Abstract

This study aims to determine the Product Strategy Analysis, Price, Promotion and Place on Customer Satisfaction at Millennial Coffee Shop Rantauprapat. Data collection in this study was carried out through survey approaches, interviews and documentation. This study had a sample of 50 respondents using the Slovin method. The data analysis tool used in this study used SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significance test (test), simultaneous significant testing (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). Whereas the F test result is 5,944 with a significant level of 0,000 while the F table value is 2.58. If compared to the f count 5,944> f table 2.58 at α5%, the conclusion is that simultaneously the Product, Price, Promotion, and Place variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, that the t value for the product variable is -2.693, the price is 4.020, the promotion is -1.518, and the place is 1.217 with a significant value for each independent variable (3.587), (0.001). As for the t table value in the table statistical distribution t with the level oftestα = 5% 2-party test and dk = nk, 50-5 = 45, it is obtained t table of 1679.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan hubungan emosional terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) NBP 16 Rantauprapat, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 92 orang nasabah BPR NBP 16 Rantauprapat. Metode analisis yang dipergunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis.Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan hubungan emosional secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) NBP 16 Rantauprapat. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan hubungan emosional secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) NBP 16 Rantauprapat. Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi diketahui bahwa loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) NBP 16 Rantauprapat mampu dijelaskan oleh kualitas pelayanan dan hubungan emosional sebesar 63,1%, sedangkan sisanya 36,9% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh periklanan (advertising), penjualan pribadi (personal selling), promosi penjualan (sales promotion), dan hubungan masyarakat (public relation) terhadap citra merek coklat Silver Queen. Penelitian ini menggunakan 90 responden sebagai sampel penelitian yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji secara serempak (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (serempak) periklanan (advertising), penjualan pribadi (personal selling), promosi penjualan (sales promotion), dan hubungan masyarakat (public relation) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek coklat Silver Queen pada PT. Kotamas Permai. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa periklanan (advertising), penjualan pribadi (personal selling), promosi penjualan (sales promotion) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek coklat Silver Queen pada PT. Kotamas Permai, sedangkan hubungan masyarakat (public relation) berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap citra merek coklat Silver Queen pada PT. Kotamas Permai. Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi diketahui bahwa citra merek dapat dijelaskan oleh periklanan (advertising), penjualan pribadi (personal selling), promosi penjualan (sales promotion), dan hubungan masyarakat (public relation), sedangkan sisanya 46,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, misalnya reputasi perusahaan, kualitas produk, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Tidak semua pegawai yang bekerja pada sebuah organisasi memiliki  semangat kerja yang tinggi. Rotasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terjadi karena adanya perputaran (there is a turnaround), atau munculnya perubahan-perubahan posisi pekerjaan lain di antara dua pihak atau lebih. Rotasi kerja sering menimbulkan sikap   tidak puas antara kedua belah pihak sampai kepada tahan dimana pihak-pihak yang terliba tmemandang satu sama lain sebagai penghalang dan pengganggu tercapainya kebutuhan dan tujuan masing-masing. Lingkungan kerja merupakan suatu keadaan yang mempengaruhi pekerjaan, proses berfikir dan kondisi seseorang.Lingkungan yang terlalu luas dapat mengancam kemampuan seseorang untuk menghadapi lingkungan sekitar. Lingkungan kerja dirasa penting  dan perlu diperhatikan oleh setiap instansi.Karena Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan faktor dan pemeran utama dalam proses kerja. Rendahnya semangat kerja dari pegawai dalam suatu instansi merupakan gejala dari kurang stabilnya kantor tersebut. Secara keseluruhan populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh pegawai kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara berjumlah 30 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel rotasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Secara serempak variabel rotasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Variabel dependen (semangat kerja) dapat dijelaskan melalui variabel independen ( rotasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja ). Sedangkan sisanya 54 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, wewenang jabatan dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang karyawan Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh melalui angket penelitian yang diisi oleh responden yang sudah ditentukan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai thitung 12,037 > ttabel 1,705 dengan nilai signifikan yakni sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Wewenang jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai thitung 15,467 > ttabel 1,705 dengan nilai signifikan yakni sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai thitung -9,107 < ttabel 1,705 dengan nilai signifikan yakni sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Sementara itu variabel kepemimpinan, wewenang jabatan, dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai Fhitung 426,441 > Ftabel 2,98 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,978. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 97,8 % pengaruh kepemimpinan, wewenang jabatan, dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara Labuhanbatu Utara dipengaruhi oleh variasi ketiga independen yang digunakan, yaitu pengaruh kepemimpinan, wewenang jabatan, dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara Labuhanbatu Utara, sedangkan sisanya 3,2 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work experience, discipline, Work, Compensation, and motivation on employee performance in regional public hospitals Rantauprapat. Samples in this study were employees of the Regional General Hospital with a total of 90 rantauptapat. From the research, there is a positive and significant effect of work experience variables on performance with t count X1 equal to 4.571 smaller than T table equal to 1.67 with significance 0.000<0.05, there is a positive but not significant effect of work discipline variables on Employee Performance With t count X1 equal to 0.090 smaller than T table 1.67 and significance 0.242 > 0.05, there is 1.67 and significance 0.132>0.05, there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on Employee Performance With t count X 2 of 4.271 greater than T table of 1.96 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05, there is a simultaneous influence of independent variables work experience, work discipline, compensation and motivation on performance shows F count of 30.549 greater than F table of 2, 60 with significance of 0.000< 0.005.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the analysis of product quality, price using online customer reviews and online customer ratings on interest in buying Skintific Skincare Shopee Online Shop (Case Study: Semester VII Management Students at Labuhanbatu University), the influence of product quality on interest in buying Skintific Skincare Shopee Online Shop, From the research obtained, the magnitude of the influence of price on interest in buying Skincare Skintific Shop Online Shop shows that the t-count value is 2.171 and the sig value. 0.032 < 0.05. Thus, the Product Quality variable (X1) has a partial effect on Purchase Interest (Y), from the research it was found that the Influence of Price on Purchase Interest of the Skintific Shopee Online Shop t test showed that the t-count value was 2.949 and the sig value. 0.004< 0.05. Thus, the Price variable (X2) has a partial effect on Purchase Intention (Y), the Influence of Online Customer Reviews on Purchase Intention to Buy Skincare Skintific Shopee Online with the t test that the t value is 2.536 and the sig value. 0.013 < 0.05, thus the Online Customer Review Variable (X3) has a partial effect on the Purchase Interest in Skincare Skintific Shopee Online Shop (Y). The influence of online customer ratings on interest in purchasing Skincare Skintific Shop Online Shop t test shows that the t value is 1.217 and the sig value. 0.226 > 0.05. This means that the Online Customer Rating (X4) variable has no partial effect on Purchase Interest (Y) and the F test in this research is the sig value. 0.000 < 0.05, thus the variables Product Quality, Price, Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating have a simultaneous influence on Interest in Buying Skintific Shopee Online Shop. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.309, meaning that the independent variables together have an influence on the attachment variable of 30.9 %. while the remaining 69.1% was influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of food quality, brand image, location and price on purchase decisions in the Store Bread Hasanah Bakery Rantauparapat. The population in this research is the customers at the Bakery Hasanah Bakery Rantauprapat, where the determination of the sample is by using the technique of random sampling by using the formula Wibisono. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire as the research instrument of the first test the validity and reliability of the instrument. Analysis of the data by using a hypothesis test, where the data of the first test, the classical assumption in the form of normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokedastisitas. The results showed that the Quality of the food (X1) has positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) on the Bakery Hasanan Bakery with a value of t1hitung of 2,439 > ttable of 1,660 with significance to 0.011 < 0.005. Brand image (X2) and the positive effect on the purchase decision (Y) on the Bakery Hasanan Bakery with a value of t2hitung of 2,340 > ttable of 1,660 with significance 0,021 < 0.005.The location of the business (X3) have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions (Y) on the Bakery Hasanan Bakery with a value of t3hitung of 3,140 > ttable of 1,660 with significance to 0.002 < 0.005.Price (X4) have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions (Y) on the Bakery Hasanan Bakery with a value of t4hitung by 4.824 > ttable of 1,660 with significance 0.000 < 0.005.Simultaneous food quality, brand image, the location of the business and the price has positive and significant effect on purchase decisions in the Store Bread Hasanan Bakery with a value of Fcount 123,875 < from Ftable 3.09 with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05 at confidence level 95% and Alpha of 5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of analysis of motivation, discipline, work stress and leadership style on employee performance at PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir AEK Kanopan Kotapinang District Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study amounted to 34 people. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple Linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination and the data is processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program. The results of the hypothesis test showed that partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it is seen from the value of thitung for location is thitung 2.712 > ttable 1.697, with a significant value of 0.005 < 0.05. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it is seen from the value of Thitung for Discipline is thitung 2.694 > ttable 1.697, with a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, This can be seen from the value of thitung for work stress is thitung 2.677 > ttable 1.697, with a significant value of 0.015 < 0.05. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance This can be seen from the value of thitung for leadership style is thitung 2.431 > ttable 1.697, with a significant value of 0.025< 0.05. Ftable value is 2.70, then based on the calculation results show that the value of F count 14.241 >2.70, and the significant value of 0.046 < 0.05. This shows that simultaneously The Independent Variable has a positive and significant effect on the Dependent variable.
