Abstract

This bibliometric study provides a comprehensive analysis of the evolution and current trends in waste management and recycling within the textile industry, spanning from 1970 to 2024. Utilizing VOSviewer for keyword co-occurrence analysis, the research highlights a significant shift from basic waste management to advanced, sustainable practices integrated into textile production. The study reveals an increased focus on technologies such as wastewater treatment and recycling innovations, reflecting the industry's response to global sustainability demands. The findings illustrate the interdisciplinary nature of textile waste management research and underscore the importance of technological advancements in promoting environmental sustainability. However, the study also identifies ongoing challenges, including regional disparities in waste management effectiveness and the need for global standards. The study emphasizes the necessity for future research to address these challenges, proposing a continued focus on innovative, adaptable recycling technologies and comprehensive waste management strategies that can be implemented globally.

Abstract

This study does an extensive bibliometric analysis to delineate the research environment about the modernization of human resource (HR) operational paradigms and the increasing deficiencies in digital service delivery.  The an‍aly‍sis utilizes Scopus-i‍ndexe‍d d‍ata and employs VOSviewer and Bibliome‍trix R to inve‍stigate publication trends, topic clusters, inte‌ll‌ectual s‍tructures, author and in‌stitutional co‍llaboratio‍n networks, and patterns of international co-authorship.‌  The‍ fin‌dings indicate two primary stud‌y domains: a well-established corpus of socioeconomic a‍nd macroeconomic literature, and a swiftly growing sec‌tor centered on HRM, digital information systems, and wor‌kforce deve‌lop‍ment. Keyword co-occurrence and density maps reveal a distinct theme transition from population and economic studies to digital human resource management and training-related subjects. Simultaneously, national and institutional networks recognize China and the Russian Federation as prominent centers for collaboration.  The research enhances the theoretical synthesis of socioeconomic and human resource modernization viewpoints while providing pragmatic insights for firms seeking to bolster digital HR competencies.  The constraints and prospects for subsequent research are also examined.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) within the Indonesian tourism industry and its impact on enhancing tourist satisfaction. Utilizing qualitative analysis with six key informants representing diverse roles in the industry, the research investigates the level of awareness, challenges, and opportunities associated with CJM practices. The findings reveal that while larger organizations employ CJM to streamline customer experiences, smaller operators face significant barriers such as resource limitations and fragmented collaboration. Key factors influencing tourist satisfaction include accessibility, service quality, and cultural authenticity. The study identifies opportunities for improvement through technology adoption, capacity building, and stakeholder collaboration. These insights underline the potential of CJM as a strategic tool to elevate service delivery, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote sustainable growth in the Indonesian tourism sector.
