Abstract

his study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Palangka Raya. This is a quantitative study. The population for this study consists of all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Palangka Raya, with a sample size of 49 respondents selected using total (saturation) sampling. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through the distribution of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23, which included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, the t-test (partial), the F- test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Palangka Raya, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Palangka Raya, and both Quality of Work Life and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN(Persero) Palangka Raya.
