Abstract

Pasar modal atau dikenal juga denga sebutan capital market merupakan tempat bertemunya penjual maupun pembeli instrumen keuangan jangka panjang yang dapat di perjualbelikan, berupa surat utang, ekuiti, reksa dana, instrumen derivatif maupun instrumen lainnya. Pasar modal adalah suatu sarana pendanaan bagi setiap perusahaan yang tergabung dalam daftar Bursa dan merupakan sarana kegiatan investasi. Pasar modal akan memfasilitasi sarana dan prasarana kegiatan jual-beli saham dan kegiatan-kegiatan terkait lainnya. Penulisan jurnal ini membahas tentang Strategi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Kantor Perwakilan Lampung dalam Menumbuhkan Minat Masyarakat dalam Berinvestasi. Strategi yang dilakukan Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Lampung diantaranya yaitu sosialisasi dan edukasi. Strategi sosialisasi dan edukasi ini memiliki beberapa maca m bentu k kegiatan, diantaranya yait u sosialisasi yang dilakukan degan target calon investor dan kepada existing investor. Kegiatan edukasi melalui kegiatan kampanye dengan slogan ‘Yu k Nabung Saham’, edukasi sekola h pasa r moda l, pelaksanaan kegiatan Foru m Calon Investo r, bekerjasama dengan instansi pemerintah maupun swasta serta membuka Klini k Investasi yaitu Galeri Investasi. Bursa Efe k Indonesia Kanto r Perwakilan Lampung disarankan agar dapat lebi h memaksimalkan hubungan kerjasama dengan Galeri Investasi maupun kepada kelompok-kelompok studi pasar modal, peneliti juga menyarankan agar Bursa Efe k Indonesia Kanto r Perwakilan Lampung lebih memaksimalkan sosialisasi produk-produ k pasa r moda l kepada masyaraka t terkhusus pada segmentasi kalangan akademisi atau kalangan muda mengingat karena pertumbuhan investor dari kalangan tersebut cukup signifikan dan kalangan tersebut dapat menjadi jembatan informasi terkait pasar modal kepada masyarakat awam. Peneliti juga menyarankan agar Bursa Efe k Indonesia Kanto r Perwakilan Lampung tetap memakai berbagai media sosia l untuk mensosialisasikan produknya di era digital seperti sekarang. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Investasi, Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Sectors that have an important role in the economy and meeting food needs, of course, must be followed by sustainable agricultural patterns to create agriculture that is resilient, advanced and efficient and has the competitiveness of farmers so that agribusiness-based empowerment efforts need to be carried out for the purpose of increasing the ability of farmers to empower vacant land.,the ability to provide organic fertilizers and plant seeds independently. The implementation of community service activities at the hely seedling nursery and farm punggur, Lampung is being carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results of empowerment activities provide knowledge and understanding to partners on how to use vacant land into productive land so that it can be used as an alternative to increase economic welfare independently. This empowerment activity also improves farmers' skills in processing animal waste into organic fertilizer which can be processed and used as organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Manajemen menjadi pemegang fungsi strategis bagi keberlangsungan hidup sebuah organisasi dan secara substansi manajemen sesungguhnya terletak pada pemimpin. Menjadi hal penting adanya pemimpin dalam organisasi agar tujuan organisasi tercapai, menjaga kelangsungan hidup dan perkembangan organisasi. Oleh karena itu melalui kegiatan pemaparan materi tentang manajemen organiasai dan kepemimpinan pada organisasi kemahasiswaan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pentingnya pengelolaan organisasi yang baik dan pemimpin yang bisa menjadi sosok yang menjadi teladan panutan bagi yang dipimpinnya dan berhasil mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

This empowerment was carried out bearing in mind that there are still many banana tree fronds that are not used and only become waste, therefore to overcome the large amount of banana frond waste in Marga Mulya Village. And to find out what the benefits of banana fronds are for processed products that are useful and have economic value, we make use of these banana fronds by making processed banana fronds chips that have high economic power by empowering housewives in Marga Mulya Village. This community empowerment is carried out every Saturday with four meetings. And it is hoped that the manufacture of banana chips which has been implemented in Marga Mulya Village can continue and help the economy of local residents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors related to the utilization of posyandu visits. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely the formulation of the problem that guides research to explore or photograph the social situation that will be examined as a whole, broad and in -depth.1 Research Results That Posyandu for the community is still less understood and important for health. It is recommended that routine toddlers can be made examples of models to mothers who are not routine so that cadres must provide fractures for toddlers who routinely so that mothers of toddlers continue to routinely use posyandu visits, cadres are expected Puskesmas officers, provide health promotion to young mothers who are young to increase mothers' knowledge about the importance of the use of posyandu and comprehensive approaches and provide motivation to mothers under five to routinely visit Posyandu, provide health education through health education to mothers under five.

Abstract

Murabahah financing is one of the most popular types of financing for customers who do not escape the role of the account officer in the analysis of determining the feasibility of applying for murabahah financing. There are differences in the total number of customers who apply for murabahah financing and the total realization of murabahah financing, in that customers who apply for murabahah financing are not always accepted by the account officer. Financing was rejected because there were customers who did not meet the eligibility assessment on character, capacity and collateral. If the feasibility assessment in several aspects is not fulfilled, the customer is deemed unfit to be provided with financing.This research aims to determine the role of account officers in determining the feasibility of applying for murabahah financing at BPRS Metro Madani KC Unit II Tulang Bawang. This type of research is field research, while the nature of the research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. After the data was obtained, the data was analyzed using inductive thinking methods.The research results show that account officers play a role in managing accounts, managing products, managing financing, managing sales and managing profitability. And the account officer has carried out his role well in determining the feasibility of applying for murabahah financing in accordance with theory, namely using 5C analysis, although in terms of character, capacity and economic conditions in practice it has not been carried out optimally.

Abstract

In 2020, there were approximately 14,000 UMKM in Metro City. The most dominant UMKM products in Metro City are food products and handicrafts. The issue and focus of empowerment based on existing conditions is to guide UMKM owners to carry out promotional activities through social media, add logos, create banners with directions and add locations to Google Maps.This study aims to identify local potential that can be optimized to support UMKM development, as well as provide training and assistance to the community regarding the management of UMKM based on local potential. In addition, this study also aims to increase the capacity of the community in creating high economic value products from local potential. This study is expected to formulate a community empowerment strategy through UMKMs that is effective in increasing household income and welfare, as well as building a collaboration model between the community, government, and stakeholders to support the development of UMKMs in a sustainable manner. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a participatory approach. The results of the empowerment that we carried out were that business owners could carry out promotions independently, make packaging more attractive by adding logos and locations that were easier to find.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. However, public interest in Islamic banking services is still relatively low compared to conventional banking. The low interest is inseparable from various factors that influence individual decisions in choosing banking services. Interest itself can be understood as a person's tendency to be interested and pay attention to an object or activity voluntarily and accompanied by a sense of pleasure, which is formed through psychological and social processes. The type of research used in this study is field research, while the nature of this study is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection was carried out using two techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of the study showed that the most dominant factors influencing public interest are social and psychological factors. Social factors include the influence of family and the surrounding environment, which form habits and references in choosing banking services. Meanwhile, psychological factors include motivation to avoid usury practices and positive perceptions of the suitability of sharia principles applied in Islamic bank operations. Thus, efforts are needed to increase financial literacy, emotional approaches, and strengthening social relations to encourage the growth of public interest in Islamic banking services..
