Abstract

This study aims to determine the Product Strategy Analysis, Price, Promotion and Place on Customer Satisfaction at Millennial Coffee Shop Rantauprapat. Data collection in this study was carried out through survey approaches, interviews and documentation. This study had a sample of 50 respondents using the Slovin method. The data analysis tool used in this study used SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significance test (test), simultaneous significant testing (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). Whereas the F test result is 5,944 with a significant level of 0,000 while the F table value is 2.58. If compared to the f count 5,944> f table 2.58 at α5%, the conclusion is that simultaneously the Product, Price, Promotion, and Place variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, that the t value for the product variable is -2.693, the price is 4.020, the promotion is -1.518, and the place is 1.217 with a significant value for each independent variable (3.587), (0.001). As for the t table value in the table statistical distribution t with the level oftestα = 5% 2-party test and dk = nk, 50-5 = 45, it is obtained t table of 1679.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of welfare and job design on employee job satisfaction at PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) PKS Torgamba, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency. The data collection methods in this study are questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The population which is the object of this research is the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) PKS Torgamba, South Labuhanbatu Regency, totaling 55 people. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 20.0 for windows program. Based on the results of the study with a significance level of 5%, the conclusion is that the tcount for the Welfare variable is 5.733, the worker design is 5.926. Based on the criteria that if the value of tcount> ttable); namely (5,733> 1,674, (5,926> 1,674) so it can be concluded that partially the Welfare variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Employee Design has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) PKS Torgamba, South Labuhanbatu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of communication, effectiveness and working conditions on employee job satisfaction at the office of the ministry of religion in the district of Labuan. The data collection method in this research is questionnaire, interview, documentation and observation. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The population that became the object of this study were employees of the South Kuala sub-district office with a sample of 32 employees. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 20.0 for windows program. Based on the results of the research with a significance level of 5%, it is concluded that the tcount for the Communication variable is 3.294, the Leadership Effectiveness is 2.051 and the Working Conditions is 7.015. Based on the criteria that if the value of tcount> ttable); namely (3,294> 1,701, (2,051> 1,701), (7,015> 1,701) so it can be concluded that partially the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and working conditions has no positive effect and significant to the job satisfaction of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion Labuhanbatu district.

Abstract

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Labuhan Haji yang merupakan perusahaan negara yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan. Pengambilkan keputusan masih sulit diterapkan secara objektif karena adanya unsur subjektifitas dalam penilaian seperti faktor social, dan faktor non social, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan dan kompensasi pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Labuhan Haji terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berjumlah 508 Orang karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Labuhan Haji. Dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang. Adapun analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liniear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 20.00 for windows. Analisis regresi berganda menggunakan persamaan, sebagai berikut: Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan promosi jabatan dan kompensasi secara bersama – sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Labuhan Haji, hal ini terlihat dari nilai R Square pada kolom ketiga (angka korelasi atau r yang dikuadratkan) sebesar 0,681 atau sebesar 68,1%, sisanya yaitu 31,9% dapat dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model penelitian ini.
