Science learning in elementary schools is still dominated by general teaching materials that inadequately integrate local cultural contexts. This study aimed to develop an electronic student worksheet (E-LKPD) based on the local wisdom of the Haunobenak community and examine its validity, practicality, and effectiveness in improving students' learning outcomes on the topic The Uniqueness of Community Habits Around Me. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a paired-samples t-test, and the N-Gain score. The findings revealed that the developed E-LKPD achieved an average expert validation score of 87.19%, indicating that it was highly valid. The product was also highly practical, as reflected by positive responses from teachers (95%) and students (90.8%). Furthermore, it significantly improved students' learning outcomes, with the mean score increasing from 52.6 to 87, a significant paired-samples t-test result (p < .001), and a high N-Gain score of 0.73. Therefore, the developed E-LKPD is valid, practical, and effective for supporting science learning in elementary schools through the integration of local wisdom. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar masih didominasi oleh penggunaan bahan ajar yang bersifat umum sehingga belum mengakomodasi konteks budaya lokal secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan E-LKPD berbasis kearifan lokal masyarakat Desa Haunobenak pada materi Keunikan Kebiasaan Masyarakat di Sekitarku serta menguji kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifannya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi ahli, angket respons guru dan peserta didik, serta tes hasil belajar, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, paired sample t-test, dan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD memperoleh rata-rata validasi ahli sebesar 87,19% dengan kategori sangat layak. Kepraktisan produk ditunjukkan oleh respons guru sebesar 95% dan respons peserta didik sebesar 90,8%. Produk juga terbukti efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 52,6 menjadi 87, hasil paired sample t-test yang signifikan (p < 0,001), serta nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,73 dengan kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian, E-LKPD berbasis kearifan lokal masyarakat Desa Haunobenak dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif sebagai bahan ajar IPAS di sekolah dasar.
