This article discusses innovation and continuous improvement as strategies for enhancing the quality of Islamic educational institutions. The study is grounded in the need for Islamic education to adapt to social change, technological development, and the demands of modern education while maintaining Islamic values. The purpose of this article is to analyze the implementation of educational innovation and continuous improvement strategies in improving the quality of Islamic education. This study employs a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were obtained from various literature sources, including books, journal articles, and previous research relevant to educational innovation, quality management, leadership in Islamic educational institutions, quality assurance, digital transformation, and human resource development. Data were collected through documentation and analyzed using content analysis by identifying, classifying, and synthesizing ideas related to the focus of the study. The findings indicate that improving the quality of Islamic education requires the integration of learning innovation, visionary leadership, human resource development, professional administrative services, strategic management, quality assurance systems, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and paradigm change based on Islamic values. This article concludes that the quality of Islamic education is not only determined by technical aspects of learning, but also by the integration of values, institutional strategy, organizational culture, and sustainable innovation.
