Abstract

This research title is “Public Service Quality in Issuing Building Approval at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services, Cirebon Regency. So far, the public’s mind that PBG services seem complicated and convoluted, old services and less than optimal. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this study is how the quality of PBG publishing services, what factors contribute to PBG issuance and what effort need to made to optimize PBG publishing services at DPMPSTP Cirebon Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation techniques used interview, observation and documentation techniques in the form documents and archives related to the quality of PBG services at DPMPTSP Cirebon Regency. The conclusion of the study is that PBG services at DPMPTSP Cirebon Regency have been going well although there are still some things that are not optimal and need to be improved. Researchers suggest that the services provided by DPMPTSP Cirebon Regency must be more professional, effective, efficient and the existing deficiencied need to be improved so that optimal.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the extent of community satisfaction with the recipients of social assistance of the Family Hope Program in Depok District, Cirebon Regency. Depok District is the location of the research and the community receiving social assistance from the Family Hope Program is the subject of this research. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive design. The data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the community in Depok District which became a research sample from 12 existing villages. This study uses 7 assessment indicators to measure community satisfaction. Among them, satisfaction with the assistance provided, satisfaction with the assistance received as expected or not, satisfaction with the attitude of officers in the disbursement process, satisfaction with the government in paying attention to the needs and desires of the community, satisfaction with the government in responding to problems that occur, satisfaction with the overall performance of officers in the disbursement of assistance, and satisfaction with the suitability of the promised assistance with the assistance that Retrieved. There are 2 indicators that are still complained about by the community, such as satisfaction with the government in responding to the problems that occur, and the suitability of the promised assistance with the assistance obtained. According to this study, one of the factors for these problems is the lack of communication and clarity of information between the Government (Cirebon Regency Social Service) and PKH assistants and the recipient community.

Abstract

ABSTRAKManajemen proyek merupakan proses terpadu dimana individu-individu sebagai bagian dari organisasi dilibatkan untuk memelihara, mengembangkan, mengendalikan, dan menjalankan program dengan menggunakan sumber daya terbatas secara efisien, efektif dan tepat waktu dalam menyelesaikan suatu proyek yang telah direncanakan, yang kesemuanya diarahkan pada sasaran yang telah ditetapkan dan berlangsung terus menerus seiring berjalannya waktu.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa Manajemen Konstruksi Perencanaan Pembangunan Rumah Sakit mulai dari Menghitung Volume, Rencana Anggaran Biaya, Metode Barchart, Kurva S dan menganalisa Critical Path Method. Tujuan dicapai melalui Studi Literatur, Pengumpulan data-data teknis, dan Peninjauan data berupa Gambar Bestek.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rencana Anggaran Biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk Pembangunan Rumah Sakit 3 lantai sebesar Rp. 50.604.221.876,50. Kemudian dengan menggunakan Analisa Critical Path Method Penyelesaian Pekerjaan membutuhkan waktu selama 50 minggu. Kata kunci   : Manajemen Konstruksi, Volume, RAB, Barchart, Kurva S, dan Critical Path Method. ABSTRACTProject management is the process by which individuals are integrated as part of an organization involved to maintain, develop, control, and work the program by using limited resources in an efficient, effective and timely in completing a project that has been planned, all of which are directed at targets has established and continues over time.This study was conducted to analyze the Construction Management Development Planning office ranging from Calculates Volume, Budget Plan,Barchart Method, S Curve and Critical Path Method Analysis. The goal is achieved through Literature, Accumulation of technical data, and review of data in the form building design.Research shows that the Budget Plan issued for construction of a 3th floor in the amount of Rp. 50.604.221.876,50. Then by using Critical Path Method Analysis Completion takes as long as 50 weeks. Keyword : Construction Management, Volume, RAB, Barchart, S Curve, andCritical Path Method.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan Ruko Chatra Primera Kota Cirebon dilakukan dengan dua tahap pelaksanaan (Bangunan Tahap 1 dengan Tahap 2 merupakan kesatuan sebuah bangunan) yaitu pelaksanaan tahap satu dilakukan pada lahan bagian belakang sedangkan pelaksanaan tahap dua dilakukan pada lahan bagian depan. Sehingga pelaksanaan pekerjaan tahap dua harus menunggu selesainya pekerjaan plat lantai 2 pada bangunan bagian belakang, karena untuk akses jalan mobil & truk. Proyek ini dilaksanakan dengan jangka waktu 9 bulan kalender (36 minggu / 270 hari kerja).Metode  yang  digunakan  pada  penelitian  ini  adalah Metode Analisis waktu dan Jaringan Kerja pada penelitian proyek ini yaitu “Bar Chart, S Curve dan Critical Path Method. Untuk mengetahui biaya yang keluar pada setiap minggu pada arus kas adalah metode (Cash Flow). Bar Chart digunakan sebagian besar penjadwalan dan pengendalian di industri konstruksi,  terutama  untuk  menyusun  jadwal  induk  suatu  proyek. S Curve dapat menunjukkan kemampuan proyek berdasarkan kegiatan, waktu dan bobot pekerjaan yang dipresentasikan sebagai persentase kumulatif dari seluruh kegiatan proyek. Visualisasi kurva S memberikan informasi mengenai kemajuan proyek dengan membandingkan terhadap jadwal rencana Untuk mengetahui durasi waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek yang di bangun. CPM  (Critical  Path  Method)  sebagai  tindakan  koreksi  untuk  menganalisis jaringan kerja agar pelaksanaan proyek menjadi ideal. Berdasrkan perhitungan untuk menyelesaikan pembangunan Ruko Chatra Primera sampai tahap akhir kurang lebih membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 743.806.188,00. Kata Kunci : Schedule, Biaya, tenaga dan Waktu, Critical Path Method, Cash Flow ABSTRACTImplementation of Development Projects office Chatra Primera Cirebon done with two stages of implementation (Building Phase 1 to Phase 2 is the unity of a building) that implementation of phase one done at the back of the field while the implementation of phase two is done on the land front. So the implementation of phase two work must wait for completion of the work of the floor plate 2 on the rear of the building, due to the access road cars and trucks. The project is implemented by a period of nine calendar months (36 weeks / 270 days).The method used in this research is the method of analysis time and Networks in this research project is "Bar Chart, S Curve and the Critical Path Method. To find out the cost on a weekly basis on the cash flow is a method (Cash Flow). Bar Chart used mostly scheduling and control in the construction industry, especially to develop a master schedule of a project. S Curve can demonstrate the ability of project based activities, the time and the weight of the work presented as a cumulative percentage of all project activities. Visualization S curve provides information about the progress of the project by comparing the planned schedule to know the duration time of the job in the wake of the project. CPM (Critical Path Method) as a prompt corrective action to analyze the network for the implementation of the project to be ideal. Cash flow estimates of the flow of funds to be spent on the construction project in accordance with the time schedule has been arranged.Pursuant calculations to complete the construction of Chatra Primera office until the final stage approximately cost of Rp. 743,806,188.00. Keywords: Schedule, Cost, energy and time, Critical Path Method, Cash Flow

Abstract

ABSTRAKAnalisis pengembangan jalan tidak sebidang (underpass) di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman – Jalan Sultan Agung Kabupaten Brebes, merupakan salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi kemacetan yang terjadi pada persimpangan kereta api. Perencanaan underpass didukung menurut peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia yang intinya untuk meminimalkan adanya persimpangan sebidang. Perencanaan underpass ini menggunakan double box culvert dengan panjang lengkung vertikal 77 m dan kelandaian 10% serta panjang lengkung horizontal 70 m. Struktur box culvert menggunakan tebal pelat lantai atap 500 mm, pelat lantai pondasi 550 mm dan pelat dinding 500 mm. Untuk tinggi dalam box culvert 6 m dan tinggi maksimum kendaraan yang boleh masuk 5 m. Bahan struktur yang digunakan fc’ 40 MPa dan mutu baja Fy 360 MPa. Skripsi ini menggunakan perhitungan manual, untuk desain dan gambar menggunakan softwere auto cad, global mapper, dan skecthup. Dalam perencanaan underpass di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman – Jalan Sultan Agung direncanakan juga perencanaan drainase dan perencanaan perkerasan kaku. Sehingga diharapkan skripsi ini akan bermanfaat untuk masyarakat banyak, khususnya masyarakat Kabupaten Brebes.Kata kunci  :   Persimpang tidak sebidang, Kemacetan, underpass, box culvert. ABSTRACT                    Analysis of the development of the intersection non-coplanar (underpass) at Jenderal Sudirman street –  Sultan Agung street of Tegal city, is one solution in addressing the bottlenecks that occur at the railroad crossing. planning underpass supported by legislation in Indonesia which in essence to minimize their intersection plot. Planning underpass use double box culvert with vertical arch length 77 m and the flatness of 10 % and with horizontal arch length 10 m. Box culvert structure using a thick slab roof of 500 mm, foundation slab of 550 mm and 500 mm wall plate. High in of box culvert 6 m and a maximum height of vehicles allowed in 5 m. Materials structure used fc ' 40 Mpa and the quality of steel Fy 360 Mpa. This thesis using manual calculations , designing and depiction using softwere auto cad, global mapper , and SketchUp. n planning the underpass at  Jenderal Sudirman Street – Sultan Agung Street, Also planned drainage planning and rigid pavement planning. Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan manajemen konstruksi di negara kita tidak dapat lepas dari perkembangan industri jasa konstruksi. Sedangkan perkembangan jasa konstruksi berhubungan erat dengan pelaksanaan pembangunan yang saat ini sedang giat dilaksanakan.  Pada umumnya jasa konstruksi mencakup kegiatan-kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pembangunan prasarana dan sarana dalam bidang gedung, bidang teknik sipil, dan bidang instalasi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, karena cara pengumpulan data pada penelitan ini adalah cara study pustaka, wawancara dan pengamatan langsung dilapangan serta metode ini merupakan metode  yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan landasan teori dalam menganalisa data dan permasalahan melalui sumber-sumber yang didapat sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam penulisan skripsi.Lokasi Penelitian yang ditinjau adalah Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aset Daerah Kota Cirebon, yang berlokasi di Jalan Pengampon no.4 Kota Cirebon. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) menyeleseikan pembangunan Gedung Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangaan Aset Daerah Kota Cirebon (DPPKAD) sampai tahap akhir kurang lebih membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 11.464.609.610,76 dan dari perhitungan bobot pekerjaan diestimasikan penyelesaian pekerjaan pembangunan Gedung DPPKAD Kota Cirebon membutuhkan waktu 168 hari. Kata Kunci     : Manajemen Konstruksi, dan RAB. ABSTRACT               The development of construction management in our country can not be separated from the development of construction industry. While the development of construction services closely related to the implementation of the development currently being actively implemented. In general construction services to include activities related to infrastructure development in the fields of building, civil engineering, and field installation.               The method used is a qualitative research, as a way of collecting data in this research is how to study the literature, interviews and direct observations in the field as well as the method is a method in place to get the basic theory in analyzing the data and issues through the resources obtained as consideration in thesis writing.            The location study which looked at is the Department of Revenue Building Project and Financial Management Asset Cirebon city, which is located at no.4 Pengampon Cirebon. The result of this research is the Budget Plan (RAB) menyeleseikan Building construction Revenue Service and Asset Management Keuangaan Cirebon (DPPKAD) until the final stage approximately cost of Rp. 11,464,609,610.76 and from the weight calculation estimated work completion Building construction work DPPKAD Cirebon takes 168 days. Keywords         : ConstructionManagement, and RAB.

Abstract

ABSTRAKUniversitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon adalah Salah satu pengguruan tinggi yang ternamadidaerah Cirebon, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon yang mempunyai IV kampus yang beradah diwilayah cirebon, khususnya kampus II Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon yang berada dijalanPerjuangan No.01 Kelurahan Sunyaragi Kec.Kesambi Kab.Cirebon.Dengan melihat kondisi tersebut, maka diperlukan adanya pencarian solusi yang tepat untukmenuntaskan permasalahan yang ada. Untuk masalah eksisting kampus solusinya adalah dengan menentukanstrategi pengembangan kampus menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength Weakness Opportunities Threats).Kemudian untuk analisis jumlah kelas menggunakan cara analisis proyeksi jumlah kelas dari tahun 2012sampai dengan tahun 2017 serta dilakukannya perencanaan bangunan kampus 3 (tiga) lantai yang berkonsepkampus modern dan didesain menggunakan program AutoCAD dan program SketchUp.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Kampus II Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon, Analisis SWOABSTRACTSwadaya Gunung Jati University Cirebon is one of the famous high school in Cirebon area, SwadayaGunung Jati Cirebon University which has IV campus which is housed in Cirebon area, especially Campus IIof Gunung Jati Cirebon University which is in the Struggle No.01 Sunyaragi Kec.By looking at these conditions, it is necessary to find the right solution to solve existing problems.For the problem of campus existing the solution is to determine the campus development strategy using aSWOT analysis (Strength Weakness Opportunities Threats).
