<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the role of administrative staff in improving the effectiveness of academic administrative services at MI Al-Ikhlas Tombiano and to analyze the effectiveness of the academic administrative services provided. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study indicate that administrative staff play an important role in supporting the implementation of academic administration in schools. Their roles include serving as school administrators, records and document managers, information service providers, supporters of academic activities, assistants in school management, and communication liaisons between the school and the community. The academic administrative services provided include student data management, document filing, grade processing, attendance management, and correspondence services. The effectiveness of academic administrative services at MI Al-Ikhlas Tombiano was categorized as fairly effective, as demonstrated by the ability of administrative staff to provide services accurately, promptly, and appropriately in accordance with the needs of teachers and students as well as established procedures. This study concludes that administrative staff make a significant contribution to improving the effectiveness of academic administrative services through accuracy, discipline, and responsibility in carrying out administrative duties.
