Abstract

Globalisasi perekonomian dewasa ini telah melahirkan berbagai kejadian baru dalam perkembangan ekonomi dunia yaitu terjadinya era pasar bebas Internasional, interdepedensi sistem baik dalam bidang politik maupun bidang ekonomi, lahirnya berbagai lembaga ekonomi Internasional, pengelompokkan negara dalam kawasan ekonomi regional, maju pesatnya pelaku ekonomi Trans Nasional Corperation, lahirnya Military Industrial Complek dan sebagainya. Hal ini tidak dapat dilaksanakan dalam kevakuman hukum dan kaedah-kaedah hukum sangat diperlakukan untuk mengatur mekanisme hubungan agar tidak menjadi konflik kepentingan dalam pembangunan ekonomi suatu bangsa. Seandainya konflik betul-betul terjadi, maka pranata hukumlah yang dapat dipergunakan sebagai alat untuk menyelesaikannya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap peran atau kontribusi Hukum terhadap perkembangan perekonomian khususnya  di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan dokumentasi dan studi literatur sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menarik kesimpulan kontribusi hukum terhadap perkembangan perekonomian nasional di Indonesia sangat berpengaruh dalam fungsinya sebagai pembatas dalam segala kegiatan perekonomian agar kegitan perekonomian berjalan sesuai koridor dan batasan-batasan tertentu, demi terciptanya perekonomian yang adil dan merata.

Abstract

This research aims to answer the question about the understandings of Islamic economic law on the role of migrant worker women in improving family economic welfare. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The primary data sources of this study are interviews, observations, interviews, and documents analysis. the theory has been adjusted in this study, namely, (the role of female workers in the welfare of the family economy) Participation of overseas female workers has an important role in improving the welfare of the family as a whole. They can buy the various daily necessities, have a private vehicle , build houses, and buy land. Their lives are included in the prosperous category, which differentiates them from their previous lives and other societies. Meanwhile, in the perspective of Islamic Economic Law, the participation of migrant worker women played an important role in improving people's welfare. Based on the research results, their participation is in accordance with Islamic principles. The fulfillment of this welfare are based on the indicators described in the Al-Qur'an. The income earned by women as migrant workers can help them meet basic needs such as adequate consumption, as well as creating a sense of comfort, security and peace.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang UU No.11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Lapangan Kerja Cluster Lingkungan Hidup Dalam Prespektif Maslahat Ekonomi Keberlanjutan Islam ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Undang-Undang (statue Approach) Dan mengkombinasikan pendekatan perbandingan hukum islam sebagai pembanding dan instrumen dalam menentukan preskripsi penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini penulis bermaksud melakukan telaah kritis menggunakan paradigma ekonomi keberlanjutan islam terhadap UU No.11 tahun 2020 Cipta Kerja Klaster Lingkungan Hidup dengan tujuan menjelaskan aspek resiko bagi lingkungan dan Prespektif Maslahat Sebagai Nilai Fundamental Ekonomi Islam. Secara ringkas Kesimpulan Hasil Penelitian ini ialah di mulai sari tahap perencanaan tata ruang dan penyusunan dokumen AMDAL cenderung melemahkan peran masyarakat serta pengurangan hak akses informasi masyarakat terkait lingkungan dan ekonomi serta dalam pandangan maqashid syariah yang dalam hal ini merupakan framework ekonomi berkelanjutan islam, penetapan regulasi dalam UU No 11 tahun 2020 masih membutuhkan perbaikan dalam banyak sisi. Hal itu dikarenan dari beberapa regulasi perlindungan dan pelestarian lingkungan sebagai instrumen hifdz bi’ah masih bertentangan dengan lima dasar tujuan syari’ah yang harus dilindungi dan di rawat diantaranya: (1) Hifdz al-din, (2) Hifdz al-nafs, (3) Hifdz al-‘aql, (4) Hifdz al-nasl, dan (5) Hifdz al-mal. Kondisi pandemi yang mengakibatkan lemahnya perekonomian nasional menjadi dalih pemerintah untuk membuat regulasi yang bertujuan untuk mepercepat investasi. Namun patut menjadi catatan memprioritaskan ekonomi tanpa memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan dan sosial masyarakat tentu akan memberikan dampak negatif bagi keberlanjutan lingkungan hidup. Rusaknya lingkungan hidup sebagai pendukung esensial kehidupan manusia akan berakibat terancamnya kehidupan/eksistensi manusia itu sendiri.

Abstract

The marketing strategy of sharia general savings products with a mudharabah contract at BMT-UGT Nusantara Capem Bantur uses the Mudharabah Agreement, namely the BMT plays the role of Mudharib and the members play the role of Shahibul Maal. The profits from the business are distributed according to the initial agreement between the two parties, which is 70%: 30%. This study uses qualitative methods obtained from primary and secondary data, with data collection through observation, documentation and interviews. Then the analysis technique used is to use a descriptive method, namely by providing a description of the subject being researched. The results of this study conclude that the first BMT-UGT Nusantara Capem Bantur has implemented 2 (two) types of marketing strategies, namely internal and external strategies. As for the internal: The internal strategy carried out is to determine employees who are originally domiciled in Bantur village even if they move from another village as long as they have settled in Bantur village, while externally: The external strategy carried out is to collaborate with partners, school institutions, community organizations (Muslimat), and sugarcane farmer groups. The two obstacles experienced when carrying out marketing activities carried out by BMT-UGT Nusantara Capem Bantur are the lack of public trust in financial institutions that have a background so dark that they experience trauma due to fraudulent investments, lack of public awareness of halal transactions, and people are used to using deposit services in conventional banks and the difficulty of finding genuine employees

Abstract

Fintech syariah hadir sebagai bagian dari solusi keuangan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dan teknologi digital, menawarkan alternatif layanan finansial yang bebas dari riba, gharar, dan maisir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi milenial Muslim terhadap peran fintech syariah dalam meningkatkan kemandirian finansial. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech syariah tidak hanya menjadi sarana transaksi keuangan, tetapi juga dipandang sebagai media edukasi finansial, penguatan nilai religius, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi pribadi. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya integrasi teknologi dan prinsip syariah dalam membangun kemandirian finansial bagi generasi muda Muslim.
