Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa melalui penerapan model PRAM pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bab 7 Menyayangi Bumi dengan materi “sebab akibat, membuat ringkasan, dan imbuhan pe-an”. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam empat kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh aspek mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Aktivitas guru meningkat dengan skor 36 yang termasuk kategori “Sangat Baik”, sementara aktivitas murid mencapai 85% dengan kategori “Hampir Seluruh Murid Aktif”. Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa juga meningkat hingga 85% dengan kategori “Hampir Seluruh Murid Terampil”, dan keterampilan kolaborasi mencapai 92% dengan kategori “Hampir Seluruh Murid Terampil”. Dengan demikian, penerapan model PRAM terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, baik dari segi aktivitas guru maupun keterampilan siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the principles of Islamic business ethics that can be applied in the context of business managerial decisions, the challenges of implementing the principles of Islamic business ethics in managerial decisions, and the positive impact of implementing the principles of Islamic business ethics in MSME businesses which are based on the principles of ihsan, honesty and responsibility. answer. The research method used is library research. The data obtained is then analyzed and studied in depth regarding the references used, as is the case in library research. The results of this research explain that the implementation of the principles of Islamic business ethics in business managerial decisions, namely ihsan, honesty, justice and responsibility is able to encourage the progress of MSME businesses in Indonesia and help create a business culture with integrity, capable of creating a positive impact on business owners. , surrounding communities, and overall economic growth. Implementing the principles of Islamic business ethics is not only about material gain, but also about creating added value for business and society, as well as achieving the pleasure of Allah SWT in every business step taken.
