Abstract

Resource management is a strategic aspect in determining the performance of Islamic educational institutions because it is directly related to the quality of educators, the effectiveness of financial governance, the utilization of facilities and infrastructure, and the ability of institutions to adapt to change. This article aims to analyze strategies for optimizing resource management to improve the performance of Islamic educational institutions through a literature review. The method used is a descriptive-analytical literature study of books, journal articles, and relevant academic sources concerning human resource management, educational financial management, leadership, organizational culture, and educational management information systems. The findings indicate that resource optimization should be carried out through needs planning based on the institution’s vision, competency-based recruitment and placement, continuous professional development, transparent and accountable financial management, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, and the utilization of information technology to support decision-making. This article concludes that integrative resource management can strengthen the professionalism of educators and educational staff, improve the effectiveness of educational programs, and develop Islamic educational institutions that are adaptive, high-quality, and sustainable.

Abstract

This article discusses innovation and continuous improvement as strategies for enhancing the quality of Islamic educational institutions. The study is grounded in the need for Islamic education to adapt to social change, technological development, and the demands of modern education while maintaining Islamic values. The purpose of this article is to analyze the implementation of educational innovation and continuous improvement strategies in improving the quality of Islamic education. This study employs a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were obtained from various literature sources, including books, journal articles, and previous research relevant to educational innovation, quality management, leadership in Islamic educational institutions, quality assurance, digital transformation, and human resource development. Data were collected through documentation and analyzed using content analysis by identifying, classifying, and synthesizing ideas related to the focus of the study. The findings indicate that improving the quality of Islamic education requires the integration of learning innovation, visionary leadership, human resource development, professional administrative services, strategic management, quality assurance systems, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and paradigm change based on Islamic values. This article concludes that the quality of Islamic education is not only determined by technical aspects of learning, but also by the integration of values, institutional strategy, organizational culture, and sustainable innovation.
