Abstract

This study aims to develop an Augmented Reality (AR)-based Flashcard learning media for the Supply Chain Management material and to determine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed media. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data were collected through validation questionnaires involving one material expert, one media expert, and one instructional design expert, pre-test and post-test, as well as student response questionnaires involving 72 Grade X Office Management students. The results showed that the developed Augmented Reality (AR)-based Flashcard learning media achieved an average feasibility score of 93.6%, categorized as “Very Feasible”, with expert validation scores of 93% from the material expert, 96% from the media expert, and 92% from the instructional design expert. In addition, the media obtained a practicality score of 94%, categorized as “Very Practical”, and an effectiveness result indicated by an N-Gain score of 0.74, categorized as “High Improvement”. These findings indicate that the developed learning media supports the learning process, enhances students’ understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts, and provides a more engaging and interactive learning experience. Therefore, the Augmented Reality (AR)-based Flashcard learning media is considered feasible, practical, and effective for use in Supply Chain Management learning at Phase E.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students’ low understanding of word processing application material, influenced by a learning process that still centers on the lecture method and the limited of learning media to support independent study activities. This research aims to develop, test the validity and practicality, and determine the effectiveness of interactive learning media based on Genially on word processing application material for 11th-grade students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of the study are the eleventh-grade students of the Office Management program at SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, pre-tests, post-tests, and student response questionnaires, then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The validation results show that the media received a percentage of 72% from material expert with a valid category, 86% from media expert, and 90% from learning design expert with a very valid category. The effectiveness test showed an increase in the average score from 63.75 on the pre-test to 91.53 on the post-test with an N-Gain value of 0.77 or 77%, categorizeed as effective. The practicality test results showed 92% in one-on-one trials, 96% in small groups, and 92% in large groups, all categorized as very practical. These findings indicate that the interactive learning media based on Genially for word processing application material is valid, practical, and effective for use as a learning support.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR)-based Flashcard learning media for Mail Handling material in Phase F of the Office Management Skills Program at SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. This research was motivated by the use of conventional learning media that are less effective in visualizing mail handling procedures, causing students to experience difficulties in understanding the material and participate actively in learning. Therefore, innovative and interactive technology-based learning media are needed. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through validation by material, media, and instructional design experts, student response questionnaires, and pre-tests and post-tests. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that material expert validation obtained 98%, categorized as very feasible; media expert validation obtained 79%, categorized as feasible; and instructional design expert validation obtained 84%, categorized as very feasible, with an average of 87%, categorized as very feasible. The practicality test based on student responses obtained 91% in the one-to-one test, 96% in the small-group test, and 95% in the large-group test, all categorized as very practical. The N-Gain effectiveness test obtained a score of 0.77, categorized as high. Thus, the AR-based Flashcard learning media is feasible, practical, and effective as an alternative learning medium for Mail Handling material in Phase F.
