Abstract

This research was conducted in the PT. Suka Fajar Ltd located on Nangka street Pekanbaru. The company is engaged in sale and purchase vehicles either in cash or credit. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee achievements and to determine the factors that influence employee achievements against the dominant in the PT. Suka Fajar Ltd. Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who work at the company of PT. Suka Fajar Ltd. Selection of the population based on their termination of employment or reduction of other employees, while the samples is used by 55 people, in which the determination of the number of samples is done by using the formula Slovin. Hypothesis testing is done by the test F, t-test and the coefficient of determination (R2) Based on the results. we concluded that the job performance, employee satisfaction and employee commitment of PT. Suka Fajar Ltd, based on the respondents to the indictors of each variable is good, where the percentage of respondents to the ideal score is obtained by 66.97 (good), the percentage of the respondents to the indicators of job satisfaction of 65.88 (satisfied) and the percentage of respondents to the indicator of employee comitent obtainet at 69.21 (good). Partially (t-test) at the 95% confidence level there is a significant influence of the variable job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee performance, it is evident from the results of the test t. Simultaneously (F test) at the 95% confidence level, there is a significant influence of the variables of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employees as avidencet interpretation of the results of f. The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with employee performance can be said to be strong. it can be seen from the correlation coefficient. The contribution of the variable of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee performance can be said to be high, it is reflected from the coefficient of determination.Keywords : Job Performance, job satisfaction, Employee Commitment,

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of training, leadership and physical work environment on employee morale PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas Medan branch either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT Asuransi Sinarmas Medan branch located at Km No.1A Jl.Sisingamangaraja 6-7. North Sumatra, Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees of PT Asuransi Sinar Mas, Medan Branch in 2015 is numbered 43 people, while Sampling was done by census, where all members of the population sampled. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, quantitative and time series 2011-2015. The technique used by the author in collecting the data and information needed is the interview and questioner. Mechanical analysis using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0. The results showed that in partial training and leadership and significant positive effect on morale, while the physical work environment variables and no significant negative effect on morale kerja.Hasil simultaneous research shows bahwapelatihan, leadership and physical work environment has a positive and significant impact on morale employee PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, organizationalcommitment on job satisfaction and performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero)Rayon Area Dumai Rayon Duri Bengkalis Regency. Responden are employees of PT.PLN (Persero) Area Dumai Rayon Duri Bengkalis Regency is 104 people.Theindependent variables consist of leadership, organizational commitment, and jobsatisfaction as an intervening variable. While the dependent variable is the performanceof employees, hypothesis testing was done using a model path anlysis.The results showthat there is a positive and significant influence directly the leadership andorganizational commitment to job satisfaction. Furthermore, there are also positive andsignificant influence directly the leadership and organizational commitment to employeeperformance, whereas no significant effect on job satisfaction. Then the influence ofleadership and organizational commitment indirectly to employee performance throughjob satisfaction has positive influence that job satisfaction as an intervening variable canimprove employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and BrandEquity on customer satisfaction. To analyze the effect of Service Quality andBrand Equity on Consumer loyalty To analyze the influence of customersatisfaction on consumer loyalty PT. Global Core Agro in Pekanbaru City.The research population is farmers as much as 670 people and retailers405 people, so in 2016 as many as 1,075 consumers at PT. Global Inti Agro inPekanbaru City. The sample size that will be used is 136 people. Data analysisusing WarpPLS approach. WarpPLS is one of the variance-based SEM statisticalmethods designed to solve multiple regressions when specific data problemsoccur, such as very small sample size, missing values and multicollinearity.WarpPLS is an alternative approach that shifts from a Covarian-based SEMapproach to a variance-based.The results of this study indicate that the better the quality of service, itcan provide satisfaction to consumers and ultimately can increase the number ofconsumers. The better the brand equity can provide satisfaction to customersatisfaction and ultimately the number of consumers will increase. The better thequality of services provided will certainly make consumers become loyal, with thebetter the service provided will certainly increase customer satisfaction andimpact on customer loyalty to the company. The better the brand equity accordingto the given consumer will certainly make the consumer become very confidenttowards the company, with the advent of trust in the company will certainlyincrease customer loyalty to the company. The higher satisfaction obtained byconsumers to make consumers more satisfied, so with the satisfaction ofconsumers will increase customer loyalty to the company.

Abstract

This research is intended to know and analyze 1) the effect of Total QualityManagement (TQM) implementation on employees attachment to PT.TNT - ExpressIndonesia. 2) the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation oncompany performance at PT.TNT - Express Indonesia. 3) the influence of employeeengagement implementation on company performance at PT.TNT - Express Indonesia.4) the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation on companyperformance through employee engagement on PT.TNT - Express Indonesia. Thisresearch uses quantitative design. The method used in this research is method. Thepopulation in this study is all employees at the level of managers and supervisors inPT.TNT-Express Indonesia which requires 219 people. Sampling technique in this studyusing proportional random sampling. Determination of the sample using slovin formulawith a precision set at 5%. Thus the sample in this study sampled 142 people at themanager and supervisor level at PT.TNT-Express Indonesia taken at random. Datacompletion techniques in this study using a questionnaire based on the variablesstudied. From the results of the study concluded: 1) the higher total qualitymanagement implementation will be improve the companys employees engangement.2) the higher implementation of quality management executed by managers andsupervisors will improve the performance of the company. 3) the stronger theemployees aengage to the company, the employee will be motivated to run the work andwill have an impact on the performance. 4) the higher the total quality managementimplementation, the companys performance will increase even without the strongengagemnet of the employee.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and organizationalculture on employee job satisfaction and Employee Productivity.The population of this research are employee of PDAM Tirta Indragiri, both in theoffice and in the field. The total number of Tirta Indragiri PDAM employees is 174people. The results of the study and discussion are presented using WarpPLS analysis.The result of research was that work discipline had an effect on the employee jobsatisfaction. Organizational culture partially effect on employee job satisfaction. Workdiscipline partially has a significant effect on employee productivity. Organizationalculture partially has a significant effect on employee productivity. Job satisfactionpartialy has a significant effect on employee productivity. If there is an increase in jobsatisfaction, then the productivity of personnel will increase and vice versa, if there is adecrease, then the productivity will decrease as well.

Abstract

The study is conducted on micro industries typical food products of Riau in Pekanbaru Citylisted in Riau Food Association (ASPARI) as the organization that houses the business operatorstypical food products of Riau in Pekanbaru. Purpose of this study is to determine the effect ofknowledge management and market orientation towards innovation and competitive advantage, andalso examine the effect of innovation on competitive advantage in micro industries typical foodproducts of Riau in Pekanbaru.The study population consisted of 108 respondents as micro industries typical food products of Riau,which are micro industries as well as samples of this study. The sampling method used is a censusmethod. Variables used are knowledge management and market orient ation as an independentvariable, as well as innovation and competitive advantage as the dependent variable. The analysis toolis Lisrel 8.80.Statistical tests results indicate that knowledge management had a positive but insignificant effect onthe innovation and competitive advantage, while market orientation had a positive and significant effecton the innovation and positive but insignificant effect on the competitive advantage. The researchresults also indicate that innovation had a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantagemicro industries typical food products of Riau in Pekanbaru city..

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Leadership, WorkEnvironment and Motivation Against the Performance of Civil Servants SocialAffairs Bengkalis Regency. The Sampling in this research using technique of nonprobability sampling (Purposive Sampling), and sample which included in thisresearch amounts 70 civil servants in the room Scope of Social Service ofBengkalis Regency. In this study the independent variables are Leadership (X1),Work Environment (X2), Motivation (X3) and Performance (Y) by Using Analysisof Two-Stage Regression Data. The research Found that Leadership X1, WorkEnvironment (X2) and Motivation (X3) have significant effect on PerformanceVariable (Y) on Civil Servant of Social Sub-Bureau of Bengkalis Regency. Thisresearch uses two-stage regression, which for the first stage tested the leadershipvariable (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Motivation (X3), the result ofdominant Work Environment is significant to Motivation Variables. While insecond regression test, the result of Leadership variable (X1), Work Environment(X2) and Motivation (X3) have an effect on Performance variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality factors in theGraduate Program of Universitas Riau on student satisfaction and tendency ofwords of mouth among students of Graduate Program of Universitas Riau.Analysis of data influence between research variables using structural equationmodeling (SEM) approach. SEM is a multivariate analysis used to analyzerelationships among variables. One of the software that can be used is IBM SPSSAmos Version 21. Amos was chosen because of the ease in using graphic interface(Amos Graphic) to describe the structural model. Data were obtained from 139respondents by filling out questionnaires. SEM model after experiencing severalstages and modifications have met the criteria of goodness of fit with the value ofeach index are: (a) chi-square= 34,852; (b) cmin/df= 1,452; (c) probabilitas=0,071; (d) GFI= 0,957; (e) AGFI= 0,905; (f) CFI= 0,977; (g) TLI= 0,956; dan(h) RMSEA= 0,057. By looking at the value of iritical, ratio regression weightmore than 1.65 and p-value <0,05, it can be concluded that the service qualityfactor has a significant effect on the student satisfaction and on the factor ofwords of mouth, and also the student satisfaction factor also influence the factorof words of mouth. Furthermore Effect total influence of variable Quality ofservice to student satisfaction variable = 0,808 (80,8%) and to variable of Wordsof mouth = 0,403 (40,3%). While the total effect of Student Satisfaction variableto variable Words of mouth = 0,396 (39,6%). Then the direct influence of variableQuality of service to variable Words of mouth = 0,083 (8,3%) and indirectinfluence of variable Quality of service to variable of Words of mouth = 0,320(32%).

Abstract

Competition in the detergent powder industry for families isincreasingly increasing, this is indicated by the presence of various brands andproduct variants. Like Rinso, Daia, Attack and others. So the company must havevarious strategies to be able to survive in the competition. One product that isfacing this competition is the Daia 900 detergent. To deal with this competition,the company must be able to understand the factors that influence consumerpurchasing decisions. Among those that will be examined are the issues ofAdvertising, Sales Promotion, Wom, and Brand image.The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of advertising, salespromotion, and WOM on brand image and the decision to buy 900 detergent inhousewives in the city of Pekanbaru. This research was conducted on Housewivesin the City of Pekanbaru with the sample used as many as 200 respondents whoused the 900 Detergent Daia. Data collection techniques used werequestionnaires with a Likert scale. SEM analysis is a hypothesis testing tool usingAMOS 21 and SPSS 17.00 for Windows.Based on the results of the study, there are the Effects of Advertisements,Sales Promotions, and WOMs on Brand images and the 900 Detergent PurchaseDecision on Housewives in Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of these studies,the company must always select the advertising and sales promotion media that are used effectively, and establish positive WOM communication.
