Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture, leadership and compensation on motivation, organizational culture, leadership, compensation and motivation on organizational commitment, and the influence organizational culture, leadership and compensation on organizational commitment mediated by motivation. The Population of this research was 137 people. Meanwhile the samples of this study were 102 respondents which were determined based on the slovin formula. The data used in this study is the primary data with data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires, and to prove the result of this research using Structure Equation Modell (SEM) with a program tool namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research showed that organizational culture had a positive but not significant effects on motivation, leadership and compensation had significant positive effects on motivation, organizational culture, compensation and motivation had significant effects on organizational commitment, leadership had a positive but not significant effects on organizational commitment and organizational culture and motivation had significant positive effect on commitment organization and are fully mediated by motivation. The empiric finding, indicated that to increase organizational commitment need to pay attention to factors that influencing organizational commitment such as motivation, organizational culture, leadership and compensation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and performance. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This research was carried out at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. The population in this study was all nursing staff who worked in 7 inpatient rooms at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, totaling 302 people. The number of samples taken in this study was 75 nursing staff who served in 7 inpatient rooms at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The research results show that leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive effect on nurse performance. This means that having visionary leadership who dares to take risks in every decision made will provide an increase in nurse performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on nurse performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on nurse performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on leadership and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work engagement, training, and quality of work life on the performance of civil servants (ASN) within the Government of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study includes all civil servants at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) and the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling method, in which all members of the population are included as respondents. This technique is applied due to the relatively small population size, allowing all units to be used as the research sample. The total sample consisted of 56 civil servants, determined using the census formula approach. The analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The hypothesis testing results show that work engagement, training, and quality of work life each have a positive and significant effect on performance, and collectively, they significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership quality, compensation andjob satisfaction on the performance of employees at the director's office of PTHutahaean Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all employees at thedirector's office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru. Primary data was collected using aquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test thehypothesis in this study, multiple linear regression was used with the help of theSPSS 25 program.The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significantinfluence of leadership quality on employee performance at the director's office ofPT Hutahaean Pekanbaru, 2) compensation has no effect on the performance ofemployees at the director's office at PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru, 30 job satisfactionhas no effect on the performance of employees at the office of directors of PTHutahaean Pekanbaru , 4) the quality of leadership, compensation and jobsatisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the performance of the employees of thedirectors' office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru. Keywords: leadership quality, compensation, job satisfaction, performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Supervision and Job Stress onJob Satisfaction of Paramedics at Az–Zahra Hospital, Ujungbatu District, RokanHulu Regency. The population in this study were all employees working at AzZahra Hospital Ujungbatu, totaling 78 people. In this study, the sample used was30 samples of paramedical employees. Sampling used a purposive samplingmethod. The primary data in this study were obtained through interviews anddistributing questionnaires to prove the research results. The hypothesis testing inthis study was using multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS program.The results showed that: 1) partial job supervision had a significant effect onparamedics' job satisfaction in hospitals, 2) partial work stress had no significanteffect on paramedics' job satisfaction in hospitals, 3) supervision and work stresshad a joint effect significant effect on paramedic job satisfaction. Keywords: Supervision, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain and examine the impact of work culture and competency on employee commitment, among other goals. to ascertain and examine how employee performance is impacted by competence and workplace culture. to ascertain and examine how employee commitment affects worker performance. In order to ascertain and examine how employee engagement and work culture impact performance. In this study, the population was 102 employees of Regional Office XII BKN Pekanbaru. This research used a saturated sample method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysisculture affect commitment. Competence and work culture affect employee performance. Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance through commitment. This means that an employee's abilities, skills, and knowledge (competence) have an effect on their performance, and this impact occurs through their level of commitment to work or organization. Work culture has a significant effect on employee performance through commitment. This means that a positive and supportive work culture will increase employee commitment to the organization and their work.
