Abstract

This research can be a reference for other project management who want to implement supply chain management. Supply chain management is one of the important things in a construction project where the application of supply chain management will affect the success of a construction project both material management, type of work, and time schedule. Therefore, this study aims to reduce the risk of time losses and the effect of productivity performance on a project. By using a quantitative method that reviews the s-curve and distributes questionnaires, this study shows that the total deviation is 171.62 which results in an average deviation of 3.502 per week. Stating that the deviation results in a deviation of sure + and after conducting validity, reliability and satisfaction tests, the results show that supply chain management can accelerate and streamline time on building construction projects.

Abstract

Construction project efficiency is the key to success amid budget pressures and cost inflation. Value Engineering (VE) is a systematic solution to balance cost, reliability, and project performance. Pareto analysis identified four main works for optimization: walls, frames, floors, and ceilings with cost/worth ratio >1. Alternative solutions included AAC/HEBEL walls, PVC sills, unpolished homogenius tile, and PVC ceiling. The implementation of Value Engineering resulted in significant savings in walls (38.63%), frames (24.21%), ceilings (46.62%), and floors (39.74%). The total savings reached Rp1.481.761.485,10 (38,52% of the initial cost), with Life Cycle Cost as the main consideration.

Abstract

This research examines the productivity of heavy equipment used in the Cut and Fill work at the Leuwikeris Dam Project in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. The study highlights the importance of efficient resource utilization and the environmental and social impacts associated with dam construction. A time study method was employed to analyze productivity, focusing on various heavy equipment such as excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers, and vibratory rollers. The findings indicate that factors such as equipment breakdowns, weather conditions, and material supply delays significantly impact productivity. The results aim to inform civil engineering practices and improve the understanding of heavy construction equipment efficiency in development projects.

Abstract

The implementation of safety and health (OSH) systems in the work environment is a crucial component for the running of a business entity, because the consequences of accidents can have a detrimental impact on the workforce and the institution. This study was conducted to evaluate how OHS affects the level of worker productivity. A quantitative approach is the method used by collecting primary data through distributing questionnaires to 35 workers at the Cikeruh Majalengka Bridge Construction Project. Data analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS 26.0 for Windows, by conducting an Instrument Test consisting of Validity Test and Reliability Test. The variables studied consisted of four independent variables: Planning (X1), Organization (X2), Actuating (X3), Controlling (X4) and one dependent variable, namely Worker Productivity (Y). The results showed that Planning has a positive effect on productivity with an average value of 1.98, Organization 2.0, Actuating 1.78, and Controlling 1.94. The four independent variables as a whole have an average value of 1.92 which indicates a positive influence on worker productivity on the project, because it is in the interval class 1.6 ≥ x ≤ 2.0. This proves that factors such as planning, organization, implementation, and supervision play a significant role in increasing worker productivity on the Majalengka Cikeruh Bridge Construction Project.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health are very fundamental for companies, because the impact of work accidents is not only detrimental to workers, but also the company. The aim of this research is to determine how much influence Occupational Safety and Health and the Work Environment influence Worker Productivity. This research uses primary data, namely a questionnaire distributed to 55 PT Arteria Daya Mulya Cirebon. Data analysis methods use Instrument Tests including Validity Tests, Reliability Tests, Classical Assumption Tests including Normality Tests, Multicollinearity Tests, Regression Analysis Tests including Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficients, and Hypothesis Tests including T Tests (partial) and F Tests (simultaneous) which was processed using the IBM SPSS version 23.0 for Windows application. The research results show that Occupational Health and Safety has a significant effect of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value > t table (9.991 > 0.1674), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that occupational health and safety variables have a positive and significant effect on worker productivity. Then the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Worker Productivity with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated t value > t table (11.735 > 1.674), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the Work Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on Worker Productivity. Occupational Health and Safety and the Work Environment together (simultaneously) have a significant positive effect on Worker Productivity as seen from the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated f value > f table (82.690 > 3.17), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that the Occupational Health and Safety and Work Environment variables together have a positive and significant influence on Worker Productivity with an adjusted R square value of 76.1%.
