<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of operational risk management in Tabungan iB Hijrah Haji at Bank Muamalat KCP Metro. The background of this research is based on the importance of managing operational risks in maintaining service quality and customer trust amid the increasing complexity of Islamic banking operations. This study employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of operational risk management has been carried out systematically through four main stages: risk identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring, and risk control. The level of operational risk occurrence is relatively low; however, it still has a significant impact on service quality and customer satisfaction. The main factors causing operational risk are dominated by Human Error, particularly in data input processes, as well as system limitations in the hybrid system and technical disruptions. In addition, suboptimal procedures and high employee workload also contribute to the emergence of risks. Although the mitigation strategies implemented are considered fairly effective, further improvements are still required to optimize risk management practices. The implications of this study highlight the importance of enhancing human resource quality, optimizing digital systems, and improving operational procedures to strengthen the effectiveness of operational risk management in Islamic banking.]]>
