Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh corporate image dan perceived quality terhadap customer satisfaction dengan perceived value sebagai variabel mediasi pada pelanggan PT Indo Taichen Textile Industry. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei dan dianalisis dengan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Image dan Perceived Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perceived Value dan Customer Satisfaction. Selain itu, perceived value juga berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction serta memediasi pengaruh corporate image dan perceived quality. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh citra, kualitas, dan nilai yang dirasakan pelanggan. This study analyzes the effect of corporate image and perceived quality on customer satisfaction with perceived value as a mediating variable among customers of PT Indo Taichen Textile Industry. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method and is analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that Corporate Image and Perceived Quality have a positive and significant effect on Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction. Furthermore, Perceived Value also has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction and mediates the relationship between Corporate Image and Perceived Quality and Customer Satisfaction. These findings confirm that customer satisfaction is influenced by corporate image, perceived quality, and perceived value.
