Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and competence on the interest in entrepreneurship of GKI Serpong congregation members during a pandemic. This study uses a quantitative research approach with survey methods. The variables used are motivation, competence, and their influence on the interest in entrepreneurship. Data were obtained from 75 respondents who took part in UMKM GKI Serpong. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it is known that the motivation variable does not affect the entrepreneurial interest of GKI Serpong members, while the competency variable influences the interest in entrepreneurship.
