Abstract

The effectiveness of employee performance is a critical factor in determining the success of social empowerment and poverty alleviation programs. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of employee performance in the Social Empowerment and Poverty Alleviation Division of the Cirebon City Social Service. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The study shows that employee performance effectiveness, as measured by indicators of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and work discipline, has been quite good. However, several obstacles remain, such as limited human resources, high workloads, and suboptimal use of information technology. Therefore, employee capacity building, strengthened coordination, and information system optimization are needed to improve future performance effectiveness
