Abstract

Buying and selling gold in cash is a golden treasure transfer contract from someone to someone else who is done by cash or credit. the purpose of this study is to analyze the system of indirect buying and selling that occurs in society today. this research includes the type of descriptive qualitative research, by reviewing various literature literature and criticize existing problems in the field If the contract of sale and sale is done not cash in the context of gold as currency, then the sale and purchase law is forbidden because it contains elements of usury, and should only be traded gold when the contract is in cash and equal in value but if the status of gold as a commodity then the sale and purchase of gold is not cash law mubah.Keywords:  Jual beli emas, tidak tunai

Abstract

Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia sebagai lembaga amil zakat yang menngelola dana zakat harus mampu menjaga eksistensi lembaga agar dapat memberdayakan masyarakat miskin melalui program pemberdayaan ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian menggambarkan pola kemitraan yang telah dilakukan oleh IZI dalam upaya pengembangan lembaga zakat dengan menggunakan pendekatan deksriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pola kemitraan yang dikembangkan oleh Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia Cabang Bengkulu berupa pola kemitraan dengan masyarakat, dunia usaha, pemerintah, media dan  dunia akademik serta lembaga lainnya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the level of poverty that exists in the District of Sukaraja, Seluma Regency. It is necessary to have a community empowerment program through the zakat community development program. The zakat community development program is a form of community empowerment program in certain villages to enliven or develop the potential of the community through creative industries that produce superior products. Thus, the community is able to be economically independent. The method used is a field research with a descriptive qualitative mixed approach with quantitative using the Zakat Village Index (Indek Desa Zakat/ IDZ). The data consists of primary and secondary data and data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and interviews with sources and research informants from competent parties. From the results of the study, it was found that in Sukaraja District, there was one village prioritized to be assisted with an IDZ score in the range 0.21-0.40, 13 villages could be considered to be assisted with an IDZ score in the range 0.41-0.60 and 7 villages were less prioritized to be assisted with IDZ scores in the range of 0.61-0.80 through the zakat program. With the zakat community development program in the form of home industry business development programs, animal husbandry and agricultural or plantation businesses. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingkat kemiskinan yang terjadi di Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Seluma, maka perlu program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program zakat community development. Program zakat community development ini merupakan salah satu bentuk program pemberdayaan sekelompok masyarakat pada desa tertentu untuk menghidupkan atau mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki masyarakat melalui industri kreatif yang menghasilkan produk unggulan. Sehingga masyarakat mampu mandiri secara ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah field reseach dengan  pendekatan mixed kualitatif deskriptif dengan kuantitatif menggunakan Indeks Desa Zakat (IDZ). Data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket dan wawancara dengan sumber dan informan penelitian berasal dari pihak yang berkompeten. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa di Kecamatan Sukaraja terdapat 1 desa diprioritaskan untuk dibantu dengan score IDZ berada pada range 0,21-0,40, 13 desa dapat dipertimbangkan untuk dibantu dengan score IDZ pada range 0,41-0,60 dan 7 desa kurang diprioritaskan untuk dibantu dengan score IDZ pada range 0,61-0,80 melalui program zakat. Dengan program zakat community development berupa program pengembangan usaha home industri, peternakan dan usaha pertanian atau perkebunan.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the interaction between the culture of the people of Bengkulu City and Muhammadiyah education from a historical perspective, especially related to the controversy over the acceptance of religious purification teachings and the contribution of Muhammadiyah education to traditions that have long existed in society. This research was carried out using a historical approach through information from the figures involved and knowing the history of the development of Muhammadiyah education in Bengkulu City and several other primary and secondary sources. The study results found that Muhammadiyah education in Bengkulu City began with a debate between Muhammadiyah figures and kaum tuo (the old generation). Muhammadiyah's teachings focus on the purification of Islamic teachings in the culture of the Bengkulu City community, which contained many mystical and polytheistic (shirk) elements. Finally, the approach of Muhammadiyah figures led to cultural interaction with Islamic teachings as long as they did not conflict with Islamic teachings in religious activities, death, marriage, art, music, and curriculum in Muhammadiyah educational institutions through local cultural content. This research has implications for developing a curriculum based on local cultural values ​​so that it can improve character and identity among students.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis interaksi antara budaya masyarakat Kota Bengkulu dengan pendidikan Muhammadiyah dalam perspektif sejarah, khususnya terkait dengan kontroversi penerimaan ajaran pemurnian agama dan kontibusi pendidikan Muhammadiyah terhadap tradisi yang telah lama ada di masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan sejarah melalui informasi dari tokoh-tokoh yang terlibat dan mengetahui sejarah perkembangan pendidikan Muhammadiyah di Kota Bengkulu dan beberapa sumber primer dan sekunder lainnya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa awal masuknya pendidikan muhammadiyah di Kota Bengkulu menjadi perdebatan antara tokoh muhammmadiyah dan kaum tuo (generasi tua) karena ajaran Muhammadiyah menginginkan adanya pemurnian ajaran Islam pada budaya masyarakat Kota Bengkulu yang banyak mengandung unsur mistik dan kesyirikan, dengan pendekatan tokoh Muhammadiyah akhirnya terjadi interaksi budaya dengan ajaran Islam sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam dalam aktivitas keagamaan, kematian, perkawinan seni, musik dan kurikulum di lembaga pendidikan muhammadiyah melalui muatan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pengembangan kurikulum yang berbasis nilai budaya lokal agar mampu meningkatkan karakter dan identitas di kalangan siswa.

Abstract

Waste management problems in Indonesia, particularly in Bengkulu City, continue to increase and cause environmental, health, and social impacts. Amid the limitations of conventional waste management, Limbah Kreatif Berseri Waste Bank emerges as a community-based initiative that transforms waste into economically valuable products. However, production activities located near residential areas and places of worship raise issues related to social impact and potential harm. This study aims to analyze the production process of Limbah Kreatif Berseri from an Islamic economic perspective, identify the constraints faced in the production process, and examine efforts to enhance public trust in recycled products. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the production process generally aligns with Islamic economic principles, including tauhid (monotheism), justice, humanity, and maslahah (public benefit). Nevertheless, several technical and environmental challenges remain. To address these issues, the enterprise undertakes community empowerment, improves product quality, and strengthens social engagement to realize sustainable waste transformation into economic and social benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contestation between substantive Islamic educational values and symbolic ceremonial practices in the Nemat Kaji tradition, a traditional wedding procession of the Malin Deman community in Mukomuko Regency, which represents a fusion of local culture and Islamic symbols. Through a qualitative approach using participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and literature studies, this study found that although the Nemat Kaji tradition upholds Islamic educational values in the aspects of faith, worship, and morals, there is a shift in meaning between generations. The older generation tends to maintain the spiritual meaning of religious symbols, while some of the younger generation sees them as formalistic customary obligations. The role of religious scholars is also divided between maintaining customary forms and encouraging the reform of religious symbols. This study concludes that the Nemat Kaji tradition is at the intersection of cultural preservation and the revitalization of Islamic values, which demands a more reflective and contextual approach to Islamic education. These findings provide theoretical contributions to the development of studies on local culture-based Islamic education and enrich the discourse on the dynamic relationship between custom and religion in the context of Indonesian Muslim society. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontestasi antara nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang bersifat substantif dengan praktik simbolik seremonial dalam tradisi Nemat Kaji dalam prosesi adat pernikahan masyarakat Malin Deman, Kabupaten Mukomuko, yang mempresentasikan perpaduan antara budaya lokal dan simbol-simbol keislaman. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi pustaka, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa meskipun tradisi Nemat Kaji menyimpan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam aspek akidah, ibadah, dan akhlak, terjadi pergeseran makna antar generasi. Generasi tua cenderung mempertahankan makna spiritual simbol-simbol religius, sedangkan sebagian generasi muda melihatnya sebagai kewajiban adat yang bersifat formalistik. Peran ulama pun terbagi antara mempertahankan bentuk adat dan mendorong reformasi simbol keagamaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tradisi Nemat Kaji berada pada titik persilangan antara pelestarian budaya dan revitalisasi nilai Islam, yang menuntut pendekatan pendidikan Islam yang lebih reflektif dan kontekstual. Temuan ini berkontribusi secara teoretis bagi pengembangan pendidikan Islam berbasis budaya lokal serta memperkaya diskursus tentang relasi dinamis antara tradisi dan agama dalam konteks masyarakat muslim Indonesia.
