Background: High prevalence of anemia exists in the developing country where its causes are multi-factorial. One of the most vulnerable populations are adolescent girl. This study aims to know the prevalence and risk factor of anemia among adolescent girls in Abiansemal High School Methods: Cross sectional study was conduct with a total of 254 individuals comprising healthy participated. The relevant information was collected with interviews, anthropometric measurements and Hemoglobin assay. Multivariate Poisson Regression analysis was done to analysis the risk factor. Results: The prevalence of anemia was found to be 71.3% (22.8% mild anemia, 47.2% moderate anemia and 1.2% severe anemia). Mean age of the adolescent girls was 15.5 ± 0.66 years old. Multivariate analysis showed that the strongest predictors of anemia associated with adolescent girls is eating frequency ? 2 times a day (aPR:1.55; 95% CI: 1.32 to 1.81), excessive menstrual bleeding (aPR: 1, 35; 95% CI 1.17 to 1.56), vegetarian diet (aPR: 1.23; 95% CI 1.08 to 1.41) and drinking tea during meals (aPR: 1.17; 95% CI 1.01 to 1.36). However, the level of knowledge, socioeconomic status, and BMI did not contribute significantly in this study. Conclusions: High prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls of Abiansemal High School. Anemia screening should be done regularly and giving iron tablets to adolescent girls.

Backgroud: Elderly is a most vulnerable to disease. Most elderly people have psychological disturbances due to the tension because it is not able to adapt to the changes experienced. One of the impacts caused by stress or emotional tension is sleep disturbance. To solve the emotional stress is needed relax condition or action that is pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic assisting elderly to fall a sleep. This study aims to determine the efforts made in meeting the needs of the elderly sleep. Methods: The method used in this study is structured interviews. Of 60 samples obtained through purposive sampling technique. The data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with the guidelines made by direct questioning of respondents and researchers have known for sure about what information will be obtained.Results: The results obtained after research are most forms of sleep problem in insomnia elderly (53,33%), most of the pharmacologic efforts in meeting the needs of the elderly sleep is taking the herbs (48,33%) and most of the effort in meeting the needs sleep non-pharmacologic elderly is a lifestyle change (48.33%). Conslusion: Based on these results, it is recommended to nurses or nursing staff to be able to make this research as a basis for thinking in meeting the needs of elderly and bed use and the pharmacological action suit non-pharmacologic sleep problems experienced by elderly.Keywords: Requirement of Sleep; Efforts; Elderly; ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Lansia merupakan suatu individu yang sangat rentan terkena penyakit. Sebagian besar lansia mengalami gangguan psikologis akibat ketegangan karena tidak mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang dialami. Salah satu dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat stress atau ketegangan emosional adalah gangguan tidur. Untuk mengatasi ketegangan emosional dibutuhkan suatu terapi atau tindakan yaitu farmakologi dan nonfarmakologi yang membantu lansia untuk tertidur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tidur lansia. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kegiatan wawancara terstruktur. Sampel berjumlah 60 orang yang didapatkan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pedoman kuesioner dan dilakukan dengan tanya jawab langsung pada responden dan peneliti telah mengetahui dengan pasti tentang informasi apa yang akan diperoleh. Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan setelah melakukan penelitian adalah sebagian besar bentuk masalah tidur lansia adalah insomnia (53,33%), sebagian besar upaya farmakologi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tidur lansia adalah mengkonsumsi obat herbal (48,33%) dan sebagian besar upaya nonfarmakologi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tidur lansia adalah merubah gaya hidup (48,33%). Simpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disarankan kepada perawat ataupun petugas panti untuk dapat menjadikan penelitian ini sebagai dasar pemikiran dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tidur lansia dan menggunakan tindakan farmakologi maupun nonfarmakologi sesuai masalah tidur yang dialami lansia.Kata Kunci: Kebutuhan Tidur; Upaya; Lansia.

Background: Hypertension has now become a global problem because its prevalence continues to increase along with lifestyle changes that include unhealthy habits. the aim is to find out a description of lifestyle in hypertensive patients in West Denpasar Health Center II. Method: The study design was descriptive with the Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this study were all hypertensive patients who were treated at the Denpasar Public Health Center II. The sampling technique is Acidental sampling with a sample of 46 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. The results of data processing are presented in narrative form, frequency distribution tables are accompanied by interpretations. Results: Hypertension sufferers in West Denpasar Health Center II were 27 respondents (58.7%) who did not have the habit of consuming excess salt; 26 respondents (56.5%) who did not have coffee consumption habits; 34 respondents (73.9%) who did not have the habit of consuming liquor; 32 respondents (69.6) did not have smoking habits; 26 respondents (56.5%) respondents did not have enough hours of rest / sleep; respondents who do sufficient activities / sports; 46 respondents as many as 25 respondents (54.3%) obeyed taking drugs; 25 respondents (54.3%) did not routinely carry out tension control; 30 respondents (65.2%) faced maladaptive stressors. Conclusion: To reduce the incidence of hypertension in patients with hypertension, health promotion programs to the public regarding hypertension factors need to be optimized.Keywords: Hypertension; Lifestyle

Introduction: Recurrence is a problem that often occurs in patients with mental disorders. Families who have family members with mental disorders, said that relapse can be caused by not taking medication regularly and when they relapse the family is afraid to face the patient, because the patient is angry and throw things. This study aims to explore in depth the meaning of family experience dealing with relapse in people with mental disorders. Methods: This study uses a qualitative research design with an interpretative phenomenological approach. This study used purposive sampling, with total 15 participants with inclusion criteria: families who have family members with mental disorders who have experienced a relapse in the last six months and are willing to become participants by signing the participant's informed consent form. Exclusion criteria were families with family members with mental disorders who also had other illnesses. The data collection strategy used in-depth interview techniques with semi-structured interview guidelines. Researchers conducted data analysis using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Results: There are four themes in this study, namely (1) Always pay attention to prevent recurrence, (2) Families are able to recognize signs of relapse in family members with mental disorders, (3) Families use medical health services when a relapse occurs, (4) Feel emotional and fearful when the patient relapses. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that families feel emotional and fear when the patient experiences a relapse, and the family also knows about the signs of relapse in patients with mental disorders.

Background: The global covid-19 pandemic attack, especially on Bali Island, is not only causing significant loss of life but also has profoundly transformed the way of living. This situation eventually restricted the participation of Hindhus in religious ceremony activities in Bali due to strict mass gatherings measures. This study aimed to examine the stress level among pecalang (local security officers in a native administrative area in Bali) in ensuring health measures compliance in faith-based ceremonies during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: This was a quantitative-descriptive study involving 292 pecalang in Susut District, Bangli. A purposive sampling technique was employed to select eligible participants. Fourteen stress-scale statement items in Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS 42) Questionnaire used to collect primary data from the participants. Data were then analyzed using a univariate analysis in SPSS version 25. Result: The majority of participants, 184 subjects (63%), were aged between 25 to 39 years (early adulthood stage). Sixty-two percent of the participants (181) graduated from senior high school. The majority of them were also working in private companies (141: 48.3%). Findings revealed that the majority of participants were experiencing a normal level of stress (180; 61.6%). Conclusion: The majority of participants perceived normal level of stress in ensuring health measures compliance in local spiritual ceremonies during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Background: Pain is the most common symptom felt by the elderly with osteoarthritis. Poor management of pain would impact their health status and quality of life in the end. Therefore, an adequate level of knowledge required to manage this pain properly. This study aimed to examine the correlation of knowledge level and pain management in the elderly population with osteoarthritis in WanaSraya Nursing Home. Method: . This study applied an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional approach to examine the correlation between the knowledge level and pain management in the elderly. Research participants that involved a total of 30 respondents selected by the total sampling technique.In this study using a questionnaire.Data analysis was carried out by using bivariate data analysis test using Pearson Correlation Test. Result: The study result showed that the majority of the respondent has a good level of knowledge related to osteoarthritis and pain management. Pearson Correlation Test with the degree of significance of p less than 0.05 revealed that the p-value was 0.000. Conclusion: There was a correlation between the level of knowledge with pain management in elderly with osteoarthritis.

Background: A non-communicable disease that mostly affects the elderly in Indonesia is cardiovascular disease, which is the biggest cause of death for people aged 65 years and over with a higher number of deaths in developing countries. One of the non-communicable diseases commonly experienced by the elderly in society is hypertension or high blood pressure. Hypertension that occurs in society often causes problems, one of which is sleep quality disturbances. Sleep quality is one of the risk factors for hypertension. Inadequate sleep quality results in physiological and psychological balance disorders. Hypertension can be prevented by controlling risk factors, most of which are behavioral factors in the form of life habits, one of which is sleep quality. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of sleep in the elderly with hypertension Methods: This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using a questionnaire and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 61 respondents. Results: The most respondents were 60-74 years old with a total of 50.83%, the most sex was women with 57.4%. The most common sleep quality for the elderly was poor sleep quality at 64%. Conclusion: Most of the sleep quality of elderly with hypertension in Marga Village is poor, where hypertension affects the quality of sleep of the elderly so that it is hoped that the elderly will check their blood pressure regularly and carry out therapy to help stabilize blood pressure so that the quality of sleep can be improved.

Background: Unfortunate Children such as street children in Denpasar must work to survive. One of the jobs they can do were to become hawkers and become a "tukang suun" in several markets in the Denpasar. This child received less attention, including health. The purpose of this activity is to provide health services and health education for street children, especially hawkers and "tukang suun" at the Bali Children's Lentera Foundation (LAB), Denpasar City. Method: This is a Community Services activity in with health services for 23 street children / "tukang suun" at the Bali Children's Lentera Foundation (LAB) Denpasar. This health service activity about weight and height measurements to find out nutritional status based on body mass index (BMI); hemoglobin levels examination, health education about clean and healthy behavior; and supplementary feeding. Results: Most of the children present were girls (74%) and most were 4 - 9 years old. Based on body mass index (BMI), children’s were thin (50% in 4-6 years old and 37.5% in 7-9 years old). The results of hemoglobin levels examination through periphery blood tests, there were 89% of children have normal hemoglobin levels. Conclusion: based on BMI, street children / "tukang suun" tend to be thin but most have normal hemoglobin levels
