Abstract

The high MMR and IMR are a problem in health services at Daya Regional Hospital, Makassar City. This research aims to determine the implementation of the Maximum Reach Innovation for Integrated Maternal and Child Health Services in Reducing MMR and IMR in the Daya Hospital of Makassar City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method with data collection techniques in this research namely interviews, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the data in this research was carried out by source triangulation. Data analysis techniques use data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the implementation of innovation for maximum coverage of integrated maternal and child health services is based on Stephen Robbins' theoretical indicators, namely having distinctive/special characteristics, having characteristics or elements of novelty, the innovation being rolled out has the aim of having been implemented well. However, the indicators of innovation programs implemented through planned programs still require some improvement in order to provide quality services for pregnant and giving birth mothers. This innovation needs to maintain its existence, especially ensuring that this program continues to run so that the goals to be achieved in creating innovations for maximum coverage of integrated maternal and child health services can reduce MMR and IMR maximally.

The results of the study show that the diffusion of patent innovations in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City has not been optimally adopted. This refers to the four main elements in innovation diffusion, which among the four main elements of innovation diffusion there are three elements that are included in the poor category, namely innovation elements that are still found to have some weaknesses from before the implementation of the PATENT innovation, communication channel elements that are still not effective in the use of communication channels because they only use interpersonal communication, and time period elements that are classified as slow, especially during the trial period Adoption. In addition, there is one element of diffusion that is included in the good category, namely the element of the social system with the results of the research finding that the target and role of the leader are effective in adopting PATENT innovations. In this study, it is suggested that the government that diffuses or adopts innovations is expected not only to follow the demands of the rules, but also to be balanced with the readiness of the organizers both in terms of infrastructure and human resources.

The type of research used is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that; 1) The implementation of the BTS Teman Bus Program in Makassar City has gone well, although there are still shortcomings in its implementation. This is because the operation of BTS Teman Bus has not yet reached all routes in Makassar city; 2) The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the BTS Teman Bus program are caused by several factors, such as the number of prohibited stops, the closure of corridors 3 and 4 due to the reduction of subsidiesfrom the center to cashless payments. In this study, it is hoped that there will be supporting policies that can follow the sustainability of the BTS Teman Bus subsidy, such as the availability of bus stops to the completion of the bus stop point.

In the last few years, the prevalence of stunting has decreased to 16%. The Bone Regency Government, through collaboration between departments and implementing parties, is expected to be able to reduce the stunting rate according to national standards at 14% so that the implementation of this policy reaches the community to achieve significant changes.
