Abstract

Transforming fundamental entrepreneurial concepts has become an urgent necessity in this era of disruption to cultivate an innovative and resilient generation. This article aims to explore the paradigm shift in entrepreneurship through the lens of a "growth mindset" and the integration of Islamic Educational Management (MPI) values. Employing a qualitative library research methodology, the study analyzes recent literature (2021–2026) alongside theological-normative foundations. The synthesis of literature reveals that internalizing a growth mindset reconstructs an individual's perception of failure—shifting it from a mere obstacle to a learning opportunity that fosters resilience, creativity, and innovation. The findings further indicate that cultivating an innovative generation requires an educational ecosystem that consistently values the process through project-based learning. From the perspective of Islamic Educational Management, the growth mindset is viewed as a human resource development strategy aligned with the values of Mujahadah (striving/diligence) and Itqan (excellence/precision); this fosters a culture of learning, professionalism, and value creation oriented toward the common good (maslahah). The article concludes that the synergy between a growth mindset, entrepreneurship education, and Islamic values constitutes a transformational strategy for preparing competent human resources capable of competing globally.
