Abstract

Evidence management is a vital part of the criminal justice system which requiring professional and accountable handling. This article explores the role of Semarang Class I RUPBASAN in managing evidence under Law Number 1 of 2023. Using an empirical juridical method, the study combines a normative review of the legal framework with field practices. Primary data were obtained from interviews with RUPBASAN officers and law enforcement officials, while secondary data came from relevant legal documents and literature. The study reveals that Semarang Class I RUPBASAN (Rumah Penyimpanan Benda Sitaan Negara) plays a strategic role in registering, maintaining, and executing evidence, including destruction and auction based on court decisions. However, the implementation of Indonesian Law Number 1 of 2023 faces obstacles such as warehouse overcapacity, risk of evidence damage, and lack of inter-agency coordination. Recommended solutions include modernizing storage facilities, enhancing officer training, and improving collaboration with law enforcement and related agencies. Despite these challenges, the law offers an opportunity to improve transparency and accountability in evidence management.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court is a particular judicial state institutions that has a position as a judicial institution besides the Supreme Court. Their responsibilities and power are controlled in Article 24C paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, where one of them is determining disputes over the outcome of the presidential elections. Requests for these types of issues may only be submitted by election participants considering the rules and regulations provided in Law no. 24 of 2003. In giving a decision, the judge has the right to find his own law, including giving a decision that exceeds the application submitted by the applicant which is called a decisionultra small. This is intended to provide substantive justice to the applicants. The objective of doing  this research is to analyze whether the decisionultra smallcan be applied in the issue of disputes over election results. For this reason, , a normative research was conducted using a qualitative methodology so that the results provided are a comprehensive discussion. The outcomes from this research prove that the verdictultra smallcan be given to cases of disputed election results. Example of applicationultra small against the action of the Constitutional Court is the Constitutional Court Decision Number 41/PHPU.D-VI/2008 and the Constitutional Court Decision Number 57/PHPU.D-VI/2008.Keywords:ultra petita, verdict, election dispute

Abstract

Sampah merupakan salah satu bentuk konsekuensi dari adanya aktifitas dan volumenya akansebanding lurus dengan jumlah penduduk. Apabila tidak di tangani secara efektif dan efisien,eksistensi sampah di alam tentu akan berbalik menghancurkan kehidupan di lingkungansekitarnya baik itu berupa bencana seperti banjir maupun munculnya berbagai penyakit yangdiakibatkan dari sampah tersebut. Perilaku yang tidak sehat berdampak pada perilakumasyarakat yang selalu membuang sampah sembarangan seperti di kali bahkan di paritsehingga timbunan sampah yang menumpuk di parit membuat terjadinya banjir ketika musim hujan. Kesadaran masyarakat terhadap sampah sangatlah berperan demi terciptanya lingkunganyang bersih dan sehat. Menyadarkan masyarakat terhadap perilaku membuang sampahsembarangan merupakan awal dari perubahan mewujudkan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat.Sosialisasi tentang bahaya sampah menjadi sangat penting untuk membuka kesadaranmasyarakat untuk mengenalkan kepada masyarakat tentang dampak negatif maupun positifyang berhubungan dengan sampah sehingga masyarakat tidak lagi membuang sampahsembarangan dan masyarakat mampu untuk memanfaatkan sampah menjadi barang yangekonomis

Abstract

Musical artworks are creations that have high aesthetic musicians and intellectual value and play an essential role in the development of culture and the creative economy. However, the lack of understanding of the importance of legal protection of such works, particularly through copyright registration, is a significant obstacle for many indie musicians. This condition makes their works vulnerable to misuse, plagiarism, or unauthorized exploitation, ultimately harming the creator morally and materially morally and materially. This article discusses the implementation of counseling activities and copyright registration assistance for indie musicians in Semarang City as part of efforts to protect musical artworks in facing the challenges of the digital era. This article discusses the activities of counseling and assistance in copyright registration for indie musicians as a step to protect their musical artworks. Using a participatory approach, this program aims to increase musicians' understanding of the benefits and procedures of copyright registration so that their works can be protected from misuse or infringement of rights. The results of the activity show that direct socialization and intensive mentoring are effective in increasing indie musicians' awareness and understanding of copyright. This effort is expected to strengthen the local music community and support the growth of Indonesia's stable and sustainable music industry
