Abstract

Red chili (capsicum annum L) is one of the important horticultural plants cultivated commercially. This study began in March to July 2024 at the Integrated Farming System Education Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Bosowa University in Bontoramba Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The purpose of this study was to determine the combination of liquid organic fertilizer from bamboo shoots and Trichoderma sp. which influenced the growth of red chili plants. This study used a randomized block design with five treatments, namely F0 (without POC + Trichoderma sp. as a control), F1 (POC 100ml/liter + Trichoderma sp. 40 g), F2 (POC 150ml/liter + Trichoderma sp. 50 g), F3 (POC 200ml/liter + Trichoderma sp. 60 g), F4 (POC 250ml/liter + Trichoderma sp. 70 g), and 3 replications. The results of the study showed that the best growth was in the F4 treatment with a combination dose of POC 250ml/liter + Trichoderma sp. 70 g which was able to provide growth in plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, and fruit weight per plant. Cabai Merah Capsicum annum L. merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman hortikultura penting dibudidayakan secara komersial. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Maret sampai Juli 2024 di Kebun Pendidikan Integrated Farming System Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Bosowa di Desa Bontoramba, Kecamatan Pallangga, Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kombinasi pupuk organik cair rebung bambu dan Trichoderma sp. yang memberi pengaruh pertumbuhan terhadap tanaman cabai merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan lima perlakuan yaitu F0 (tanpa POC+ Trichoderma sp. sebagai kontrol), F1 (POC 100ml/liter + Trichoderma sp. 40 g), F2 (POC 150ml/liter + Trichoderma sp. 50 g), F3 (POC 200ml/liter + Trichoderma sp. 60 g), F4 (POC 250ml/liter + Trichoderma sp. 70 g). serta 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan F4 dengan dosis kombinasi POC 250ml/liter + Trichoderma sp. 70 g yang mampu memberikan pertumbuhan pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah helai daun, diameter batang, dan berat buah pertanaman.

Abstract

Tomato plants (Solanum Lycopersicum L.) are one of the horticultural vegetable commodities cultivated in Indonesia. Tomatoes also contain carbohydrates, proteins, fats and calories, and are one of the agricultural commodities that can support the economy. Drip irrigation is one of the surface irrigation systems by providing water between plant lines. This study aims to determine the interaction of the ratio or dose of the combination of cow manure with the amount of water through a drip irrigation system. This study was carried out by the Integrated Farming System Education Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Bosowa University, on JL. Raya Poros Sapayya, Bontoramba Village, Palangga District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. This research was started in May to July 2024. This research used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 5 treatments, namely (2,160 ml/polybag + 200 grams of cow manure), (1,440 ml/polybag + 300 grams of cow manure), (1,080 ml/polybag + 400 grams of cow manure), (864 ml/polybag + 500 grams of cow manure), (720 ml/polybag + 600 grams of cow manure and 3 replications. The results of the study showed the best growth and production, namely 720 ml/polybag + 600 grams of cow manure which was able to provide the best growth and production. Tanaman tomat (Solanum Lycopersicum L.) adalah salah satu komoditas sayuran hortikultura yang dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Tomat juga mengandung karbohidrat, protein, lemak, dan kalori, serta menjadi salah satu komoditas pertanian yang dapat menunjang perekonomian. Irigasi tetes adalah termasuk salah satu sistem irigasi permukaan (surface irrigation) dengan cara pemberian air di antara jalur-jalur tanaman. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi rakaran atau dosis dari kombinasi pupuk kandang sapi dengan jumlah air melalui sistem irigasi tetes. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Kebun Pendidikan Integrated Farming System Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Bosowa, di JL. Raya Poros Sapayya, Desa Bontoramba, Kecamatan Palangga, Kabupaten Gowa Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dimulai pada Mei sampai Juli 2024. Abstract

This research was carried out at the Integrated Farming System Education Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Bosowa University, on JL. Raya Poros Sapayya, Bontoramba Village, Palangga District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. This research started from May to July 2024. This research used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 5 treatments, namely P0 (without water hyacinth POC as a control), P1 (10 ml water hyacinth POC), P2 (20 ml water hyacinth POC), P3 (30 ml POC water hyacinth) and P4 (40 ml POC water hyacinth) and 3 repetitions. The parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of pods, weight of the pods contained, weight of seeds 100 g/plot, weight of seeds per planting.  The results of the research showed that the best growth and production was in the P4 treatment with a dose of 40 ml which was able to provide growth and production in plant height, stem diameter, number of pods, weight of filled pods, seed weight of 100 g/plot, weight of seeds per planting. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Pendidikan Integrated Farming System Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Bosowa, di JL. Raya Poros Sapayya, Desa Bontoramba, Kecamatan Palangga, Kabupaten Gowa Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Mei sampai Juli 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan yaitu P0 (tanpa POC enceng gondok sebagai kontrol), P1 (10 ml POC enceng gondok), P2 (20 ml POC enceng gondok), P3 (30 ml POC enceng gondok) dan P4 (40 ml POC enceng gondok) serta 3 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah polong, berat polong berisi, berat biji 100 g/ plot, berat biji pertanama.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan pertumbuhan dan produksi terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan P4 dengan dosis 40 ml yang mampu memberikan pertumbuhan dan produksi pada tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah polong, berat polong berisi, berat biji 100 g/ plot, berat biji pertanaman.
