Abstract

Research objectives: 1) Science learning planning in developing math skills of children aged 4-5 years old, 2) Implementing science learning in developing math skills of children aged 4-5 years old, 3) Evaluating science learning in developing the math skills of children aged 4-5 years old. This research used observation method. Results of the research: 1) Planning science learning in developing children math skills, the plan was: teacher prepared daily activities plan, worksheet, material to be delivered, media, assessment sheet and class setting. 2) Learning, the initial activities was teacher and children doing morning gymnastics, the core activity was children were first asked to do math activities related to science such as distinguishing objects that could float and sink in water, 3) Evaluation of science learning implementation in developing children math skills, namely by question and answer method and retelling material method that had been studied. It can be concluded that the real science learning could improve children Math skills.

Abstract

The problem with this study is the unavailability of teaching materials which is containing high order thinking skills and multiple intelligence improvement based on local wisdom. While the development of high order thinking skills and multiple intelligence becomes one of the great goals that are expected to get a productive future generation. The purpose of this study are (1) Produce the innovative textbook which is containing high order thinking skills and multiple intelligence, (2) this study want to know effectiveness of learning materials based on local wisdom to improve high order thinking skills and multiple intelligence. This study use research and development methods that will develop products in the form of teaching materials and textbooks containing high order thinking skills and multiple intelligence improvement based on local wisdom. The research design refers to the Borg & Gall design which consists of 10 steps. The result mentioned that thematic textbooks containing high order thinking skills and multiple intelligence based on local wisdom deserve to be used, have effectiveness for the fifth grade of elementary school based on evaluation from the material draft expert, media expert, language expert and field test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of the experimental class post test and the control class post test scores.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low activity, motivation and cognitive of children in recognizing number symbol. The purpose of the study was to describe activity, motivation and cognitive development through the Make a Match model, Picture and Picture model, and the Flannel Board media. The type of research is classroom action with four meetings. The research subject was group A with a total of 5 children, there are 3 girls and 2 boys. The result showed that the teacher's activity at the fourth meeting with a very good category with a score of 26. In the first meeting children's activity with a percentage of 40% in the category of a small number of active children until the fourth meeting with a percentage of 100% in the category of all active children. The motivation of children in the first meeting with a percentage of 40% in the less motivated category to the fourth meeting with a percentage of 100% in the highly motivated category. The result of cognitive development from the first meeting with a percentage of 20% to the fourth meeting with a percentage of 100% or 5 children who successfully developed in the BSH category and were very active. It is suggested that the MAMA PAPA model can increase children's activity, motivation and cognitive recognizing of number symbol

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine teacher activities, student activities, critical thinking, and student learning outcomes after learning was carried out using the RESEARCH learning model. The subjects of the research were the 12th graders of SDN Pantai Hambawang Barito Kuala. The method used is a qualitative and quantitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research. Qualitative data obtained from observation of activities, student activities, and critical thinking skills. Quantitative data obtained from learning outcomes, critical thinking activities, collaboration and student independence. This activity lasted for 4 meetings, with the results of the teacher's activity reaching a score of 30 with very good criteria. Observation of student activity reached a percentage of 83% with very active criteria. Students' critical thinking skills reach a percentage of 91% with very skilled criteria. Cognitive learning outcomes reached 100% (classical). Based on this research, the SMART model can increase teacher activity, activity, critical thinking, and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Perlindungan terhadap kekerasan sangat penting bagi perkembangan anak. Anak yang sering mendapatkan perlakuan kekerasan akan terhambat perkembangan fisik dan psikisnya.  Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dan kecerdasan mengelola emosi terhadap kekerasan verbal melalui adversity quotient. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 117 orang tua di 6 sekolah, dipilih secara proposional random sampling dari populasi sebesar 166 orang tua di gugus 3 Kecamatan Daha Utara. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument, dianalisis secara deskriptif, regresi linier, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan persepsi terhadap kekerasan verbal, kecerdasan mengelola emosi terhadap kekerasan verbal, dan adversity quotient terhadap kekerasan verbal pada anak dengan korelasi negative; terdapat pengaruh langsung persepsi terhadap adversity quotient dan kecerdasan mengelola emosi terhadap adversity quotient dengan korelasi positif; terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung persepsi terhadap kekerasan verbal melalui adversity quotient dan kecerdasan mengelola emosi terhadap kekerasan verbal melalui adversity quotient.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials based on HOTS, multiple intelligence, and the character of Baimbai pedaling for riverside elementary schools. This study used the research and product development method of teaching materials with the Borg & Gall design, which consisted of 10 steps. The sample comprises 72 elementary school students, six principals, and 10 class teachers. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling. The research instrument is a validity test questionnaire and tests. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis and independent sample t-test. Based on the results of assessments from SD teaching materials experts, media experts, SD design experts, and character education experts, a score of > 92 was obtained, indicating that the teaching materials were feasible to use. Based on the results of the effectiveness test conducted on 46 students and analyzed using an independent sample t-test, the t-count value was higher than the t-table (2.231> 1.576), and the significance value was less than 0.05 (0.002 <0.005). The increase occurred in the medium category with a value of N-Gain = 0.39

Abstract

: Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi mitra diantaranya: (1) Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) guru yang kurang cakap dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka, (2) guru kekurangan referensi bahan ajar yang inovatif, dan (3) guru belum memiliki keterampilan dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis muatan lokal dan pelajar pancasila. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut perlu dilakukan upaya agar dapat mengoptimalkan pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka yang telah diluncurkan. Solusi yang diberikan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) melakukan pelatihan kepada anggota guru-guru di KKG Aluh-Aluh terkait bagaimana cara membuat dan menyusun bahan ajar berbasis muatan lokal dan pelajar pancasila dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka.  Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode solutif dapat dilakukan dengan ToT (trainer of trainer) yang dapat memperluas komunikasi antar guru melalui komunikasi antar rekan sejawat dan KKG yang berada dalam lingkup lebih besar lagi dengan berbasis manajemen berbasis sekolah. Adapun mitra yang terlibat dalam pelatihan ini anggota guru-guru di KKG Aluh-Aluh Kabupaten Banjar, Kalimantan Selatan. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga kali pertemuan dengan jumlah peserta pelatihan 45 dari KKG Aluh-aluh Kabupaten Banjar. Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan tanggal 18 Juli 2022 dan 30 Agustus 2022 pada pengembangan bahan ajar ini yaitu: (1) guru mampu membuat draft dalam konten bahan ajar secara sederhana, (2) guru mampu mengembangkan secara mandiri bahan ajar sesuai kebutuhan sekolah masing-masing, (3) guru mampu mengimplementasikan muatan lokal. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan diperoleh bahwa hasilnya 24 guru dapat menyelesaikan draft pengembangan bahan ajar pada Tema 7 dengan 6 pembelajaran. Dengan demikian diperlukan kegiatan PkM pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar tingkat lanjut untuk semakin menguasai keterampilan mereka dalam praktik nyata di dalam proses belajar mengajar, terutama pada guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Aluh-aluh Kabupaten Banjar.  Kemudian perlu adanya kerja sama dengan pihak-pihak terkait dalam memaksimalkan keterlibatan peran KKG Kcematan Aluh-aluh meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di wilayah tersebut.   Problems that partners often face include (1) human resources teachers who are not proficient in implementing an independent curriculum, (2) teachers who lack innovative teaching material references, and (3) teachers who do not have skills in developing teaching materials based on local content and Pancasila students. Related to the importance of this to be done as an effort to optimize the implementation of the independent curriculum that has been launched. If this problem is left unattended, teachers will difficult to find textbook references that follow the local wisdom of the local community. The solution for overcoming this problem is that the service team conducts training for teachers at KKG Aluh-aluh on how to make and compile teaching materials based on local content and Pancasila students in the implementation of an independent curriculum. The method used in this service is a solutive method that can be done with ToT (Trainer of Trainer), which can expand communication between teachers through communication between colleagues and KKG, which is in a larger scope based on school-based management. The partners involved in this training are members of teachers at KKG Aluh-Aluh, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. This training was held three times with the number of trainer participants 45 from KKG Aluh-aluh, Banjar Regency. The training activities carried out on July 18, 2022, and August 30, 2022, on the development of this teaching material are: (1) teachers can make drafts in the content of teaching materials, (2) teachers can independently develop teaching materials according to the needs of their respective schools, (3) teachers can implement local content. Based on the training results, it was obtained that, as a result, 24 teachers could complete the draft development of teaching materials on Theme 7 with six lessons. Thus, PKM activities are needed to train the development of advanced teaching materials to further master their skills in real practice in the teaching and learning process, especially in elementary school teachers in Aluh-Aluh District, Banjar Regency. Then there is a need for cooperation with related parties in maximizing the involvement role of the KKG Aluh-aluh districts to improve the quality of education in the region.

Abstract

: Dengan lahan pertanian seluas 59 ha, Desa Anjir Pasar Kota II di Kecamatan Anjir Pasar Kabupaten Barito Kuala Kalimantan Selatan memiliki potensi utama pada bidang pertanian. Potensi tambahan lainnya adalah sebagian besar warga Desa Anjir Pasar Kota II memiliki pekarangan rumah yang cukup luas dengan rata-rata luasnya sekitar 3.094 m2, sehingga pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah sebagai kebun skala kecil melalui pengenalan sistem pertanian hidroponik yang menggantikan media tanah, sekaligus memberdayakan masyarakat mengonsumsi sayuran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan keluarga. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu observasi lapangan, perencanaan, pengusulan ke tingkat fakultas, sosialisasi dan praktik sistem bercocok tanam hidroponik, pemberian sampel ke masing-masing RT, kontroling, dan evaluasi. Peserta kegiatan adalah masyarakat Desa Anjir Pasar Kota II yang memiliki waktu senggang dari berbagai kalangan umur dengan jumlah 100 orang. Adapun simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah masyarakat mendapatkan edukasi baru mengenai sistem pertanian menggunakan media air sebagai pengganti tanah, masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah sebagai kebun skala kecil, kemudian dapat memberdayakan masyarakat mengonsumsi sayuran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan keluarga, dan masyarakat dapat menjadikan hidroponik sebagai ladang usaha yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga.  With an agricultural land area of 59 ha, Anjir Pasar Kota II Village in Anjir Pasar District, Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan, has major potential in the agricultural sector. Another potential is that most of Anjir Pasar Kota II Village residents have large yards with an average area of around 3,094 m2. Hence, the implementation of this community service activity aims to utilize the yard as a small-scale garden by introducing a hydroponic farming system that replaces soil media and empowering people to consume vegetables to meet family food needs. This community service activity was implemented using several stages, namely field observation, planning, a proposal to the faculty level, socialization and practice of the hydroponic farming system, giving samples to each RT, controlling, and evaluating. The activity participants were the people of Anjir Pasar Kota II Village who had free time from various age groups, 100 people. The service activities conclude that the community gets new education about agricultural systems using water media as a substitute for soil, the community can utilize the house yard as a small-scale garden, then can empower the community to consume vegetables to meet family food needs. The community can make hydroponics a business field expected to improve the family economy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi belum optimalnya pengembangan program sekolah yang relevan dengan karakteristik geografis, sosial, dan budaya di sekolah dasar lingkungan lahan basah. Pendampingan yang dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi guru dalam menganalisis potensi daerah sebagai dasar pengembangan program sekolah. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pendampingan adalah 50 orang guru pada KKG Aluh-Aluh Kabupaten Banjar Kalimantan Selatan. Pendampingan dilakukan selama 7 bulan yang terdiri dari enam tahapan yang meliputi: (1) workshop penyamaan persepsi kurikulum merdeka; (2) workshop analisis karakteristik sosial, ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya pada wilayah setempat dan analisis kebutuhan program sekolah; (3) workshop pendampingan penyusunan program sekolah untuk proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila; serta (4) monitoring dan evaluasi implementasi program sekolah. Berdasarkan monitoring dan evaluasi diperoleh hasil bahwa terjadi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam penguasaan konsep penyusunan program sekolah dengan perolehan skor 44 (kategori sangat baik), kompetensi analisis potensi sekolah dengan skor 43 (kategori sangat baik), dan kompetensi mengembangkan program sekolah untuk penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dengan skor 38 (kategori baik) Adapun tingkat peningkatan jika dihitung menggunakan metode N-Gain menunjukkan hasil 0.427 yang artinya terjadi peningkatan kompetensi guru kategori sedang

Abstract

This study analyzes the low ability of critical thinking and student cooperation. This problem is due to one-way learning, they are not used to solving problems, students are used to learning individually or rarely in groups, so that learning becomes less interesting for them. Efforts to deal with these problems are using the PANTAS learning model. The purpose of this study was to analyze students' critical thinking skills and cooperation in the learning process. The type of research applied is Classroom Action Research, using qualitative methods. The subject here is the 5th grade students of SDN Alalak Utara 2 Banjarmasin. The results showed that students' critical thinking skills at the first meeting only reached 35% in the less critical category, experienced an increase in the fourth meeting to 90% in the very critical category. Cooperation at the first meeting only reached 40% in the less skilled category, then increased at the fourth meeting to 90% in the very skilled category. In conclusion, the use of the PANTAS learning model can improve students critical thinking skills and cooperation in the class.
