Abstract

ABSTRACTMuhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Tegal, built a 5 floor building to improve the quality of services in the health sector. Health access and more complete services in the district of Tegal are indeed expected by the community so that the community can get better health services.Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Tegal used a reinforced concrete structure and designed with reference to SNI 1727 :2013, PPURG 1987, SNI 2847 :2013 and SNI 1726 :2012.The static equivalent and the dynamic response spectrum analysis method is used in analyzing earthquakes load. The earthquake force on the structure is used a configuration of the structure of the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS).Analysis structure at this building used a software ETABS v9.6.0to help structure modeling and calculate internal forces acting on the structure.Keyword: SNI 1727:2013, PPURG 1987, SNI 2847:2013, SNI 1726:2013, Response Spectrum, Lateral Equivalent Analysis, SMRF, ETABS v9.6.0

Abstract

Arrhythmia is a deviation from the normal heart rate pattern. Arrhythmias are usually harmless, but they can cause heart problems. Some types of arrhythmias include Atrial Fibrillation (AF), Premature Atrial Contractions (PAC), and Premature Ventricular Contractions (PVC). Many studies have been conducted to identify the dynamic characteristics of electrocardiogram (ECG) irregular waves in the detection of arrhythmias. However, the accuracy obtained in these studies is less than optimal. This study aims to solve the problem by evaluating three main features of arrhythmias using ECG signals: RR interval, PR interval, and QRS complex. Experiments were conducted rigorously on these three features. The accuracy achieved was 98.21%, with a specificity of 98.65% and a sensitivity of 97.37%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan membaca nyaring melalui media teks berita pada siswa kelas V di UPTD SDN 42 BARRU Kecamatan Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu PTK, yang artinya penelitian yang terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk memperbaiki atau meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini yaitu populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas V UPTD SDN 42 BARRU yang berjumlah 14 orang, dan sampelnya yaitu keseluruhan siswa kelas V UPTD SDN 42 BARRU yang berjumlah 14 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi dan juga tes, data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan pretest dan posttets. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil keterampilan membaca nyaring sebelum diajar menggunakan media teks berita tingkat penguasaan berbeda pada kategori sedang, setelah menggunakan media teks berita mencapai kategori tinggi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media teks beritadapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca nyaring siswa, beberapa keuntungannya yaitu dapat mengaktifkan siswa pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung, menarik perhatian siswa dan mempermudah pemahaman siswa.

Abstract

Heart disease is the primary cause of death globally, with arrhythmias, such as Premature Atrial Contraction (PAC), Atrial Fibrillation (AF), and Premature Ventricular Contraction (PVC), being critical heart rhythm abnormalities. Although numerous studies have utilized feature extraction from electrocardiogram (ECG) signals to detect these conditions, optimal accuracy has not been achieved. Therefore, this research aims to identify relevant features and achieve better results by using dynamic feature extraction methods. The extracted features used are RR Interval, PR Interval, and QRS Complex. By combining 2 feature extractions - RR Interval & PR Interval, RR Interval & QRS Complex, and PR Interval & QRS Complex - this study achieves a high level of accuracy on the RR Interval & QRS Complex feature extraction, reaching 97.60%, with a specificity of 98.30% and sensitivity of 96.58%.
