Abstract

Kesuksesan dalam sebuah manajemen perusahaan adalah perusahaan dapat melihat kompetensi SDM serta mampu meningkatkannya sehingga menjadi karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria kebutuhan perusahaan. Kemampuan dalam membaca dan melihat peluang sangat dibutuhkan bagi perusahaan, apalagi perkembangan dan keberlangsungan kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan tidak stagnan, artinya akan selalu mengalami perubahan berkelanjutan. Masalah internal yang terjadi dalam SDM menjadi tanggungjawab perusahaan yang perlu secepatnya direspon. Karena kemampuan (skill) serta pengetahuan karyawan menjadi kunci lancarnya manajemen perusahaan. Beberapa indikator dari kemampuan kerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari etos kerja karyawan secara umum, artinya kemampuan (skill) karyawan dapat dilihat dari tingkat kerjanya. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini akan mengambil sempel penelitian pada salah satu perusahaan Toserba Yogya yang berada di Majalengka. Peneliti akan mengambil sampel Karyawan sebanyak 30 karyawan dari 60 karyawan yang ada. Dari hasil perhitungan penelitian dan uji statistic diketahui bahwa secara parsial, dimana pendidikan sebagai variabel X1 berpengaruh signifikan atau terjadi pengaruh dan terbukti kebenarannya terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja (Y). Hal ini diketahui dari nilai thitung untuk variabel (X1) adalah sebesar 6,114 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,048 . dengan besar pengaruh adalah sebesar 8 %. Kemudian variabel X2 yaitu Pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan atau terjadi pembuktian kebenaranya terhadap variabel produktifitas kerja (Y). Hal ini diketahui dari nilai thitung untuk variabel (X2) adalah sebesar 2,225 > ttabel yang sebesar 2,048 dengan besar pengaruh adalah sebesar 1,7 %. Dengan demikian pendidikan dan pelatihan (X1 dan X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y). Hal ini diketahui dari nilai thitung secara simultan adalah sebesar 2,411 > ttabel yang sebesar 2,048 dengan besar pengaruh adalah sebesar 77,79 %. Dengan memperhatikan pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas dapat dilihat bahwa variabel X1 memberikan pengaruh sebanyak 8 %. Sedangkan variabel pelatihan (X2) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 1,7 %. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan, pelatihan, produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of discipline and work loyalty on employee performance at PT. Fajar Mandiri Barokah, partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. Descriptive analysis is used to describe respondents' responses regarding research variables. Meanwhile, verification analysis or hypothesis verification is whether there is an influence of discipline and work loyalty on employee performance. In this study, a saturated sample of 30 PT employees was taken. Fajar Mandiri Barokah Sumedang Regency. Data instrument testing was carried out using validity and reliability tests, while for verification analysis using a correlation test with the results of a simultaneous correlation between discipline and work loyalty on employee performance was 0.804 which means it has a very strong relationship, multiple linear regression analysis with the result Y = 4.910 + 0.367 x1 + 0.921 x2. a = 4.910 This shows that if the value of work discipline and loyalty is zero then the employee performance value is 4.910. b1 = 0.367 This shows that every 1% increase in work discipline will be followed by an increase in employee performance of 0.367. b2 = 0.921 This shows that every 1% increase in work loyalty will be followed by an increase in employee performance of 0.921. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, discipline and work loyalty simultaneously have a strong influence on employee performance of 64.6%. Then, for the simultaneous F test, the decision making criteria were found to be that H1 was accepted because the value of Fcount > Ftable (24.645 > 3.35). It can be concluded that work discipline and loyalty influence employee performance at PT. Fajar Mandiri Barokah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and obtain the data and information needed to process, analyze and interpret disciplinary problems that can affect employee work performance. The object of this research is the employees of J&T Express Sukahaji Branch, Majalengka Regency. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The sample in this study was 25 respondents using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques are by using questionnaires, interviews and observation. Data instrument testing is carried out by means of validity testing, reliability testing, data normality testing, correlation coefficient analysis, regression coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research state that: (1) discipline at the J&T Express Sukahaji Branch in Majalengka Regency has reached more than 60% which is proven, namely 77.1% or tcount > ttable (40.768 > 1.701). (2) work performance at J&T Express Sukahaji Branch in Majalengka Regency has reached more than 60% which is proven, namely 79.5% or tcount > ttable (51,642 > 1,701). (3) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the J&T Express Sukahaji Branch in Majalengka Regency, because tcount > ttable (3.810 > 1.713). From the research results, it can be concluded that discipline influences employee work performance, this is proven by the calculation results of the tcount value being greater than ttable (3.810) > (1.713). The magnitude of the influence of discipline on the work performance of J&T Express Sukahaji Branch employees in Majalengka Regency is 38.7%, while the remaining 61.3% is influenced by other factors not researched by the author.

Abstract

Organizations generally believe that excellence must be maintained in order to increase performance, because performance basically affects employee performance as a whole. Therefore, to pursue and improve performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Quality of Work Life are needed. This research examines how much influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Quality of Work Life have on employee performance. This research aims to find out and obtain data related to the influence of organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life on employee performance, where this data will be used as material in preparing a thesis. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The research population consisted of 56 employees, and the sampling technique used in this research was non-probability sampling. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Through the results of data processing, a prediction model for the variables organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life on employee performance can be formed as follows = 7.482 + 0.197X1 + 0.410X2. The results of data processing show that the R2 value is 0.547 or 54.7%, this illustrates that the contribution of organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life to the increase or decrease in employee performance is 45.3% and the remaining 0.453 or 45.3% is the contribution of other variables not included in the model proposed in the research. Organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life together have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at Surya Toserba Kadipaten, Majalengka Regency.

Abstract

Palma Shop Majalengka is a business entity operating in the field clothing retail trade. Located on Jl. Raya Heuleut-Weragati, Tanjungsari Village Leuwimunding District, Majalengka Regency. This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with an approach quantitative. The population is 30 employees, the sampling technique is technical census so that the sample totals 30 employees. Data collection technique using the questionnaire method. Data analysis is carried out using analysis descriptive and verification in the form of multiple regression coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a positive effect and significant impact on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect and significant impact on employee performance and work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi virus corona (covid-19) sangat terasa disegala sendi kehidupan masyarakat khususnya didunia bisnis dan perekonomian UKM. Dalam waktu yang cukup singkat, strategi pemasaran pun berubah terlebih ketika diberlakukan social distancing dan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), pemasar harus putar otak untuk bisa memasarkan produk atau jasa mereka ke konsumen sebagai strategi bertahan di tengah pandemi virus corona. Para pelaku bisnis mengoptimalkan pemasaran online sebagai sarana komunikasi dengan target konsumennya. Tujuan dari dilakukannya Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat melalui Pelatihan Pemasaran Online Dengan Memanfaatkan Market Place dan Strategi Meningkatkan Penjualan di Desa Patuanan Kecamatan Leuwimunding adalah memberikan wawasan akan pentingnya melakukan pemasaran online dengan memanfaatkan market place dan strategi meningkatkan penjualan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman mitra terhadap pemasaran online dengan memanfaatkan market place dan strategi meningkatkan penjualan, dalam rangka meningkatkan omset penjualan yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Pengawasan dan pemantauan pemilu merupakan satu bagian dari upaya kontrol terhadap proses penyelenggaraan pemilu. Keduanya merupakan satu fungsi yang sama sebagai upaya mengawal penyelenggaraan pemilu yang jujur dan adil. Namun, perbedaan itu lahir akibat pelembagaan yang mengupayakan kontrol terhadap penyelenggara pemilu. Pengawasan partisipatif adalah upaya meningkatkan angka partisipasi masyarakat untuk melakukan pengawasan mengawal proses demokrasi ke arah yang lebih baik. Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengawasan partisipatif menjadi langkah strategis untuk mengawal proses demokrasi yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya edukasi pada masyarakat tentang pentingnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengawal proses demokrasi agar suara masyarakat dapat tersalurkan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan fenomena partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengawasan pemilu secara rinci dan mendalam. Integritas penyelenggara dan proses penyelenggaraan Pemilu adalah prasyarat penting dalam Pemilu, agar hasil dari pelaksanaan pemilu mendapat legitimasi secara konstitusional dari seluruh rakyat. Dalam kaitan ini, adanya ruang untuk melakukan pengawasan pemilu menjadi penting. Pengawasan Pemilu perlu dilakukan untuk menjamin terbangunnya sistem politik yang demokratis. Pengawas Pemilu diyakini memiliki kontribusi besar dan nyata bagi pembangunan integitas penyelenggaraan Pemilu diberbagai negara termasuk di Indonesia. Kegiatan menuju desa pelopor demokrasi melalui partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengawasi pemilu telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan hybrid di Desa Lebakwangi, Kecamatan Malausma. Sesuai dengan tujuan kegiatan ini mampu memberikan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjadi pengawas partisipatif. Mengetahui konsep pengawasan partisipatif. Masyarakat mengetahui mekanisme pengawasan pemilu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the picture of motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance at Sicepat Ekspres Cabang Majalengka and to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Sicepat Ekspres Cabang Majalengka employees. The research method used is a descriptive and verification method using a quantitative research approach. This research data is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The total population and sample of this study amounted to 31 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples. The results of research processed with the SPSS Version 26.00 for Windows program show that a multiple correlation value of 0.635 means that motivation and job satisfaction with employee performance have a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained an adjusted R square value of 40.4% showing the amount of contribution of the independent variables (motivation and job satisfaction) to employee performance, while the remaining 59.6% can be explained by factors other than those studied in this study. The results of the simultaneous test (Test F) showed a significance value of 0.01 < 0.05, Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Sicepat Ekspres Cabang Majalengka. The results of the partial test (Test T) show that the value of motivational significance (X1) is 0.005 < 0.05 the value of t is calculated as 3.010 > t Table 1.699 means that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), significant value of job satisfaction (X2) 0.004 < 0.05 calculated value of 3.126 < t table 1.699 This means that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Sicepat Ekspres Majalengka.
