Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to see the influence of Self-Confidence, Independence and Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interest (case study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Al-Qur'an Science University. Method - The data used in this study was by distributing questionnaires directly to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The population was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, and the sample size was set at 100 respondents, distributed using the Proportional Random Sampling. Data analyzed with using analysis regression linear multiple, then use test statistics descriptive, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and testing hypothesis covering test coefficient determination and significance test of regression coefficients. Findings - Results study show that variables Believe Self positive influence to interest entrepreneurship student Faculty Economy University of Science Al-Qur'an, Which proven with variables believe self own t count = 5,973 with t table =1.971896 And variable independence has a positive influence on Interest entrepreneurship student Faculty Economy University Science of the Qur'an, Which proven with variables independence own t count = 8.202 with t table = 1.971896, and the family environment has an influence on Interest entrepreneurship student Faculty Economy University Al-Quran Science, which is proven by the family environment variable, has a calculated t = 5.168 with a t table =1.971896 and a significant value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh service quality, store atmosphere, price fairness, dan service canvience terhadap customer loyalty pada pelanggan Bluebell Futsal Wonosobo.  Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan Bluebell Futsal Wonosobo dengan jumlah sampel 110 responden.  Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa service quality, store atmosphere, price fairness, dan service convenience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty.  Implikasi - Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan manajerial untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.   Orisinalitas - Penelitian ini mengkaji loyalitas pelanggan pada bisnis jasa futsal.

Abstract

Purpose - This study was conducted to examine the impact of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, financial planning, and financial technology on the financial behavior of unmarried Gen Z individuals aged 18–27 in Wonorejo Selomerto, Wonosobo. Method -Using a purposive sampling technique (non-probability sampling), data were collected from 144 respondents and analyzed via multiple linear regression. Findings - The findings demonstrate that all independent variables exert a positive and significant influence on financial behavior when analyzed individually: financial knowledge (t-calc=3.746 > t-table=1.65581; sig=0.000 < 0.05), financial attitudes t-calc=27.157 > t-table=1.65581; sig=0.000 < 0.05), financial planning t-calc=2.389 > t-table=1.65581; sig=0.018 < 0.05), and financial technology t-calc=4.256 > t-table=1.65581; sig=0.000 < 0.05). Implications - The implications of this study are valuable for Gen Z in Wonorejo Selomerto in understanding the importance of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, financial planning, and financial technology for better financial behavior management.
