green Human Resource Information System (Green HRIS) in bridging the transformation of human resource management with the demands of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, specifically examining how Green HRIS contributes to sustainable HR practices, organizational performance, and digital HR transformation. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study identifies, evaluates, and synthesizes prior research by conducting a structured search across major academic databases—Scopus, Web of Science, Springer, Elsevier, and Wiley—for publications from 2020 to 2025 that address green HRM, HR digitalization, sustainable HR practices, and ESG integration. The review process includes screening titles, abstracts, and full texts, extracting key data, and categorizing findings into environmental, social, and governance dimensions. The results demonstrate that Green HRIS strengthens ESG implementation by reducing paper usage, lowering carbon emissions, and promoting sustainable HR practices such as digital recruitment and e-learning, while also improving governance through enhanced transparency, accountability, regulatory compliance, and real-time reporting. Empirical evidence indicates that Green HRIS fosters employee engagement, organizational innovation, and the development of green competitive advantages. Practically, the study highlights how organizations, policymakers, and HR managers can utilize Green HRIS to optimize digital transformation and meet ESG requirements, thereby reinforcing legitimacy and long-term competitiveness within the green economy. This research offers originality as one of the first systematic reviews addressing Green HRIS in the ESG era, integrating theories such as the Resource-Based View, Technology Acceptance Model, and organizational sustainability theory, while also mapping trends, best practices, and gaps for future research.

Abstract

This study examines how effective leadership impacts increased employee productivity within the technical bureaucracy within the West Java Provincial Highways and Spatial Planning Agency. Effective leadership is understood as a leader's ability to provide direction, motivation, and empowerment to employees in order to optimally achieve organizational goals. The research method uses a quantitative approach through a survey of 50 ASN respondents working at the UPTD for Road Management Region III. The regression results show R = 0.58 and R² = 0.336, while the PLS analysis displays a path coefficient of β = 0.58 and a t-test of 5.91 (p < 0.05). These findings confirm that exemplary leadership, transparent communication, and employee empowerment can increase work productivity in the technical bureaucracy. This study also found that leadership that directly exemplifies behavior and decision-making can influence employee productivity levels in the public sector. Inspirational and participatory leadership, which involves employees in important decisions, shows a significant influence on increasing work morale and innovation. For example, employees who feel encouraged by their leaders to contribute more tend to show initiative in their tasks and take more responsibility for the work assigned.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Perceived Benefits, Ease of Use, and Security on User Interest in using the Gojek application. As the ride-hailing and on-demand services industry becomes increasingly competitive, understanding what drives user interest is crucial for the continued growth of Gojek. The research adopts a quantitative approach, using primary data obtained from an online questionnaire distributed to 106 Gojek users in the West Java region. Path analysis, performed with SPSS statistical software version 26, was employed to test the relationships between the variables. The findings reveal that Perceived Benefits have a significant positive effect on User Interest, indicating that users are more likely to engage with the application if they perceive tangible advantages such as cost savings, convenience, and service variety. Furthermore, Perceived Ease of Use was found to have a positive influence on User Interest, meaning that users are more inclined to use the Gojek application if it is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Additionally, Perceived Security was another important factor, with a positive impact on User Interest. Users who feel that their personal data is secure and their transactions are protected are more likely to continue using the application. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing perceived benefits, ease of use, and security to increase user interest and engagement with the Gojek application. The practical implications of this study suggest that Gojek should focus on improving the user experience by ensuring that users perceive value in the services offered, enhancing usability, and strengthening security measures. As competition in the app-based services industry intensifies, addressing these factors could be key to attracting and retaining more users.

Abstract

Air pollution and damage to the earth are central world problems and are threats that will occur if humans continue to cause damage to this earth. Pollution on earth is very clear is the increasing amount of organic and non-organic waste, in activities to meet the needs of society, the end result is waste, both waste generated from the needs of clothing, food and shelter, if not handled properly and correctly will threaten the survival of society and threaten the ecology in the world, Organic and non-organic waste must be handled with good management. Management as a tool for organizational management in a society is expected to play an important role in providing education and understanding to the community about the impacts and dangers caused by the increase in waste due to human activities, so that it can strengthen the culture and ethics of society in managing waste so that it will increase the creative abilities of society, creativity, taste and intention in managing waste. The type of research conducted by the author is included in the category of qualitative research literature study method researchers to collect and evaluate information from various previous studies, thus providing a comprehensive understanding of the subject under study.
